22/01/2026: Coming back after so many years is always a thrill. I gave it 4 stars because it wasn't the best day, so the coffee wasn't exceptional. But I'm sure it would have been excellent on another occasion.

30/08/2025: We called the day before to have their renowned rabbit prepared, and the next day at lunch we were graciously welcomed by the owner, who, thanks also to our exclusive presence in the entire restaurant, pampered us with excellent house red wine and a typical Aeolian salad. The location offers a terrace overlooking Salina, and the final price was absolutely in line with the island, but fair considering what we were fortunate enough to eat.

06/11/2025: I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip in the very low season (November). The hotel is truly very comfortable and charming, with a breathtaking seaside location! The staff is welcoming, attentive, kind, and super available for any need! They have an elegance and grace in treating guests that is rarely seen! The rooms are small but very welcoming and super clean, equipped with every comfort! The cuisine is excellent: at breakfast, the products are excellent and very fresh, and at dinner, the menu is very varied, catering for every taste, and everything is cooked very well! The gentleman who welcomed me at the table tempted me with a cannoli I'd never had in my life, filled freshly!! I hope to return soon, both for work and for other reasons! 01/12/2025: A very nice restaurant with a panoramic view, located in the village of Naso. Excellent food, carefully prepared and plentiful. Wide selection. Friendly staff, fast service. Recommended.

09/01/2026: We had lunch there today. First, caponata with swordfish (absolutely delicious!!!), then strangolapretti ai frutti di mare for me and frittura mista for my husband. Really very tasty and also reasonably priced. Good, attentive service. And the view, right by the sea, is magnificent. We'll be back!

09/12/2025: The pizza is very, very good, especially for those with celiac disease. Polite and friendly staff, simple and clean environment. Long waits, every time; sitting down at 8:00 PM with the dining room almost empty and eating pizza at 9:30 PM is not a good idea. I think the problem is due to the fact that they do a lot of takeout. I hope they fix this problem.

22/11/2025: We went to the restaurant for lunch. It was quite late (almost 3 pm) and the service was wonderful. Santino and his wife are lovely; they recommended what to order, and everything was spectacular. Great food, great service, and a personal touch that was simply unbeatable. Everything we ate was of excellent quality, and the recommended wine was equally good. The restaurant is beautiful, with a fantastic garden and a giant pine tree over 300 years old, which Santino personally showed us. You couldn't ask for more; the service was outstanding.

17/08/2025: The location is truly beautiful and well-kept: it's a real shame to find the weather bad on August 15th and not eat outside. The fish is fresh, certainly well-frozen and of high quality, but it's prepared without imagination, without that special something that makes you remember it. With two bottles of wine, appetizers, and a first course, we spent €50 per person (considering we had three small children). Dessert needs rethinking: the flans are fine, but the crème brulee and freshly defrosted cheesecake aren't up to par with the place, and especially the bill. The service is truly lame (missing menus, endless waits for dessert, lack of coordination, sloppiness). There's no parking: you have to park in the middle of the street. I don't think we'll be back.

18/01/2026: We had a reservation for 12:00 on New Year’s Day, but were not seated until 12:47. During this time, staff repeatedly told us it would be “another 10 minutes,” which was said multiple times without any clear update or honesty about the delay. While waiting, we could overhear staff discussing that the owner had decided to open at 12 following New Year’s celebrations, and that several staff members did not want to be there. When we eventually entered the restaurant, tables were still being set up, and we were asked to wait in a seating area for a further extended period. Once seated, we were not provided with menus or offered drinks. After asking three separate times for menus—each time being told “five minutes”—a further 15 minutes passed with no service. At that point, we decided to leave. For an establishment that presents itself as high-end and holds a Michelin star, this level of organisation, service, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but poor communication, lack of basic service, and unprofessional behaviour are not acceptable at this standard. The experience did not meet expectations, and staff training and customer service clearly need improvement.

27/07/2025: A wonderful discovery! We dined on high-quality local produce: two rich and beautifully presented platters, both beautiful to look at and delicious to taste, with cured meats, cheeses, and traditional pane cunzatu. The horse meatballs were delicious, as were the delicious caponata and the simple yet flavorful grilled vegetables. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening. Daniele welcomed us with great warmth and availability, making us feel the warmth of Sicilian hospitality. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have a menu with prices, to better guide our choices. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

20/07/2025: There were 20 of us for dinner, a tasting menu with sandwiches and cured meats, wine and soft drinks. The bill was exorbitant, not to mention the desserts, which were stale and had an unpleasant aftertaste. We had them taken away, and he conscientiously didn't charge for them. Out of a total of €540.50, he gave us a €0.50 discount. He charged a cover charge for a 2-year-old girl and my nephew, who was sleeping in the stroller. Not to mention the bill, which he counted on a sort of receipt, several times for people with different menus. It was a terrible experience for us. We will never return.

09/09/2025: The pizza of my dreams! What can I say... one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The dough was light, well-leavened, and super digestible, with a crispy crust on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were generous yet balanced: you could taste the quality of the ingredients, from the stringy mozzarella to the flavorful tomato sauce to the top-quality cured meats. And for my celiac children? Gluten-free pizzas: truly delicious, flavorful, and with a dough surprisingly similar to traditional pizza! Finally, a pizzeria where even celiacs don't have to sacrifice flavor. I'll definitely be back.

28/08/2025: The pizza by the meter was truly excellent, with a soft and tasty crust. We also ordered two calzoncelli, which were delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back! 🍕✨

29/10/2025: We tried the baked and fried pitoni with escarole, and they were very good. The arancini with ragù and crispy breadcrumbs were also very good. I don't recommend the pizza; the dough is too hard/crunchy.

07/10/2025: Over an hour's wait for rustici, which are notoriously supposed to be prepared quickly. The arancino was good, but the pidoni were more like panzerotto.

02/06/2025: Homely Sicilian seafood and pizza, tasty and reasonably priced, with an outdoor terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Prompt and friendly service. Was busy with locals the lunchtime we visited - a good recommendation!
