06/06/2026: A downtown pizzeria with ample outdoor seating where you can enjoy delicious pizzas away from the noise of traffic. A good selection of draft beers, including Leffe and Tennent's, completes the experience with the highly appreciated courtesy of the waiters.

27/07/2026: We stayed from July 23rd to July 26th and had a truly wonderful time, what can I say? Located just steps from the sea with a pebble beach. Starting with the rooms, we found them welcoming and clean, with renovated bathrooms and every comfort. The outdoor areas were well-maintained. To the delight of our children, and ourselves too, the property features a synthetic grass soccer field and a beautiful pool! Finally, a special thanks goes to the staff, including the managers, Nino, Valeria, and Michele. They are wonderful and very welcoming people, always ready to listen to our needs and even recommended places to eat during the day. A very positive experience, I recommend the property and will definitely be back!

A fantastic range of local, regional and draft beers, with staff that are knowledgeable and passionate about celebrating Sicilian produce.
We called in most days for beer and food, enjoying the calm atmosphere, with gentle jazz playing in the background; each time welcomed.
We will miss the bar!
08/08/2026: Excellent, long-standing pub on the main strip in Taormina that is still run and staffed by the original family (shout out to Mikael - a Taormina legend). A great selection of wine and grappa, with solid light food options and fantastic service. Definitely stop in for an aperitivo when in Taormina!

Congratulations!
The staff (the owners' sons) were knowledgeable and friendly, and they accurately described the various dishes to us, also recommending an excellent wine.
The gnocchi made with hazelnuts and coditii with truffle shavings were unmissable.
Anyway...all the dishes we tried were unmissable.

13/07/2026: We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant on Via dei Mille. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite.
We tried several dishes and were particularly impressed by the crispiness of the dough. The mushroom and salami pizza was cooked to perfection, with a truly remarkable balance of flavors.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere very welcoming. We will definitely be back to try other specialties on the menu.

11/07/2026: We really enjoyed our evening at La Capinera! We had the tasting menu with 8 courses and chose a wine package with 4 glasses. The food was over all very good, and the service was even better! We felt very well taken care of during the entirety of our dining experience.
We found it a little uncomfortable that there were no door locks in the bathroom.
10/07/2026: My family and I went for dinner at an interesting restaurant. Good service, great view of the bay. We ordered the tasting menu: two meat and two seafood dishes. Overall, it was tasty, but nothing special. I don't know how they got a Michelin star. We also ordered the wine pairing menu, which was a complete disappointment. Either the restaurant skimped on the wine, or the sommelier was lousy. Another downside is the proximity to the train line (literally right next to it) and the corresponding noise from passing trains, although fortunately there were only three during dinner. For dinner for four and three wine pairings, we paid almost 800 euros. Definitely not worth the money.
