01/02/2026: Negative experience. The staff were friendly but unqualified. The wait to order was 40 minutes. I was told the meat weighed about 1.4 kg, but it was actually 800-900 grams maximum. The table, cutlery, and plates were not very clean.

The sandwiches are truly exceptional: fragrant bread, fresh ingredients, and original yet balanced combinations. You can taste the quality in every bite. The menu is varied and suitable for all tastes, from classics to more unusual options. The portions are generous, and the value is excellent. The staff is friendly, fast, and always smiling, and the atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for both an evening with friends and a casual family dinner. I will definitely be back to try more sandwiches! Highly recommended! 🍔🥪

20/12/2025: It's like coming home. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and of excellent quality, carefully and authentically prepared by the chef, who serves generous portions, all topped off with a complimentary liqueur on the house! 5 stars plus!

19/03/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times with the whole family and always love coming back – it's a real favorite! The atmosphere is always pleasant and inviting, and you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. This time, we were particularly impressed with the food: the macaroni al ragù was simply outstanding – perfectly seasoned and incredibly delicious. For dessert, we highly recommend the cannello scomposto – an absolute delight! We were also very impressed with the house red wine. It's a pleasantly light red from their own vineyard that pairs wonderfully with the food. A big compliment also goes to the service: Michele is extremely attentive and friendly, and his warm manner ensures that you feel completely taken care of. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

08/03/2026: The first and last time, a terrible experience regarding the requirement to choose the same starter so as not to embarrass yourself by delaying the courses... well! Plan better. If I decide to eat out on Sunday, I'll also have the right to choose what to eat, and the bill will be quite high in my opinion. Failed.

08/03/2026: We had the profiteroles two days in a row, which we found truly delicious. We're now curious to try other desserts, since so far we've also tried the ice cream, which wasn't as good. We then tried breakfast, finding the chocolate roll delicious. Overall, everything seems to be good.

20/02/2026: Traditional Italian and Sicilian dishes, although no pasta or macaroni. They don't serve tea like most such establishments, and the same goes for the staff; they don't understand English, which is a shame.

03/03/2026: Definitely the freshest fish, excellent cuisine, and very friendly staff. A wide selection of (expensive) wines, reasonable prices, but don't overdo the main courses (sorbet, coffee, liqueurs) that add to the bill.

The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, perfect for a fun evening with friends or family, where you can entertain yourself with board games and the right background music. The sandwiches are definitely one of their strong points: well-filled, tasty, and made with top-quality ingredients. The bread is fragrant, and the ingredients are fresh, well-balanced, with very successful combinations (real chicken breast!!!) and exceptional baked and fried potatoes. The menu isn't limited to sandwiches alone, but also offers platters, first courses, and second courses. The desserts are also excellent, providing a pleasant conclusion to the meal and definitely worth trying. The apple pie with cinnamon caramel 🤤 and the birramisu are particularly noteworthy. Their smoked bitters are also worth trying. The selection of craft beers is highly appreciated, with several interesting options you won't find anywhere else in Catania. Let us guide you as they offer a truly vast selection. A place definitely worth trying and returning to. 🍔🍝🍺🍰

22/03/2026: Everything is absolutely delicious and the maître d’ is quite friendly & accommodating. I gave 2 stars for the service because when one of the staff sat us down, he didn’t come back to check on us for about 15 minutes and when we asked for water, he just placed a bottle of water on the table without giving us glasses. It was only when another staff noticed it after 30 minutes that he offered us glasses.
