A large selection of gluten-free cakes and cookies. Half and half service. During the first visit, the sales lady was very nice and took her time. You can feel that she cares about customer satisfaction. The bag with cheese and ham was quite bland. The cake with sausages and fries(?) is tasty apart from the fries. Sweet bun with chocolate, the best I've ever eaten.

I've known this laboratory for a few years even if I don't frequent it much because I live in Ct and don't eat much😁. But what I happened to eat, bread, brioche, is very satisfying. For New Year's Eve I ordered a whole scacciata which I froze in pieces, and I must say that it is excellent and better than what I found elsewhere. It is obvious that it cannot be compared to one with gluten. The granita brioches are superb. So congratulations.

Lovely bakery! I have celiac disease and it was amazing to walk into a glutenfree bakery where everything was safe to eat. I tried multiple things and it tasted great, good quality food and lovely owners!
