30/09/2025: The location is stunning. We booked a sea-view room and were given one overlooking the terrace below and the café's roof, which also had a sea view. The room was fine, as was the cleaning. A bit dated, but overall it wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly. The beach was lovely and not overcrowded; good service: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels... It did get a bit busier and noisier on the weekend. An inconvenience we expressed our frustration about was resolved very professionally and appropriately. We would happily recommend the hotel.

15/08/2025: Booked two superior partial sea view two months before trip since it is renovated rooms but I only got one as they were fully booked !!, so why then people book and pay in advance !!!, however, the buildings back to 90s and need to be renovated completly. You should expect the housekeeping staff enter the room anytime even if the privacy sign is there!! The breakfast is ordinary and the staff are not attentive and need to be organised.

18/11/2025: A very welcoming place where you can enjoy a little bit of everything. I went for an aperitivo, and the cocktail was really good, but the variety of bites left a bit to be desired, as they only offered mini-cartridges with sausages or ham. The staff was also inexperienced, causing a bit of confusion when delivering the cocktails. Overall, a positive experience.

30/08/2025: It was my first time at Maori Fusion and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, the staff is kind and attentive, especially the head waiter: someone who exudes serenity, passion, and love for what she does, making the experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine won me over: I tasted refined sushi, with attention to detail and a difference. A place I highly recommend!

18/11/2025: A welcoming and quaint place. Excellently managed by the Mangano family. Excellent food, kindness, and professionalism. We ate very well and immediately afterwards, we immersed ourselves in the pine forest, enjoying a relaxing stroll with the fragrant scent of the pines.

18/12/2025: I was so worried about what to eat that a neighborhood grandmother took a picture of this dessert and said, "Eat this!" From above, you can see the pistachios are beautifully sprinkled, strawberries are dotted across the whipped cream, and beneath that, a layer of custard cream, and even a thick, rum-soaked pudding bun (forgot the proper word). Takeout available. 5 euros. The strawberries are almost like they've been stewed, and when you open the package, a wonderful aroma hits you. It's so refreshing. Unlike the sugar-crazy Palermo, it's even better because it maintains a moderate sweetness. ❣️

Forty years ago, it was the first sandwich shop to open in this area, introducing a more open gastronomic culture, one that embraced the new trends that defined the generations of that era—styles and customs that have indelibly marked the worlds of music, film, and fashion, leaving no room for restaurant dining. In our view, this historic business is one that deserves much more consideration, often even more so than its more recent counterparts. The reasons are simple: we primarily focus on the expertise, availability, and skills of our staff, elements that are the foundation of any business where customer relations are essential. The selection of top-quality products, which must never be lacking, is evident in all the dishes served, from starters like chips to pinsa (a type of pasta), and other dishes. The clean, bright, and distinctive setting creates a pleasant atmosphere and is ideal for a quiet, intimate dinner, but also perfect for small groups, with the small outdoor deck and the indoor dining room that also features a mezzanine with additional seating. We highly recommend this restaurant because there's nothing spectacular about it, and our vision always reflects simplicity, as our readers will have noticed. Although it's a simple sandwich shop, it has the experience to manage the dining room, kitchen, payments, reservations, delivery service, and all the other services of the establishment, which are always under control. This can only lead to positive results, especially considering the politeness and courtesy evident in discussions between staff and customers, which already contributed to much of our absolutely positive rating and represent a recommendation for a normal, yet perfect, experience in our beloved Acireale. 25/09/2025: Where to begin... we waited over half an hour to order... and we ordered a raw and cooked appetizer... but only the raw one arrived, and after another 20 minutes of waiting, the cooked one arrived along with the first course. Luckily, my first course was wrong, and I took the opportunity to enjoy the appetizer. Not satisfied... only because I sent the first course back due to the mistake, the chef came out, almost annoyed, asking for clarification... I told them I don't like raw parsley and had made this clear to the waiter. The waiter confronted me in front of my friends, recommending the tablets advertised by Cannavacciuolo to remove parsley residue. Naturally, I was joking, but in reality, I don't particularly like fresh parsley and I found the joke inappropriate. I'll continue and add that the sauce for the first course was pure sugar, inedible... and I would have invited the chef to try what he sent to the table before worrying about the parsley. I didn't like the service, the timing, or even part of the food (I'm just referring to the first course). What a shame!

15/11/2025: Terrible experience at the spa. We got off to a bad start as soon as we arrived. We were told we'd get everything from them, but there were no slippers and we had to buy them even though the exact size wasn't available. They gave us a size 44 when we were a size 38/39. We were then told that access to the pool and wellness area was limited to 6 people at a time, but instead we were crammed like cattle in the sauna, almost on top of each other. Poor hygiene, no one in the pools wore a swimming cap... Never again, high price for the service provided.

17/11/2025: The clerk at the souvenir shop is absolutely rude and impolite, I've never been treated like this before.

10/11/2025: Since the parking posting is disabled, I'll post it here. I have no complaints about the restaurant, but since there's nowhere else to report violations of tourists' rights, I'll do so here. I believe this is in the interests of business development and the rule of law in general. So, if you plan to park near a restaurant, be prepared for a rude old man to come up to you and demand €5. He simply won't let you park and will circle you endlessly. When asked about the receipt or the legality of this, he'll feign ignorance. The guides say they can't do anything about it. Maybe the restaurant owners can? It was a disgusting experience, which overall ruined both the restaurant visit and the Etna excursion.
