17/08/2025: The food is always fresh and of the highest quality deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the staff can be rude to non-locals, and prices fluctuate depending on their mood, sometimes with a small surcharge for non-local guests; I’m not talking about the cover charge, but items that are charged even if not received or are double-billed. Once we told three staff members that we were missing two brioche, but they acted as if they had forgotten, and we had to wait so long that our ice cream completely melted. Still, prices are lower than in our country. It’s worth going if you don’t mind the cost too much and want to experience authentic local quality, even if the staff can be a bit odd.

25/06/2025: We went to Olio on a recommendation and were not disappointed! The setting is beautiful, the staff are very attentive and friendly, and they even accommodated our special requests (vegetarian) without hesitation. Contrary to other reviews, our portions were more than adequate. The food was delicious, and we had a lovely evening! Thank you very much :) We'll be back!

13/04/2025: Primo piatto con porzioni minime. 15€. Crocchette di pollo dure, Hamburger piccoli e molto bruciati, neri, 15€. La cuoca ha insistito che era normale che si bruciano. 2,50€ il coperto. Nel complesso locale da evitare.

26/05/2025: The hall is beautiful, bright and large. The setup for the confirmation was excellent. Small parking lot but enough for about ten cars. Unfortunately it is not asphalted and therefore difficult to use with heels. Not very well cared for with trees with hanging branches that prevent walking among the cars.

10/08/2025: A very positive experience. I learned about this pizzeria through a tip from a dear friend. Excellent quality, delicious pizza dough, fresh ingredients. Excellent value for money. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely return.

11/08/2025: The premises are very clean and welcoming. In the late morning and afternoon, the atmosphere is tranquil, with excellent background music. I think it's much busier in the evening. The clientele clearly appreciates both the premises and the products. So, a top rating.

28/07/2025: Elegant atmosphere, excellent quality ingredients, very friendly staff, and prices I'd say are in line with the offerings. The menu is very varied: first and second courses of seafood and meat, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and pinsa. Excellent meat. Recommended.

22/07/2025: We had dinner with friends, the place is very nice, but we ordered a platter for 4 people and a very small platter arrived with very few things at a cost of 25 euros if I'm not mistaken, however the pizza was very good and at regular prices.

06/07/2025: Total disappointment: 2 hours of waiting for nothing. Deeply disappointing experience. After arriving and waiting for two hours, we were told that there had been internal problems, understandable, it happens. But the unacceptable came later: despite the apologies, we continued to wait while people who arrived well after us were served. No management of the order of arrival, no attention to the inconvenience caused, no priority given to those who had been waiting for hours. If a place has an unexpected event, the least you can do is try to fix it by giving priority to those who have already waited a long time, not make the situation even worse with disorganization and superficiality. A shame, because we had arrived with great expectations. But after this management, it is difficult to imagine returning and even more difficult to recommend it to others.

01/05/2025: Lo si sceglie se si vuole la certezza di mangiare bene. Locale sempre carino, accogliente e molto molto pulito. La qualità della cucina è di prim’ordine, con piatti ricercati e mai banali, valorizzati dall’accostamento alla cucina locale, del buonissimo tartufo. Servizio e professionalità sempre ai massimi livelli.

16/04/2025: Huiselijk restaurant met heerlijk eten. Alles was perfect, de pasta, het vlees, de vis en de beste desserts. Aanrader voor wie in de buurt van de Etna verblijft.
