28/08/2025: The granitas and desserts are delicious, the hot food a little less so except for the unique onion that I have never tasted so good, in fact every time I go I always have to wait so much they sell out, the unique brioche col tuppo is also very good and served hot, the staff is very kind, professional and friendly, the atmosphere is fairly quiet, but overall Alecci deserves good work, I recommend it, and a short wait.

28/07/2025: Elegant atmosphere, excellent quality ingredients, very friendly staff, and prices I'd say are in line with the offerings. The menu is very varied: first and second courses of seafood and meat, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and pinsa. Excellent meat. Recommended.

12/10/2025: The cannoli shell was very good, filled to order. But the ricotta was disappointing, perhaps mixed with cow's milk ricotta?

08/09/2025: I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it. Unfortunately, I've had the pistachio grenita twice, but it's tasteless and has ice chips in it... and the prices are too high considering the area.

06/10/2025: Very delicious, clean, fast, and very nice people, everything was very good. I recommend it for a getaway from the city and an immersion in nature.

05/10/2025: We stopped at Rifugio Ragabo for lunch on our way to Etna, and it was absolutely wonderful! The food was fantastic, full of authentic flavor and clearly made with care. Prices were very reasonable, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming — the perfect mountain stop before heading up to Etna.

01/05/2025: Hospitality and professionalism characterize this bar. Being there for a school event, what struck us most, being in the company of a girl in a wheelchair, was the presence of a platform designed specifically for people with disabilities. This shows a real respect for inclusion and respect for ALL CUSTOMERS. It is rare to find a place that combines quality of service and attention to everyone's needs and this bar does it excellently. I recommend this bar to anyone who wants to find quality food, customer care and respect for everyone

01/05/2025: Drinkers bar on outskirts of old Catania centre. Vibrant atmosphere night with blue/ Jazz music and occasionally live performances. Good selection of wines and other alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks.

21/10/2025: I usually find good food and great customer service at these lesser-known establishments, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I've been twice, the first time so-so, but the second experience was extremely disappointing: the food was undercooked and the service was slow and chaotic. In the end, I paid the same as at a renowned restaurant.

19/10/2025: The food was average, but the service was poor, especially with the owner. He doesn't know how to manage or respect the customer. (He makes you gasp for air.) Because he brought the dishes without finishing the appetizer first, etc.

27/09/2025: Good food, reasonable prices considering the location. I expected higher prices. A pleasant surprise.

23/09/2025: If you're a tourist, they take you for a fool. You choose food from the bar and they swap it for something less appetizing. They move you to another place because there are two of you, but then they let two more people sit because they're German. Crowded, rushed, fast food, decent and cheap, but bland. If you come to Etna, AVOID IT.

15/08/2025: Embarrassing organization. I called at 8:00 PM to make a reservation, but they gave me a table for 9:00 PM. At 8:40 PM, I called back to let them know about the delay, and we moved to 9:30 PM, where they confirmed. We arrived on time... and surprise: they didn't have a reservation in our name. Their only suggestion? Wait an hour. After two calls and a confirmation, we left. Chaotic management and zero respect for the customer.

22/07/2025: The pizza is amazing, and super tasty. Everybody was very nice, smiled and helpful.

28/06/2025: The kindness of all the staff is unique. The pizzas are delicious and filled with every goodness. Note the friendliness and sweetness of Mrs. Patrizia and the cordiality of her family. Highly recommended.
