16/03/2026: A quaint place, but the ceilings are damp and could use some work. We ordered a pizza and had to wait 40 minutes even though there weren't many people. The pizza was overcooked, but overall it was good. Then we got up to go smoke a cigarette, and when we returned, the chair was missing; it was taken by other people who had entered in the meantime. I don't know whether to blame the other people or the staff, considering that when other people arrive, the staff should be the ones to set up the table. I strongly recommend fixing the ceiling and paying attention to customers. It's unacceptable that if someone gets up from the table for a cigarette, they'll be missing their chair when they return.

01/03/2026: A very negative experience. During my stay, I found a bowl of pet food near my door and a cat roaming freely throughout the property. I'm allergic to food, and this caused a reaction that required me to take medication to help. Furthermore, the hotel's official website makes no mention of the presence of animals on the property: crucial information for those like me who suffer from allergies, which could have influenced my decision to book. I reported the issue to management, who removed the bowl and the cat, but refused any form of refund despite the inconvenience caused. A hotel should ensure a safe environment for all guests and, at the very least, be transparent in the information provided. I will not return and I do not recommend this hotel.

08/02/2026: Very kind staff. Terrible owners. We asked if we could have dinner, but by changing our plans upon our arrival, they forced us to pay for a dinner we never ate. They were extremely rude and even made things difficult for the staff. Terrible structure. Money-hungry and not at all friendly. Absolutely not recommended.

25/02/2026: High-quality products, and a pastry shop, rotisserie, and snack bar are available here. Passing by on your way down the north side of the magnificent Etna volcano, I highly recommend stopping by! The staff are friendly and fast!

08/02/2026: We stopped by by chance after skiing and had arancini, cannoli, and a mouth-watering spinach-filled focaccia!!! We loved them so much we came back today for lunch and to grab some takeout for our flight home!! We'll be everyone's envy! Highly recommended, and the owner is SO AWESOME! He always treated us so well, even offering us some sweets ♥️

02/11/2025: It was a lovely evening, with a pleasant atmosphere and professional, friendly staff who were able to advise us on our choice of dishes. Fast service, reasonable prices, and excellent product quality. We'll gladly return.

11/10/2025: Friendly service. This was the only restaurant open for lunch on an October Friday when an annual festival was being set up. Pizzas were not available. That left pasta. The pistachio sauce was great. The pasta with mushroom sauce was watery and not particularly tasty. Big servings. A free serving of prickly pear, the local speciality.

09/12/2025: The service, friendliness, and helpfulness are top-notch. First of all, everything we ate was delicious, and I don't want to talk about the prices because if you eat well, you have to pay. Unfortunately, the downside is the small portions, considering it's a trattoria, and the extremely slow service between courses. I also didn't receive a side dish, which the kitchen forgot, and which was later removed from the bill at my request.

26/02/2026: We're longtime customers, we've been to the old location countless times, and we tried the new Monday. The location is certainly themed and well-maintained, but the food and service are absolutely not up to par... They still have the All You Can Eat option on the menu, but then you ask for it and they tell you they don't do it anymore; no problem, of course, but it shouldn't be on the menu anymore... We ordered sandwiches and pizzas, and we even asked for extra fries on the sandwiches. The pizzas were absolutely delicious, but the fries on the sandwiches didn't have nearly the same amount. One sandwich had 8 fries counted, another about 50. We also had some arrosticini, but they were smooth, completely unsalted... the sandwich was good, but nothing exceptional, something that would make you say WOW, I want to go back. It's a shame because everything in the old location was much better. Too bad.

25/02/2026: Gorilla Bar is a guarantee. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable, and the staff is known for their exceptional courtesy and warm welcome: they're ready to accommodate any customer need with a smile. Despite the Saturday crowds, service was lightning-fast, and the food, as always, was excellent. A place where you feel pampered even during peak hours. Highly recommended!

21/12/2025: I'm giving it 3 stars, but for me it's worth less simply because I personally found the singer and karaoke very deafening, but the other people were having fun, so if you like that kind of thing, it deserves more attention. The pizza is large but not very tasty; it was Saturday, so I understand it takes a bit long to serve, but waiting over an hour... In any case, the waiters were very kind.

03/12/2025: We returned to this restaurant for Sunday lunch with my relatives, after a positive first experience. Once again, we had a wonderful meal: very fresh fish, excellent appetizers, both hot and raw. For our first course, we had linguine with blue crab from their aquarium, flavorful and well-prepared. The service was friendly and well-timed. A seafood restaurant worth revisiting. Best regards Walter from Aidone

02/11/2025: I've been buying traditional truffles all my life. They used to be made with fresh cream, now they're made with long-life cream, and I paid for them as if the cream were fresh.

30/09/2025: The location is stunning. We booked a sea-view room and were given one overlooking the terrace below and the café's roof, which also had a sea view. The room was fine, as was the cleaning. A bit dated, but overall it wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly. The beach was lovely and not overcrowded; good service: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels... It did get a bit busier and noisier on the weekend. An inconvenience we expressed our frustration about was resolved very professionally and appropriately. We would happily recommend the hotel.

15/08/2025: Booked two superior partial sea view two months before trip since it is renovated rooms but I only got one as they were fully booked !!, so why then people book and pay in advance !!!, however, the buildings back to 90s and need to be renovated completly. You should expect the housekeeping staff enter the room anytime even if the privacy sign is there!! The breakfast is ordinary and the staff are not attentive and need to be organised.

23/03/2026: I went to this restaurant driven by the enthusiasm of the videos I'd seen online, expecting an experience that lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. After being seated, we had to wait over an hour for a dish to arrive. Furthermore, we couldn't even order from the menu: several dishes weren't available, a fact that hadn't been clearly communicated to us from the beginning. Another major disappointment was the absence of Mrs. Grazia, who in the videos seems to be the heart of the restaurant but was never seen in the dining room. The service overall was terrible: disorganized, the waiters kept getting the wrong tables to deliver the dishes, slow and inattentive to the customers. A truly negative experience that doesn't even begin to reflect the image portrayed online.

22/03/2026: I went to Cavaliere Roxy following an event that I've already given a negative review to the event agency. As for the venue, the food was quite adequate, but the service, unfortunately, lacked professionalism and etiquette, as the staff would bring the dishes by putting their fingers inside them, sometimes even touching the plates. I also found a hair in my appetizer, which I promptly had changed. Overall, the venue is mediocre; note the cobweb-covered ceilings.

01/05/2025: Hospitality and professionalism characterize this bar. Being there for a school event, what struck us most, being in the company of a girl in a wheelchair, was the presence of a platform designed specifically for people with disabilities. This shows a real respect for inclusion and respect for ALL CUSTOMERS. It is rare to find a place that combines quality of service and attention to everyone's needs and this bar does it excellently. I recommend this bar to anyone who wants to find quality food, customer care and respect for everyone
