I ate at this restaurant for the first time yesterday, drawn by the social media ads for the XXL cutlets, which looked great. I don't want to be mean because I respect the people who work there, but these cutlets were nothing like the ones in the video. Okay, yes, they were big, and they were respectable in that respect, but I found them very soft and, most importantly, you couldn't taste anything. There were three of us and we ordered the pistachio ones, but none of us were satisfied. My friends' cutlets had very little bacon, while mine had almost none, and generally, everything else was minimal, including the cheese and pistachios, which were obviously lost. So, they were more like classic XXL cutlets than special ones, and we came for that novelty. And we still paid 18 euros for them. Personally, I found the advertising inconsistent. Another thing, we ordered the 15-euro cavern del borgo appetizer. We made a mistake by not asking how much that appetizer was for, but for 15 euros, you got a specific bruschetta—which is absurd—two specific slices of cheese, and there were three of us. The only thing we could share was the caponata, which wasn't much, but more or less... I mean, at least for 15 euros, you get a small portion each, also for a matter of logic. I mean, for me, you can see that dish for 5 euros for a person, not 15... I noticed that most people ordered fish instead, and the aperifish seemed plentiful, so I'm judging based on what was served. My review isn't meant to disparage; maybe we didn't choose the restaurant's signature dishes, but it's fair to be aware that people see the ads on social media and are encouraged to try it, but once they see that it doesn't match the reality, they come once and never come again.

The aperitif platter was plentiful!! I was delighted.

Long waits even though we were the first customers, the pasta with pistachio was good but the mixed roast, what can I say? The meatball had a bad smell and a bitter taste, the pasta with squid ink was without pieces and very oily, a shame because the place was really nice.
