26/03/2025: Couscous di pesce & Caponata out of this world! Super delicious food and extremely friendly staff (child friendly also, the waiter immediately brought us a high chair for our 2 year old). Definitely worth a 2nd visit! Grazie mille!!!

25/03/2025: A well-kept, very clean, elegant restaurant. It also offers an outdoor space. The food is divine, the dishes are beautiful. We ate 3 side dishes, a seafood starter, 2 second courses, one land and one sea, a good glass of wine and 2 coffees. The price of 84 euros was adequate for the quality of the food. The attentive and impeccable service, the waiter who served us was absolutely kind, thoughtful and professional, as well as being friendly. He gave us some tips for our tour of the western part of Sicily. Excellent, I recommend!!

22/02/2025: Usually the pizzeria is excellent, except for one Saturday when the experience was terrible. Starting with the employee at the order reception who was in a clear state of confusion... she invites me to wait an hour and wait for a further phone call from her, she gets her surname wrong, she forgets to call me so I decide to call her myself to find out how it had ended given that the first hour had already passed and if at first she tells me to wait again, she immediately corrects herself and tells me that the pizzas are almost ready to go out. finally after 1 hour and a half of waiting and confusion I can enjoy my pizza, but here too I notice a markedly worsening quality compared to the past... non-existent mozzarella, replaced by a substitute cheese in my opinion, tasteless. It's a shame, I hope they can return to the culinary-receptive quality of the past.

17/01/2025: The menu is very rich in choice of pizzas, they are delicious and very large! The service is perfect, attentive and offers boxes if, like me, your eyes are bigger than your stomach. A big THANK YOU. Visit made in April 2024

17/04/2025: Die Dame von der Auto- Vermietung hat uns dieses Restaurant empfohlen. Und ich muss sagen, sie hat nicht geschwindelt. Gute Weinempfehlung: Etna Bianco, Das Essen : Arancino cacio e Pepe: geil! Und anschließend weißer Fisch und auch Das Rindfleisch geschnitten sensationell. Auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr

13/04/2025: Bellissima serata in questo locale di Scopello. Piatti squisiti e tipici siciliani… leggendo il menù avrei preso tutto… porzioni abbondanti ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale attento e cortese… peccato per Alberto… Ovviamente sto scherzando… Alberto ottimo padrone di casa che ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha consigliato i piatti migliori. Assolutamente da provare… noi ci torneremo sicuramente

28/12/2024: 110 cum laude restaurant. It will be the fifth time I've come, the first in winter, and I know I'll always go without fail. Very nice place, well furnished and with a nice open kitchen, which I find really tasteful. Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. Excellent food. Starting from the bread basket, with an excellent focaccia and a delicious crunchy crust with seeds and cereals. I only take the 5-course tasting menu, a gastronomic journey (always different or in any case revised) of the highest level. This time they served us a delicious savory cappuccino with potato and wasabi foam, spirulina powder and raw prawn at the bottom, served with a homemade cereal croissant. Then a roasted octopus tentacle cooked to perfection with pumpkin cream and basil sauce and cocoa nibs (brilliant idea because the bitterness of the cocoa gave the dish an indescribable strength). The first was cacio e pepe with homemade rigatoni (and you could taste the difference) with seared prawn, super. For second, a very soft slice of red snapper with seared skin (I suspect it has been caramelised, an aspect which I still appreciated) with a full-bodied wakame seaweed and a chickpea cream. Since there were two of us, the desserts were different. The first is a mix of a gianduja pudding with salted caramel, vanilla ice cream and mint, the second is a sweet pastry (like chiacchiere) with sweet ricotta, strawberries and candied orange. Super recommended!

16/02/2025: Sono di Roma e ho una casa a Modica alta, per fortuna vicino alla Pasticceria Fede. Vi assicuro che scendere la bellissima scalinata della chiesa di San Giovanni e entrare da Fede... beh, vi fa iniziare bene la giornata! La scelta dei lievitati è ampia e tutti buonissimi. Io d'inverno prendo cioccolata calda con panna e cornetto alla ricotta, esco con il sorriso e giro per Modica con energia positiva. Tanti sono i dolci da provare, tra i vari il Tartufo di farina di carruba sua specialità, i Macalle e tutto ciò che ha crema di pistacchio o mandorle per gustare la Sicilia nel suo cuore. Ieri ho portato a Roma i cannoli di ricotta, in una bella scatola con crema in sac a poche e i cannoli separati, squisiti anche il giorno dopo. Fede e il suo staff molto gentili e disponibili, locale ben arredato. Insomma, pasticceria da non perdere!

04/04/2025: Consigliati da Giulia del il Mare di Giù (posto eccezionale) siamo andati nella speranza di poter cenare vista l’ora tarda del nostro arrivo. Posto simpatico ed accogliente, ci hanno subito messo a nostro agio e ci hanno fatto cenare degustando uno spumante dell’azienda Milazzo V38AG ottimo di un fine perlage quasi inaspettato. Buoni piatti e tanta gentilezza. Bravi

04/03/2025: “Nni Maria” is exactly what you say when you want to eat in this pizzeria, because the feeling is that of eating at home. The place is delicious, welcoming, rustic. Friendly service, good quality food and fair prices for the quantities (nice big burgers!!)
