La Conchiglia In Pantelleria

The restaurant is located in an area with a beautiful view despite being in the center of the village, the food is excellent and the waiters are always available and professional in their work.

We were guests of Marianna and Giuseppe for lunch a few days ago. We stumbled upon their restaurant almost by chance, looking for a place to stop after visiting the Elephant Arch. To say we had a great time is an understatement; they were special! They made us feel at home, sharing their experiences and the island with true passion, creating a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. We each had an appetizer and a first course, dessert, coffee, and a liqueur—everything was delicious and impeccable, all in a charming and well-kept restaurant with a spectacular view of the island and the sea. We really enjoyed our stay; as soon as we return to Pantelleria, we'll visit them again, perhaps one evening to try their pizza. They showed us the dough, and we're sure it's as exceptional as everything else. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

During a mini-vacation in Pantelleria, we were fortunate enough to try several restaurants, but this place will definitely remain in our hearts as one of the most pleasant memories of the trip. If you love seafood, I think it's a truly excellent choice. The dishes were excellent, but a special mention goes to the stuffed calamari: simply delicious, cooked to perfection. We appreciated both the quality of the food and the atmosphere. It's an experience I'd happily recommend and one we'll fondly remember.

For those who love traditional cuisine, simple, authentic flavors. Top-quality ingredients. Among the best restaurants I've tried on the island. It's always a matter of personal taste, so I certainly find the 1- or 2-star ratings incomprehensible. Impeccable service, very kind and friendly waiters, as are the two owners. Highly recommended.

The entrance and the aesthetics weren't the best, but that's purely a matter of personal preference. The menu isn't extensive, but perhaps that's a good thing because the few items were truly delicious and made with top-quality ingredients. The price, however, was high in my opinion: a decent-sized plate of spaghetti with Pantelleria pesto cost €14, which, in my opinion, is quite high even compared to other restaurants on the island. Otherwise, nothing to complain about; the Bacio Pantelleria was good, and the Passito was also very, very enjoyable.

Very nice place, excellent service: all the waiters are very polite, professional, and cheerful. Quality food, the only downside being the portions, which are quite small for the price. Try the Baci Panteschi, they're delicious. Overall, a good experience!

Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the terrace due to the bedbugs currently infesting the island. The manager and his family did everything they could to make the evening enjoyable.

Friendly and welcoming staff, good pizza

Dinner began with good intentions and high expectations, but something went awry. The appetizer portions were ridiculous at €14, and the water was hot and not at all fizzy (not good for a restaurant). The couscous was decent, but the peppers dominated everything else. The calamari and sorbets at the end were good. Attentive service. Prices were just below the island average.
