I recently visited La Conchiglia with friends. Pino and his wife Marianna, along with all the dedicated and professional staff, welcomed us to their restaurant, a bright and tastefully decorated space. The terrace overlooking the view is stunning. Delicious appetizers, flavorful traditional Pantellerian first courses, and the stuffed calamari are also excellent. In the evening, you can also enjoy Pino's long-leavened pizza: a true experience, incredibly digestible and delicious!

At the end of May, I dined twice at La Conchiglia, run by Marianna and Pino, who are delightful. On both occasions, I was enchanted by the island's typical dishes, cooked with skill and passion.
I should mention that we paired our meals with an interesting, unfiltered, organic Pantellerian wine with an intriguing orange hue.

On a Pantelleria trip at the end of May, I found this little restaurant in Tracino... and I returned again on the last evening of my vacation...
A sincere cuisine that honors the island's products, even the most humble... few dishes, but cooked with mastery and great passion!
A stunning terrace overlooking the sea and simple service, yet impeccable in its empathy and courtesy.

As soon as we arrived, we felt welcomed right at home. Marianna is a fantastic cook! Her young assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained their dishes to us with the passion of those who put their heart into them! I found traditional cuisine, no dreamy location...just authentic food!

My sister and I came to Pantelleria in the low season (late April). The restaurant wasn't fully staffed yet, but the welcome was impeccable. The menu was limited: a few dishes, but typical and delicious (just what we were looking for!).
Excellent service! The guy was able to recommend everything from the main courses to the wine and desserts, fully understanding our tastes and preferences!
Overall, a 10!
The whole experience was topped off by an enchanting view of Pantelleria: highly recommended!
