05/09/2025: A very charming place, with indoor tables and a large outdoor area where we sat. There's a wide selection of Sardinian, Italian, and international wines; six of us ordered several bottles, including a very popular Venetian one. We also ordered two platters, one seafood and one meat, both generous and featuring excellent fresh produce. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and each bottle was presented with its own characteristics. I recommend it for its quiet location and the originality of the dishes.

21/09/2025: The food is heavenly good. The flavors are perfectly balanced. The service is friendly, prompt, and with an eye for beauty. The plates and cutlery are lovingly and stylishly arranged. The ambiance is pleasant both inside and out. Discreet music plays in the background. If you're lucky, you can also purchase beautiful ceramics by Clothilde le Grand.

Meticulously curated down to the smallest detail, the location is decorated with unique Sardinian handcrafted pieces, ranging from antiques to works of art by contemporary Sardinian artists, making it one of a kind. The warm, soft lighting, which makes the atmosphere very welcoming, is also noteworthy. The staff, in addition to being truly attentive and caring, is highly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside out, and can guide even the most discerning diners to the most appropriate choice, even for the most delicate palates. My thanks to Patrizia for this, a reflection of her professionalism and customer service. The raw materials used, always fresh and of excellent quality, are the result of expert food and wine research by the owner, Efisio. Prices are average; I'd even say low for the quality. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new and unforgettable experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

07/09/2025: Very good and easy-to-digest pizza. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also delivered very quickly, arriving within ten minutes of ordering. Recommended if you want a different kind of pizza.

23/09/2025: This place is truly special! We've eaten there several times and tried a variety of dishes. Everything tastes simply fantastic – we couldn't stop raving about it! You eat while listening to relaxed jazz music, and the hostess, Melina, dances cheerfully between the tables, humming along to the music. The portions are generous and the prices are more than fair! We paid just over €60 for an appetizer, two main courses, half a liter of wine, a large bottle of water, and dessert! Melina and her husband, Tommaso, are also very kind people and gave us one of the most wonderful encounters of our vacation. Melina speaks excellent English, so even people who don't speak Italian can get along well here. The trattoria is incredibly sweet and lovingly decorated: there are only five tables on the terrace, so you feel comfortable and at home (not an overcrowded tourist spot!). 30/09/2025: Wonderful experience at this bar, drinks were great and they bring out small snacks for you to enjoy. When I mentioned to our waiter that I was vegetarian, he brought out a small plate of snacks especially for me! Would recommend the local beer, very tasty.

29/11/2025: One of the best revelations we've had since visiting Sardinia. We tried it by chance and it's now a regular stop. The platters are fabulous, plentiful, and offer a wide variety. The pecorino cream is extraordinary. Sardinian products, fresh, refined, and above all, of indescribable quality. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming. The atmosphere is very simple and light. Perhaps the only flaw is that you eat right on the roadside. A well-deserved 5 stars, congratulations. Super price!!!

15/10/2025: Excellent dinner consisting of several appetizers, two first courses, and porceddu (roasted pork) as a main course. The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. When booking, they asked us about any allergies/intolerances and were careful to adapt all the dishes to my needs so I could enjoy a complete dinner like my partner. Wonderful!!!

05/10/2025: We stayed a week in August in the Rosmarino cottage: clean and welcoming, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Santa Teresa. Carlo and his son, Edoardo (who runs the restaurant on the farm), are friendly, kind, and helpful. An excellent experience; the restaurant is one of the best in the Santa Teresa area. Highly recommended!

20/10/2025: Friendly staff and excellent pizza. Since they make it a bit thin, I ordered it a little thicker. On Saturdays, there's a bit of a wait because they're very busy, but overall it's worth it. The fries are unique, just like they do, and perfect as an appetizer.

24/11/2025: The products used are high-quality. The atmosphere is pleasant and the wait staff is very friendly. I think the kitchen needs to adjust its timing. With three of us at the table, we never received our food at the same time, meaning we always ate alone. Our table was always served last, even though we were the first to arrive.

14/11/2025: Once again, it was a sure thing! We had lunch at the "mushroom-go" event and we weren't disappointed. From appetizers to dessert, the dishes were simply perfect. The risotto and dessert really deserve a special mention! Excellent!
