30/09/2025: Wonderful experience at this bar, drinks were great and they bring out small snacks for you to enjoy. When I mentioned to our waiter that I was vegetarian, he brought out a small plate of snacks especially for me! Would recommend the local beer, very tasty.

30/12/2025: We stopped for lunch, almost by chance, along the road... and it turned out to be one of the happiest stops on our trip. One of those places you don't look for, but that seem to find you. We took the owner-chef's advice and started with a generous and unique meat-based antipasto, made with truly excellent products: authentic, genuine flavors that describe Sardinia better than a thousand words. The culurgiones were simply unforgettable: soft, fragrant, full of flavor—a true spectacle. The hand-sliced ​​prosciutto is fabulous, and the surprisingly good house wine pairs everything perfectly. The owner is kind and passionate, managing to create an unforgettable atmosphere: as you begin to eat, he passes by the walls, touching the bells and making them ring, instilling smiles and lightness. A simple and authentic gesture that remains in your heart. The place is a little discovery: pipes, knives, bells, and Sardinian handicrafts speak of tradition, the land, and skilled hands. You look around and you really feel Sardinia.

02/01/2026: Compliments to the location, the menu, and the service, but unfortunately, it wasn't a party suitable for those over 50, as it was primarily organized for a much younger audience. There was no attention paid to the table arrangements for dinner. My 66-year-old friend and I, 58, were assigned to a table with five other 26-year-olds. I'd say it was embarrassing and boring. But above all, the DJ set didn't take into account those who were well over 50, forcing us to leave despite paying a substantial fee that included dancing. There was also a lot of confusion at the midnight buffet, served in a very poorly heated room. I'm sorry, but I have a very negative opinion of the party and the event organizers. They're certainly capable of other situations, but not of a New Year's Eve party in such a refined and well-kept location, always of a high standard in so many other circumstances.

I've always found plant-based options (from cappuccino to caramel matcha latte to French toast) and I always enjoy chatting with the guys, who are incredibly knowledgeable about coffee and ethical supply chains, which I think is crucial.

The hospitality was warm, the atmosphere was refined and comfortable, and the food was truly excellent. We all celebrated together in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, with a raffle with prizes of their own. We can't wait to return! ❤️

15/10/2025: Excellent dinner consisting of several appetizers, two first courses, and porceddu (roasted pork) as a main course. The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. When booking, they asked us about any allergies/intolerances and were careful to adapt all the dishes to my needs so I could enjoy a complete dinner like my partner. Wonderful!!!

05/10/2025: We stayed a week in August in the Rosmarino cottage: clean and welcoming, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Santa Teresa. Carlo and his son, Edoardo (who runs the restaurant on the farm), are friendly, kind, and helpful. An excellent experience; the restaurant is one of the best in the Santa Teresa area. Highly recommended!
