07/06/2025: Tonight I stopped by TRIGU for a pizza, thanks to the previous reviews here. It was quiet in the shop itself but the orders for take-away were going at a high pace. It makes sense that people order pizza here because they were really very good. The Calabrese, with the spicy 'nduja, was spicy and balanced and the white pizza with courgette flowers was superior. I've had many pizzas but this was 'outstanding'. Add to that the fact that TRIGU also has a great selection of local beers from Marduk and P3 and you understand that the experience here is great.

12/06/2025: The best experience in Cagliari! We visited several places in the city, but this one really won us over. The service was the best we found: very kind, attentive and always smiling staff. The environment is super welcoming, with attention to detail and very pleasant. Delicious food, with dishes prepared with passion and excellent wine pairings. A place where you feel truly pampered. Highly recommended!

25/04/2025: Located a stone's throw from the center, this pizzeria has modern but slightly impersonal decor, let's say the classic pizzeria "without infamy and without praise" in terms of environment. Nothing particularly memorable about the decor, but don't let the appearance put you off! The real strong point of this place is undoubtedly the pizza. The menu is well structured and offers a good choice of classic pizzas, alongside the fresh proposals of the day suggested by the waitress, who proved to be very courteous and helpful. And the pizza? Well, get ready to say "wow"! The dimensions are generous, but above all it is the flavor that wins you over. The dough is well leavened and the ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality. Every bite is an explosion of flavour, a true delight for the palate. As for the prices, they are absolutely average, which makes this pizzeria a great option to enjoy exceptional pizza without spending a fortune. In conclusion: If the environment is not your priority and you are looking for a pizza that will leave you truly satisfied, this pizzeria is a must. The quality of the pizza more than makes up for the lack of a more distinctive atmosphere. Highly recommended for pizza!

02/06/2025: in ritardo di 16 minuti. la pizza è arrivata appena tiepida. Non so se la responsabilità è del ristorante o del rider ma cmq impasto legnoso mi spiace ma non ho gradito.

01/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale perché consigliatoci da gente di Cagliari. Sapevamo che fosse un’osteria e non un ristorante ma avevamo aspettative ben più alte. Cena con menù fisso, 40€ a testa. Il tutto è abbastanza deludente, purché il pesce fresco. Antipasto ok, fregola con pesce letteralmente presentata con due pezzettini di scampi, secondi terrificanti… orata grigliata stracotta e secca, frittura di calamari arrivata fredda e piena d’olio. Servizio curato malissimo, i secondi sono stati serviti con la macedonia… Sicuramente sotto la media delle osterie e ristoranti di Cagliari. A mai più rivederci.

10/06/2025: Un endroit avec une âme, celle de la Sardaigne et de son terroir ! Produits d’excellente qualité, servi par des gens extrêmement gentils et passionnés, tout y est délicieux.. du vin, en passant par la charcuterie et le fromage ! je recommande plus que vivement !!
