23/10/2025: Magnificent wood-fired pizza, honestly worth it! One evening in Bosa I was a little hungry, I made the trip to this pizzeria which is nestled high up in a very small village. Honestly not disappointed: very good and generous pizza, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

The search for raw ingredients transforms into something excellent, even when it's simple. Like the goat with olives we ate today, for example.
But I can say the same about the maccarrones a ferrittu with ragù, or the mixed cured meats platter, or the mixed grill. Everything was truly delicious.
A warm welcome and attentive service.
I'd heard about it, and I must say it lived up to expectations.

06/11/2025: A great, authentic place! The pizzeria was packed on Saturday evening, which speaks volumes about its popularity with locals. The pizza was delicious, reasonably priced (€17 for three), and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The lovely lady who took our order didn't speak English, yet she understood our order perfectly. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Alghero!

11/11/2025: The breaded fried lamb chops were juicy,and it tasted like the chops were coated in some happy homemade breadcrumbs.The uncased sausage was not over powering and the basil was nice and pungent.Very balanced pizza.Brick oven also.The oven potatoes were great also.They were not boring.The cheesecake was not super sweet. I had red wine and sparkling water to drink

01/12/2025: A meat-based dinner for two. We started with a platter of cured meats and cheeses (alas, not much of it). The soppressata/head steak was excellent, but the salted ricotta was too much. As for the main courses, the horse meat (belly and rib eye steak) was excellent, and the baked potatoes were excellent. Service was fairly quick (the place was busy), and the staff were friendly and professional. The overall atmosphere was pleasant. Prices were above average, but it was worth it. Special praise goes to the owner, a delightful person who will welcome you as if you were at home, exuding love and passion for his work. Recommended.

The only thing the service could improve is this: We ordered a low-priced wine that wasn't available. The alternative wine offered was almost twice as expensive; perhaps this could have been mentioned. However, it tasted good, and that's what matters most.
