Oasi Blu In Calasetta

We went there for dinner. The food was fantastic and authentic Sardinian, with a simple yet very stylish interior. But what truly makes this restaurant special is the family atmosphere and, above all, the warmth and friendliness of the owners. We'll definitely eat there again if we're ever in the area.

We had dinner at Oasi Blu – from the very first moment, you get a cozy feeling, perhaps due to the stylish country-house decor, the park-like grounds, the warm welcome from the owners, or a combination of these elements. The food was excellent; we could have happily eaten a whole plate of every single dish, if we'd had the stomach capacity. The house wine (red for us) was also delicious. You can tell how much heart and soul has gone into Oasi Blu – highly recommended!

I only stayed here one evening for dinner. Let me say right away – it was the highlight of my vacation. Perfect service, perfect food, perfect drinks, perfect atmosphere, and a perfect price. The menu was very well-balanced, the portions were perfectly adequate, and the service was absolutely outstanding. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location. I would gladly return anytime. --> Addendum: This year I also spent five nights in a room at Oasi Blu. Check-in was seamless, and I was even able to choose a room on-site that I preferred. Every morning at breakfast, there was a lovely selection of local products – not too much, so you're not overwhelmed, but not too little either. Excellent! What's more, I was the only guest who had booked breakfast, so I had complete peace and quiet and "private breakfast service." Unfortunately, it was Vendemmia (the traditional harvest festival) during my stay, which is why I could only enjoy the superb dinner one evening. Fantastic! An absolutely delicious menu, just like the year before. Furthermore, I really appreciated the secluded location of the resort. A peaceful atmosphere, which can be perfectly enjoyed on the terrace. I had lunch at Oasi Blu and the experience was truly wonderful. I was invited by friends for lunch to try their porceddu, which was divinely cooked: incredibly tender, flavorful, and prepared in full respect of Sardinian tradition. Each course was authentic and rich with typical local flavors, from the local specialties to the truly delicious appetizers. As a Sicilian, a lover of good food and authentic traditions, I can say I thoroughly enjoyed every flavor and the quality of the products served. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, perfect for those who want a true Sardinian culinary experience. Special thanks go to both the staff and the owner, who were super kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal, making us feel right at home. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for traditional cuisine, quality, and true hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Located a few kilometers from Calasetta, immersed in greenery and surrounded by olive trees, it is a place to spend a pleasant, relaxing holiday: the welcoming and friendly staff, the well-kept rooms equipped with every comfort, and the fantastic on-site dinner (local and genuine products).

Enchanting place, fabulous New Year's Eve dinner, and hosts with an unparalleled hospitality. They truly deserve 5 stars for everything, but especially for their kindness.
