The food was very good (Sardinian pasta with seafood and carbonara), and the service was excellent (the waiter who served us was excellent in terms of service, recommendations for nearby attractions, and casual conversation).

The restaurant stands out for its welcoming atmosphere and comfortable atmosphere. They have a wide selection of appetizers; I highly recommend trying all the seafood entrees, especially the roasted octopus. The house desserts are spectacular, especially the wild berry millefeuille. Excellent service and super professional staff! I highly recommend this restaurant.

We spontaneously ordered two pizzas to go. The staff was super friendly and helped us right away. The pizzas arrived very quickly. The taste was fantastic! We've already eaten a few pizzas in Palau over the past few days, but this was the best of all! We'd love to come back!

We were looking for a restaurant open in the early afternoon and found it here. It was so delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly. We haven't had such delicious Italian food in a long time. Everything was just perfect. Thank you 🙏

A welcoming restaurant located in the center of Palau, perfect for enjoying traditional Sardinian dishes and both meat and fish specialties. We tried the culurgiones and the fish fregola: both delicious, but the fregola was truly amazing, with an aroma and flavor reminiscent of the sea. A special mention goes to the oil bread, homemade by a Sicilian pizza chef—a true dive into the flavors of yesteryear, soft and irresistible. The portions are generous, the dishes are meticulously prepared, and the staff is unparalleled in kindness and professionalism: they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Impeccable service and a family atmosphere make this place a highly recommended stop for anyone in the area. We can't wait to return!

03/06/2026: Returning home from a family vacation in the Aosta Valley, I took my time driving along the main road, passing through mountain villages before taking the return road. Once I reached MONFERRATO, I detoured a few kilometers and arrived in TERRUGGIA. A small village south of Monferrato, where I found MELOGRANO, a PET-FRIENDLY restaurant 🐶💚, serving classic local dishes as well as delicious vegetarian and vegan options... 😋 A warm, family-friendly atmosphere, with fast and punctual service. The entire staff is polite, kind, and very empathetic... which is rare these days... 😉 They'll even delight you with tastings, before and during your meal... 😊 So if you're passing through MONFERRATO... Il Melograno, in my opinion, is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED stop... for those like me who have a 🐶 that isn't just ACCEPTED... but is WELCOME here... ☺️ To conclude, the PRICES are VERY FAIR for dishes made with excellent ingredients and attention to every detail... 👌🏻 So, BON APPETIT to everyone, and to me... until next time... 😌
