28/08/2025: A restaurant with live music, a pleasant atmosphere, good cuisine and delicious wines. We felt like it was a meeting place for art lovers. As foreign guests, we were a little out of line, but they were very kind and attentive to us, for example, they welcomed us within a few minutes even without a table reservation.

23/08/2025: We stopped at this bar for a coffee! Four of us made reservations for lunch after visiting the Obsidian Museum. We had a great time; the food was good, plentiful, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I recommend it to anyone passing through the area!

29/08/2025: I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this restaurant was so good that I wanted to leave a few words. I love fish and seafood and it was by far the best restaurant of the island (if not the best one I have ever been). I was surprised because the location is not directly at the sea and in a very small town, on the first floor above a bar, but the quality of the food and the service was just perfect. The chef proposed different dishes depending on the day and our taste and hunger, without pushing anything, asking after each dish if we wanted something else. The prices were totally fine and we returned the next day to try out more of this excellent cuisine. Fully recommended for anyone passing by the region/Barumini area!

06/09/2025: Punctual delivery and the product was well preserved, hot and cooked evenly, typical of an electric oven. TRIGU had been recommended to us for its long leavening and the quality of the filling and it did not disappoint expectations.

Theirs is more than just a regular pizza; the carefully selected and strictly seasonal ingredients are expertly combined to give everyone who tastes it a mouth-watering experience! The dough, made with quality flours and left to rise for a long time, is super digestible, even for those like me with a few digestive issues... A wide selection of vegan options is available, and for expectant mothers who don't want to give up the taste of a good pizza! Highly recommended!

The food is truly delicious, authentic, and plentiful, prepared with fresh, locally sourced produce that truly makes a difference. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The setting is also beautiful: there are affectionate dogs and cats roaming free, which we loved so much, making the atmosphere even more familiar and relaxing. 08/09/2025: I’ve eaten almost all over the world, and this restaurant ranks as one of the best! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff take the time to explain and guide you through the menu, so any questions are answered with care. The amuse-bouche was spectacular, and I also enjoyed a delicious limoncello. I tried the sabayone, which usually comes with fruit, but since I live outside Italy, I always look for a great sabayone and requested it plain—and it was absolutely spectacular. The atmosphere is sophisticated and elegant, even on a day when it was a bit warm. If you’re in Cagliari, this restaurant is a must-visit. The only “negative” is that there’s no private parking, but it doesn’t affect the experience at all.

Chef Silvana's expertise in the kitchen is confirmed when, after enjoying your meal, the desserts arrive, a triumph of flavor and delicacy. Going to Marino at St. Remy isn't just about dining in a charming atmosphere, but the added value is feeling pampered from start to finish, in a refined setting. Crafting fine dining is a rare skill. At Marino, you'll experience attentive service that knows how to be original (even the bread basket). Every offering is carefully crafted with passion and great professionalism.

04/09/2025: We came for dinner on a work break, entering the restaurant you already realize that you feel at home in a clean place with attention to detail... a welcome glass arrives that no one does anymore... they bring us the menu and start choosing the dishes. Excellent seafood appetizer with fresh flavors and very tasty creams. The first course arrives macarrones de busa mussels and bottarga excellent as hell... excellent house wine... I recommend everyone to go and visit them... well done everyone, we will be back often... Donatella and Riccardo, a hug and good work, keep it up ❤️

09/07/2025: A very nice and clean place located in the center of Carloforte. The staff is attentive and kind. The food is really good and high-quality. The tuna carpaccio and seafood carbonara are amazing, as is everything else. I highly recommend it ☺️

05/07/2025: Dream seafood dinner for our boat wedding… Our boat wedding was an intimate and unique moment, made even more special by a simply perfect seafood dinner. Each course was a small masterpiece of freshness and taste, cared for down to the smallest details. The wines, expertly selected, accompanied each dish in a sublime way, providing a truly unforgettable food and wine experience. A special thanks goes to chef Cristiano, for his extraordinary kindness, availability and professionalism: he was able to listen to us, advise us and surprise us with his elegant and sincere cuisine. The sea, the light of the sunset and the intimate atmosphere did the rest. It was all exactly as we dreamed it. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart ♥️

28/07/2025: It was an excellent lunch, tasty, and with excellent service. Federica served our table; she was excellent, friendly, super attentive, and very knowledgeable. The mushroom pasta was amazing! The meat-based antipasto was well-assorted, with excellent ingredients. The Merlot wine was a must-try, and everything was top-notch. I'll be back!

We didn't have a reservation, but we were still warmly welcomed and, despite the significant language barrier, had an excellent meal! The staff made us feel very comfortable. Everything was very authentic, typically Sardinian. The food was fresh and delicious. Excellent! THANK YOU!
