29/03/2025: Ieri sera sono stata per la prima volta da Santa Marghe. Potrei dirvi che la pizza è buona, ma sarebbe riduttivo! La pizza è ECCEZIONALE! La perfezione: impasto lievitato a regola d'arte, materie prime di ottima qualità, cura nei dettagli. Il connubio perfetto per far gioire le papille gustative! Ottimi anche i dolci. Assolutamente un locale che consiglierei a chiunque!

29/03/2025: La pizzeria e un bel locale, accogliente, i camerieri e lo staff sono spettacolari,una varietà di pizze anche da asporto.. lo consiglio vivamente ne vale la pena andarci. Provare per credere. A presto santa marghe.

04/01/2025: We stopped for lunch yesterday as we were passing through. 5 stars for the service I give to Mr. Antonio who, despite being alone in the restaurant, ran tirelessly to serve all the tables. We had to wait a bit but the pizza was really good. The dough is very light. He made heart-shaped pizza for me and my aunt 😅😜.

09/11/2024: Arrivo fuori orario un po' tardi, chiedo se possibile pranzare e col sorriso mi accoglie una persona squisita; sala vuota ovviamente vista l'ora, l'unico presente è colui che fa tutto. Chiedo se ha da consigliarmi e " ciò che le va!" Già qui un premio! Ordino filetto ai ferri e verdura cruda o cotta a piacimento, vino della casa. Arriva tutto, condimenti compresi e persino una focaccia tagliata al posto del pane. Beh, carne divina, tenera gustosa gratificante, vino che mi porta su, focaccia e olio d'oliva sardo ottimo. Pago assolutamente il giusto ma soprattutto ha davanti una persona a modo, umile al punto giusto, capace di accoglierti, di fare due parole, ma senza mai essere invadente. Capita spesso quando non c'è nessuno altro in sala. Beh, di sicuro, quando ritornerò a 20/30 km da qui verrò ancora da Antonio. Spero presto di essere ancora così felice di pranzare come oggi. Grazie di tutto cuore. D.

29/03/2025: I grani non è un semplice ristorante ma è un posto accogliente originale e ricercato, nella musica nell’arredo nel personale e nel coccolare il cliente ! E si mangia benissimo con un prezzo molto accessibile. Ottimo lo consiglio a tutti

20/02/2025: Locale molto semplice senza fronzoli . Tutto buono , dagli antipasti di mare ai primi (tagliolini al nero di seppia bottarga e pomodorini apprezzatissimi!!) , sino ad arrivare ai dolci. Servizio molto piacevole e attento . Prezzo onestissimo.

24/03/2025: Excellent food, super welcome, we came in for dinner, during the potato festival, not having booked before, they left us a table for an hour, satisfied and amazed with excellent first courses, compliments to the kitchen and to the guys who served us, we will definitely return more calmly!

23/03/2025: I have been to this restaurant and I was really satisfied. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, the staff is kind and always available. The menu offers tasty and well-presented dishes, with fresh and quality ingredients. An experience that I recommend and that I will definitely repeat! Luciana and Luciano top!!

12/03/2025: Location: small and welcoming place, parking in the area is a matter of luck. SERVICE: the very kind and friendly waiter impeccable service and accurate explanation of the products and dishes. FOOD: perfect truffle tasting menu, all courses designed to blend with the flavor of the fresh truffle flakes placed on top of each dish. If truffles, cheeses and tortelli are tasty, you can fully enjoy them here.

31/01/2025: Sicuramente un'ottima esperienza ,per un locale intimo e accogliente a partire dagli antipasti di calamaro e cardoncello tiepido al profumo di finocchietto, zuppetta classica di cozze e vongole al pomodoro, molto apprezzata anche la frittura! Servizio molto cordiale , prezzi onesti.! Che dire : a presto !

29/10/2024: We returned after many years to Rocce Bianche both to break up our journey and for the love of seeing and sharing a day with its managers. Upon our arrival we were immediately struck by the pleasant impression of finding everything as if time had never passed: the beauty of nature, the silence, the order and the extraordinary family welcome given to us by Stefano Pina and Roberto whom I simply and affectionately want to call by name . Pleasant but no longer a surprise to find our simple, welcoming accommodation perfect for our needs and to rediscover ancient well-known flavors of the best traditional Sardinian cuisine with the capital letter of Mrs. Pina. Only one regret: "having to leave again" but strong in the desire to return! Ivana and Enrico

10/08/2024: A truly peaceful place to relax surrounded by greenery, enjoy excellent cuisine managed by efficient and friendly staff. It enjoys an excellent position for visiting enchanting beaches, plus the structure is equipped with a splendid swimming pool and outdoor hydromassage, everything is very clean and tidy, including the rooms.. Recommended!!

05/03/2025: I ate at Gian Luca a few evenings ago with a friend of mine and we were really satisfied. We ordered two side dishes, a first course, snails and dessert. Everything was crazy, the Sassari style aubergines were excellent and the snails were special. We both brushed everything complete with slipper. The seada was also top notch. After dinner we also exchanged a few words with Gian Luca, a truly genuine and hospitable person. Absolutely try his homemade mirto. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to try the typical Sassari cuisine.

24/01/2025: There were 6 of us (including a chef) and we left the restaurant speechless. Impeccable service, perfect quality of ingredients and 0 km tuna. All at a more than fair price. I can't wait to return to Carloforte just to stay there again. If only all the restaurants in Sardinia worked with their passion and honesty…

21/12/2024: Of its kind, the best restaurant in Carloforte. Historic atmosphere with a touch of modernity, in fact the venue is nestled between the walls of the CineTeatro Cavallera. Very high level menu, appetizers including raw tuna and above all, the first courses (seafood carbonara and seafood spaghetti) of unparalleled quality, creaminess and taste. Excellent catch of the day. The desserts are also superlative, in particular their one-of-a-kind pardula flan and the chocolate sphere. But the real praise for this place goes to their dining room staff. One of the best reception services ever found. Kind, courteous, professional, prepared and truly tireless.
