06/10/2025: Very friendly stuff, dog friendly location with pillow and bowl for the dog in the room. The food and wine testing in the Restaurant was amazing. The city of Palau is just 7 min by car distant.

29/10/2025: This seafood restaurant is highly recommended online and by acquaintances, but it's a bit overrated. The appetizers were plentiful, but, aside from the octopus, they were mediocre. The tomato flavor of the fregola pasta overpowered the seafood. The service was quick, but the interior was very crowded and noisy.

25/10/2025: We had lunch here and I can't understand the rave reviews, but everyone has their own tastes. They begged us for appetizers: we were served a sardine (half each) and a first course that left us wanting. Terrible value for money. As they say: we've put a stop to it! NEVER AGAIN.

27/10/2025: Great experience. All food was fresh, well cooked and pretty much traditional Sardinian. The taste and presentation of all the meals we had were revealing the skills and passion of ambitious chefs. Sardinien white wine and was very tasteful. 25/10/2025: Even though we didn't have a reservation, thanks to their kindness and persistence, we managed to get a nice seat. The oven-baked fish was deliciously breaded, and the Vegetariana 2.0 pizza was the tastiest we'd had in Sardinia. A definite recommendation.

06/12/2025: Of all the different dishes I tried, everything was quite good. The freshness of the salmon tartare could be improved... you don't mess around with raw fish. Furthermore, it needs to be kept at a constant, cool temperature... The self-service is very convenient and quick, with no waiting for the waiter to take your order.

06/09/2025: Traditional Sardinian cuisine. Rediscover the old flavors of yesteryear. A fixed menu, as befits a true agriturismo, but with a wide selection to suit all tastes. Not only was the food excellent, but so was the friendliness and comfort. We felt right at home. Thank you!!! Continue to champion this authentic taste of Sardinia and Ogliastra.

23/08/2025: Excellent meal and value for money. One of the best restaurants ever. Everything is homemade, the portions are generous. Many antipasti, two primi pasti, two Segundi pasti, cheeses, desserts, digestifs. Top service! I recommend 100% without any hesitation. Open only on weekends.

28/10/2025: The welcome was rather cold and the service unpleasant. The dishes were decent but lacked real taste or distinctive flavor. The prices are reasonable and the portions adequate, but overall the experience lacked warmth and enjoyment.

27/10/2025: Sentence with an x... that was probably nothing! I have no idea what the dish was called, it was basically goulash. Not good! 20 euros for a few dry chunks of meat. Mixed salad... no no no, I'm used to that from Italy. All in all, 108 euros for 3 people... what a shame!

16/10/2025: We were looking for a traditional place off the beaten path, and we can say we found it! The welcome was friendly, and the food was homely. It's wonderful that they bring the dishes "blindly." Trust the lady, she knows her stuff :)

01/10/2025: I was there today and I was thrilled! And I'd like to put some of the reviews into perspective. The restaurant is obviously run by an older couple, and the food is absolutely authentic and honest. Anyone who complains that they aren't served in English or that they're simply handed something because they can't express their wishes in Italian – what do you expect? If you go to a village inn in Bavaria, Swabia, or Austria to get the most authentic cuisine possible, you'll have a hard time getting it in English, too. So either go to a tourist restaurant, learn Italian, or take a guide. It's definitely not the restaurant's fault!!! The quality was definitely excellent in my case, and the owners made every effort to correctly interpret my broken Italian. There's no official menu. If you're really interested, you can find a rough estimate in the other comments. This will probably fluctuate slightly depending on the menu, and I won't throw around any more numbers here. I was there on a (very) quiet day. That's why I'm not even expecting specialties like roasted suckling pig, lamb, or goat. That would be presumptuous. But I can say this much: They conjured up a fantastic menu, more or less just for me, and the price was more than fair! Even as a clearly foreigner, I wasn't ripped off in any way. Anyone who still discusses the prices is rightly casting a bad light on their origins! I saw a comment complaining about the few slices of ham/sausage in the antipasti. I wasn't there, but at least in my case, it was enriched with three more vegetable and cheese-based antipasti. There was so much that it was impossible to finish it all! No one will leave hungry! For my part, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful evening and would come back anytime! Please continue to run the place like this for a long time to give other guests an unforgettable evening!

09/10/2025: Highly recommended. Very good service, excellent food. The ambiance is perfect. So far, the best restaurant in town. If you want to sit on the roof terrace, it's best to make a reservation in advance.

15/10/2025: This is one of the few negative reviews I've written so far. We stayed at Antica Casa Marini to celebrate a friend's wedding, and I have no complaints. The food was average to high, but the real issue arose that night during dinner at the pizzeria. The welcome and service were terrible and rude, and the pizza barely got a 3 out of 10. Then the morning breakfast was very poor, considering we paid €100 a night for a room.

17/10/2025: It's a lovely surprise to find such a beautiful place in Banari. A charming place with a picturesque view of the old town. The ambiance is meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. Super cleanliness and attentive, yet discreet, service. Congratulations! Highly recommended ❤️
