20/01/2026: I've had dinner at this excellent restaurant on several occasions now! And each time has been a pleasant surprise. The dishes are presented in an almost obsessive manner. Fresh ingredients are prepared with imagination and good taste, not to mention the owner, who, with extreme passion and expertise, guides you through the flavors, their provenance, and even the historical implications and connections with the tradition and culture of Sins. A culinary experience with a guaranteed sensory and emotional impact! I highly recommend it.

13/10/2025: This area closes at 5 p.m. due to staff shortages. We booked it because it was advertised. The website states that swimming is no longer permitted. However, it doesn't state that you are not allowed to stay in the entire area. We expressed our dissatisfaction and said that we would like to leave under these conditions, as we have no place to relax other than the small room with no luggage rack. With uncomfortable chairs. Every guest sat on the artificial turf in front of the rooms. There are a few sofas and many decorative chairs. After 5 p.m., it feels like you're on a school trip. We asked to speak to the manager because we wanted to cut short our stay. The receptionist refused and asked the owner, who was in the kitchen preparing breakfast for the next day. He also refused to help us. The receptionist then called the manager, Frederice, who didn't answer the phone. Here, you can see that friendliness and customer service are lacking, and that it's more about making money. The tone of the notices in the rooms also testifies to a lack of hospitality. This is all about money. By chance, the booking through Booking apparently didn't work, and we received an email notification (you don't check emails on vacation). Nevertheless, the booking worked on the day of arrival without Booking. Here's how to get around it. The next day, after much arguing, we only received a refund for two nights out of five days. Very unprofessional. On vacation, you don't want to be staring at the closed pool at 5 p.m. in 35-degree heat and sitting on plastic.

05/10/2025: We were absolutely thrilled. We stayed there for three days. It's not easy to stand upright. The pool and bar were amazing. One small downside: the baguettes 🥖 weren't available until around 9:30.

24/02/2026: My new favorite place in Stintino. Always kind and helpful. I should point out that I always go to Stintino, but it's not the peak season, so I've never tried them under pressure. Mixed appetizers from around the world. Highly recommended.

08/01/2026: It was a true pleasure to discover these two treasures of Sardinian cuisine, an experience that left me speechless. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the tuna; a truly extraordinary raw material, cooked with rare mastery that preserved its incredible softness, making it almost velvety on the palate. I had never tasted such tender and perfectly cooked tuna, a sensational dish that does justice to the island's great seafood tradition. The culurgiones, carefully presented, were also delicious and bursting with that authentic flavor that only Sardinia can provide. Sincere praise goes to the chef for the outstanding quality of the cuisine and to the entire staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. My compliments for their passion and professionalism. Highly recommended!

06/11/2025: Simply a fantastic experience! It's a shame you can't give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ six stars! And not just the highest-quality artisanal gelato: I, for example, chose an irresistible brownie with semifreddo, while my friends tried a bit of everything—cocktails, aperitifs, sweet and savory crepes. Everyone was thrilled! We've already decided to return to try the beautiful platters we saw served at the table next to ours.

22/11/2025: If I were to rate the food, my review would be positive. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service. We arrived at the restaurant and were immediately assaulted by the waitress, the irritable blonde, for arriving slightly early for our reservation. Okay, we swallowed and waited patiently outside in the cold. Once seated at our table, we were served by two waitresses, one truly friendly and nice, the other decidedly rude, surly, and very annoyed. Her rudeness and impatience turned what should have been a pleasant evening into one to forget. Paying customers shouldn't be treated that way. But even worse was that, after we pointed out to the waitress her terrible attitude toward us, she pretended to be completely taken aback. This job is tiring and understandable, like all jobs, but if you completely lack empathy, perhaps it would be best to consider changing careers.

14/12/2025: Under the guise of a quick and honest takeout on our way back from Nuoro, we visited Orchidea Blu; a trio of pizzas, "and we're gentlemen." Well, the dough wasn't exactly convincing. It was generous—sure!—but maybe even a slightly thinner one would have been better. It made you feel a bit nauseous halfway through the pizza because of how thick the crust (NEVER THROW AWAY) and the center were, a bit of a shame. The toppings were decent, nothing excessive or reductive, the classic "in-between" that doesn't do any good or harm. Service was just above average, wait times were reasonable, just the right amount; the owner was a bit impatient when you took a little longer to decide what to order... Neutral atmosphere, slightly confusing entrance, passable, let's say. 3/5 overall, nothing special or extravagant, the classic modest restaurant with pros and cons. - Mat. Honest review based on current events. A future response will be accepted at the owner's discretion.

16/09/2025: You each order a plate of spaghetti, only to be asked if you really want two. "Oh yes," you innocently exclaim. Then two bowls of steaming spaghetti arrive at the table—phew, so much! And delicious!!!! I don't think I've ever had such delicious spaghetti. Fantastic! But one plate is more than enough for two people, and probably even for three.
