A tasting of seven appetizers (including fried anemone) and two first courses (ravioli and seafood bavette)... All excellent quality and flavor. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

We were here both last year and this year. The reason we keep coming back is no secret: it's the seafood carbonara! A dish that transcends cuisine and becomes art!
It's a true poem for the palate, a perfect balance between smoked fish, an emulsion made with fresh mullet roe, and powdered bottarga, which is available for those who appreciate it. I recommend it. The owner, Marco, is knowledgeable and available to provide further details on ingredients and preparation. The staff is friendly and professional. It's only 5 stars, but I would have given more!

An extraordinary culinary experience: exceptional quality and authentic passion!
We visited this restaurant and the experience was nothing short of memorable. Finding such quality at such a fair price is an absolute rarity.
Dinner began with a mixed seafood appetizer for three: six dishes in total, each prepared to perfection. The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection.
The true masterpiece, however, was achieved with the first courses, both incredibly unique and exquisite:
Marco's (the owner) ravioli: his true trademark. A masterful ravioli filled with calamari, cuttlefish, and red shrimp. The surprising thing is that, despite being sandwiched together, the three elements didn't overwhelm each other at all: each ingredient was perfectly distinguishable and appreciated for its unique, fresh flavor.
His wife's "Carbonara di Mare" (an internationally awarded recipe): a brilliant dish. This is a reinterpretation made exclusively with seafood. The classic carbonara texture is recreated by replacing the eggs with bottarga, and the smooth, enveloping yellow cream is obtained by slowly emulsifying them. An explosion of flavor that absolutely deserved every award it received.
Beyond the excellent cuisine, you can sense the passion of a family-run business combined with the technique of great chefs. Marco and his staff truly know how to pamper their guests.
The quality-price ratio is unmatched for such a refined ingredient. We'll definitely be back and recommend it wholeheartedly.

We were here off season in April on a Sunday, but we made a reservation via WhatsApp. We had €40 sampling of 6 appetizers (they weren’t sampling but rather full sized). We also had carbonara di mare and grilled sepia/squid. Followed by one dessert that we shared, chocolate cheesecake. I personally did not think the dessert was worth my calories. White wine was refreshing. The price average includes wine.
Very generous portions and full of seafood flavor. Can highly recommend this place.

We went with the family for lunch on Sunday. The place is very beautiful and reminds me of the sea. The food is delicious, but I'd like to give a huge compliment to the staff, starting with the welcome and all the waiters. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, ideal for a relaxing lunch, accompanied by good food. 😊

Sestante restaurant is absolutely 5-star: clean, quiet, excellent food, everything very fresh, highly recommended. The owner, Marco, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Excellent value for money.
