While strolling around Taranto, we discovered the delicious Del Ponte gelateria on Via Niccolò Tommaso D'Aquino... Super tasty, gigantic, and the best in Taranto... The two girls who served us gelato this afternoon were incredibly kind and helpful... Congratulations! It will be our must-visit!

I often stop by, and it's the same as the ice cream shop near the swing bridge. Top-notch staff and quality, better than the competition next door, "Cremeria Vienna."

Undoubtedly the best gelato shop in Taranto, Maira always manages to create new and delicious flavors, compliments to her innate talent. Kudos also go to the entire staff, but especially to Valeria and Francesca, whose kind manners always help customers choose flavors based on their individual preferences. It's always a pleasure to enjoy the gelato and more.

06/05/2026: Excellent quality fish specialties. Professional service, although the waits are long.
21/04/2026: Good food although very bad service and, to top it off, expensive. Very slow. Other strange things were that they had run out of beer and milk to make a cutlet. Inexplicable in a restaurant of the category it claims to be. Finally, watch what you order. My frit de calamaris i gambes only had calamari. When I asked where the gambes were they wanted to make me believe that it was only calamari. Maybe they thought that because I wasn't Italian I didn't understand the menu. In short, not at all recommendable.
