03/06/2026: We went there for lunch on June 2nd with a newborn. As always, it was a wonderful experience surrounded by nature. The staff is extremely kind and the food is delicious (many items are homemade). With advance information, it's also possible to do an adventure trail (which we've done in the past) or stay overnight. Highly recommended.

21/04/2026: A truly special place if you are looking for real nature and authentic countryside life. Staying at Agriturismo Falcare feels like being completely immersed in the forest, surrounded by silence, fresh air and beautiful landscapes in the heart of the Gargano National Park. The food was excellent: outstanding caciocavallo cheese, great wine, and delicious meat — all from their own production, which makes everything taste genuine and high quality. You can really feel the passion behind every dish. What made the experience even better for our family was the kindness of the owner, who gave the children a dedicated room inside the restaurant where they could play happily and safely. They were super happy, and so were we. A perfect place for families, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to disconnect and enjoy something real. Highly recommended!

24/05/2026: Delicious pizza, especially light. It's also quite large compared to traditional pizzas. It doesn't have the typical Neapolitan dough, but it's truly excellent. I even managed to eat the edges, which I usually leave off. Relaxing service, really nice place.

24/08/2025: I've never had a business owner refuse to seat me, even though we'd said we'd wait to get a seat because there wasn't enough room. A table was about to become available, and the very customers who were supposed to give up their seats were shocked by the owner's response. Rude to the max, arrogant and presumptuous. There were eight of us; not only did they lose a potentially inviting table, but there was no valid reason why we shouldn't be seated.

16/08/2026: Highly recommended restaurant. I've been eating here at Pierpaolo's for several years, both meat and fish, and I've never found a single flaw in his dishes. The portions are just right, even quite generous. And the dishes are truly amazing. Until next time!

02/08/2026: We showed up at 8 pm for dinner. Service took 40 minutes, but we were rewarded with very good food, especially traditional dishes. The atmosphere is very welcoming and well-maintained, and dog-friendly—they even brought water for our dog. The price was fair for what we ate for four of us. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're visiting this small town!

12/08/2026: Excellent food and a stunning location on the southeastern shore of Lake Varano. Don't expect lightning-fast service, so sit back and relax; the kitchen is working on the spot, and they do it very well. You'll eat well and at a fair price. Fresh water springs flow just outside the restaurant, so you can cool off in the summer with your feet in the water (a highly recommended experience). If you're lucky, you might even find the nearby fishing museum open.

My daughter gave me a wonderful surprise by introducing me to this restaurant, its excellent dishes, the kindness of the staff, and the relaxing atmosphere that you can feel as soon as you sit at a table. Calling it a table is an understatement, as we found ourselves in a truly private and exclusive corner overlooking the sea, a characteristic shared by the entire restaurant. Finally, the artisanal cherry tart made by Signora Maria was the real highlight that sealed a perfect evening. I felt at ease and pampered. Thank you so much, and I hope to have the opportunity to return again in the future.

12/04/2026: We went to this pizzeria on Friday evening: the pizza was good, no complaints there, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was terrible. We ordered tiramisu, and the ladyfingers were completely frozen, tasting of ice and overly strong liqueur—anything but a real tiramisu. The biggest problem, however, came immediately afterward: we both started feeling sick, with severe stomach pain and nausea, before we even left the restaurant. Today is Sunday, and we're still feeling sick. We paid to feel sick, and that's unacceptable. Food quality and safety should be a top priority. An experience not to be repeated, for goodness' sake. Update in response to the owner: Dear Sir, If you had read carefully, you would have noticed that I never mentioned "food poisoning" in my review, but simply reported what happened. I acknowledge your apology for the tiramisu, which confirms what I reported. However, since this is a dessert with delicate ingredients like eggs and mascarpone, improper thawing can affect not only the quality but also the safety of the product. Bringing in a virus without any evidence, especially in a public response, is inelegant: it seems more like an attempt to defend oneself than to understand the problem. My intent is not to defame, but to report a real experience. The pizza was very good, but I hope what happened can help improve the service!
