La Monnalisa, Pizza D'Arte In San severo

Delicious pizza, especially light. It's also quite large compared to traditional pizzas. It doesn't have the typical Neapolitan dough, but it's truly excellent. I even managed to eat the edges, which I usually leave off. Relaxing service, really nice place.

The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable. The pizza dough and cooking could be improved. Considering the rather high price, I expected a better product. Impeccable service and a very welcoming location.

It's a pleasure to be welcomed into an elegant, timeless setting. The background music delicately accompanies the dinner. Impeccable staff. The select and unusual beers. The surprising pizzas, light and digestible dough, sophisticated ingredients, and superb pairings. The dessert worthy of the finest pastry shops. What can I say, we had a delightful evening.

A gastronomic treat. I was truly amazed by the attentive service, the small plates to open a simple craft beer, and the obsessive precision in knowing how to serve according to restaurant guidelines. I can only say CONGRATULATIONS GUYS 🤝. The pizzas are uniquely delicious, quality products, not to mention gluten-free. My compliments to the guys who run this place. I also wanted to add for those who read this review that quality service and courtesy come at a cost. For those who are in a rush every day and want to treat themselves to a true gastronomic treat, I believe there is no better place in San Severo.

The bland dough makes pizzas like the one with sweet potato and ham taste less balanced. The one with capocollo is much better. The turnip cream, however, isn't the best. The products, however, are excellent quality.
