24/08/2025: I've never had a business owner refuse to seat me, even though we'd said we'd wait to get a seat because there wasn't enough room. A table was about to become available, and the very customers who were supposed to give up their seats were shocked by the owner's response. Rude to the max, arrogant and presumptuous. There were eight of us; not only did they lose a potentially inviting table, but there was no valid reason why we shouldn't be seated.

Cute place, friendly service, but prices are way too high. Six bruschettas with samphire can't be charged €12. A fried dish (only frozen calamari) can't be charged €18. No kidding. Quality/price ratio: zero.
23/03/2026: Nice place, but the outdoor deck overlooking the lake sways a lot when the wind blows. It's not for everyone! The fried calamari was unfortunately awful, really tough, and the eel sandwich was a small piece of fish in a bun. The salicornia salad was delicious. Friendly staff.

13/02/2026: There's absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the dishes, but the Saturday chaos made the service quite disorganized. We waited almost an hour to order, and we were promised water twice, but it never arrived. One of the grills on the pergola was also turned off to accommodate another table that was warm, but we ended up freezing to death. It's a shame, because we really enjoyed the food.
25/01/2026: We finally managed to book a table at Ovineria.
The restaurant is impeccably managed: a welcoming atmosphere, professional staff, and excellent cuisine. The reservation was handled by Simone, while Antonio took care of our table service, providing excellent advice.
The tiramisu absolutely lived up to its name, the bruschetta was tasty and beautifully presented, as was the meat, cooked and served with great care. Kudos to the entire staff: we'll definitely be back.
My only suggestion for improvement: I had some difficulty distinguishing the men's and women's restrooms, as the signage with only pictures can be misleading. I'd recommend adding the words "Men's" and "Women's" for greater clarity.

31/03/2026: We ended up staying at Villa Maria for one night almost by chance. It's a lovely blend of modern and rustic charm. Our typical Pugliese dinner was excellent. The house wine, Nero di Troia, is highly recommended.
There's still construction going on at the property; a pool is being added and the terrace is being extended, which will certainly be very nice.
16/02/2026: We spent Valentine's weekend at this hotel. Mrs. Marilena was very friendly, helpful, and kind. She welcomed us with great cordiality. The room was excellent, warm, extremely clean, and equipped with all the comforts. Thank you again.

26/12/2025: Arriving on foot from Zaiana Bay, there's not even access to the beach. They took away the entire bay. If there was common sense and respect, they would have at least left an access point from the cave side. Don't encourage this type of tourism, which is privatizing the entire Gargano coast.
25/11/2025: We stayed at this beautifully situated campsite in September. Absolutely fantastic, one of the most beautiful campsites.
The restaurant was also very good.
The sanitary facilities were very clean.

06/04/2026: I'm sorry to give a negative review to a young venue, but unfortunately there were several problems. Appetizers with music on Friday night. When we booked, since we have a small dog with us, I asked for a quiet table... we were given the table closest to the orchestra. We were assured a jazz repertoire with some blues influences, and we found Neapolitan songs, often with the audience participating. The appetizers were of rather modest quality, the service simple... we definitely didn't want to return to try the food. It's a shame.

06/01/2026: Very nice and quiet location, although I was served at a table where there was a lot of bustle between waiters and people going to the restroom. Excellent and cutting-edge service.
The meat quality was good but not excellent. The menu was modest, but what little they offered was good overall. The wine selection was excellent, and I would have perhaps included a few more wines on the digital menu. I'm happy I was there last night, and I'll be back to try one of the three first courses on the menu. Rating: 8.

24/04/2026: PLAZA! Bar is an understatement. A unique place where you know you'll be able to have anything you need upon entering.
Starting in the morning with their savory breakfast (eggs, bacon, avocado...), their signature croissants, and superb coffee, they serve various times of the day, from aperitifs to lunch and dinner.
Various meal options, the absolute highlight, their cuisine meticulously crafted from every aspect. I also tried their gluten-free pizza, which was truly, truly excellent.
To top it all off, the owners are always empathetic, courteous, and always have a smile on their face, something that almost never happens anymore.
