Highly recommended products, friendly staff, and excellent prices.

We were looking for a bite to eat during a lovely stroll along the lakeside promenade in Lesina at 2:00 PM on Saturday. But nothing, everything closed. Suddenly, we found Eleven. A lovely, charming place. We asked to come in, but the owner told us they only open by reservation, but they let us in anyway.
We ate very well and were warmly welcomed.
The owner was very friendly. The chef prepared two exceptional first courses for us.
Average price (the ingredients are very high-quality).

We came for lunch on Monday, August 18th.
We had two appetizers, two simple first courses, and two glasses of wine for a total of €100. The much-lauded local ingredients were definitely missing, and the price was exorbitant.

09/11/2025: Regional cuisine with locally sourced products. Tradition combined with creativity, excellent ingredients, and expert craftsmanship are the ingredients of this restaurant, which is unpretentious but never predictable. A very pleasant atmosphere and prompt service guarantee an excellent dining experience. The wine selection also matches the food.
Today we had an appetizer featuring a carpaccio of cardoncelli mushrooms picked that day with truffles, along with cheeses from local producers, truly delicious.
The lasagna with pumpkin, mozzarella, and local blue cheese was delicious.
Off the menu, I was offered a rib-eye steak from our local donkey, which was simply divine. All washed down with Nero di Troia.
Highly recommended. In the end, you get what you pay for, or perhaps even less.

09/10/2025: The only customers, we ordered the fish menu accompanied by a half-gallon pitcher of local white wine.
Frankly excellent and fresh.
I can't comment on the service in peak season, but today, no complaints.
And the limoncello, too, the first time in over two weeks in Puglia.
Seated on the back terrace, quiet except for the kitchen fan.

07/10/2025: Top location, clean restrooms, good restaurant, helpful manager at the reception, small shop with produce from the garden, beautiful beaches within walking distance, and a relaxed €28 per night for two people with a camper and dog in mid-September.
I would have preferred to chain myself to the ground and didn't feel like leaving. The drive is annoying; it took us over an hour to travel just under 30 km. But it's absolutely worth it.

26/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We had to wait over two hours for our food. Some dishes were forgotten, and others were completely wrong. When we pointed out the mistakes, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We certainly won't be returning.
25/08/2025: The restaurant is simply SUPER! You'd never expect it, but this is the best restaurant within a 30km radius. The service is a little slow, but everyone is very nice. The beach is also very beautiful.

Nicola, il responsabile, è stato impeccabile con tanto di cicerone finale sulla storia della masseria.
Consigliatissimo per chi vuol provare antichi/genuini sapori conditi in una location in cui il calendario sembra sia fermo a parecchi anno fa.

25/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto Masseria Calderoso per festeggiare la nostra promessa di matrimonio, dopo esserci stati una domenica a pranzo, e siamo rimasti nuovamente soddisfatti!
Accoglienza all'esterno con un aperitivo di benvenuto ed una tavola allestita in maniera semplice, ma precisa; le portate abbondanti ed una più squisita dell'altra; un post-pranzo seduti al sole nella tranquillità della natura, che ci ha permesso di rilassarci e scambiare qualche chiacchiera in compagnia.
La presenza discreta, ma percepibile di Nicola ed Annamaria, oltre alla loro simpatia e disponibilità ad accontentare tutti, è il fiore all'occhiello di questo posto magico.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo invidiabile!

12/10/2025: We had a wonderful time here. The dough is homemade, and you can really taste the difference — both pizzas were absolutely delicious. The Vegetarian and the Buffalo pizzas were full of flavor, perfectly baked, and beautifully fresh. The Aperols were big, refreshing, and very well made.
The only small thing that could make it even better would be to serve the Aperols in proper Aperol glasses instead of basic water glasses — but that’s just a minor detail. Overall, everything was excellent, and I’d definitely come back!

26/09/2025: I love Italian restaurants, but this one I can't recommend. If you are a foreigner, not Italian, you are greeted coldly, not friendly. They are not interested in you, only as a client, for once. Very disappointed, walk a little 10 meters of the main street, there you will get all the atmosphere and friendliness.
02/07/2025: We were at Piano B with about 20 people and we had a great time. The staff was very kind, always attentive to our needs and ready to handle even the unexpected: we asked to add two more tables for new arrivals and there was no problem.
Excellent food, wide choice on the menu and fast service. Highly recommended for both large groups and more quiet dinners. I will definitely be back!
