We stayed at this farmhouse for four days. The owners, Francesco and Gemma, are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The property is comfortable with all the necessary amenities and very close to the sea. The food prepared by Francesco is excellent and of high quality, especially the pizza. It was a truly pleasant and relaxing stay.

Our room wasn't brand new, but it was very comfortable, and especially kudos to the cleanliness. Breakfast was truly excellent and plentiful. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Excellent value for money. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The owner's son is incredibly friendly!

I highly recommend staying here, both for its proximity to the sea and the owners' friendliness. I was greeted at reception by Mrs. Gemma, a very kind and cheerful woman, whom I later discovered was the owner. Mrs. Gemma accompanied us to our accommodations...truly charming and clean, equipped with a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a large bathroom with a window, and the linens smelled wonderful! Behind the reception is a large room decorated in soothing pastel colors, used for lunch and a buffet breakfast. The breakfast offers a wide variety of sweet and savory options, from croissants to cakes, tarts, toast, jams of all kinds, yogurt, fruit juices, and more. I'm sure I'll be back, and if you're in the area, stay here—you won't regret it!

We stayed over the Easter weekend as a couple. We found the staff to be friendly, from the moment we booked over the phone to the moment we arrived at the property. The room, an annex, was surrounded by greenery among olive trees, not far from the pebble beach where you can take long, peaceful walks. The welcome was impeccable, and even the breakfast served each morning was excellent and varied. Nothing negative, just a small suggestion: to improve the rooms. We will definitely be back.
