The place is also nice, but unfortunately, you have to stay in the dining room and pay attention to the customer. Being present even if there's only one person is not a good idea to make small talk in the kitchen. It's rare these days to find dining room staff who know their job. The service is lacking. In any case, I don't recommend it; if you want to waste your money, go ahead. For me, it wasn't a good experience. Unfortunately, when someone pays, they have to be served well. The customer shouldn't have to chase the waiter or dining room staff. Even waiters are rare these days; they just put in people with no skill or skill. That's the impression this place has. If I go to a trattoria and pay little, I can't expect anything but good food. If I go to a place where I pay, it has to be impeccable. I hope there's at least a sommelier, given that there are so many wines. Be present and humble. Learning would help you, otherwise you are a mirror of this city.

Noemi is courteous and knowledgeable. The ingredients are top-quality, and since you eat with your eyes as well, everything was refined, colorful, and inviting. Thank you so much, and with...taste.

I was a bit surprised because they're all young, and I expected a better welcome. We had lunch there, but the quality of the food is a bit low. I hope you can improve, especially in your sourcing of raw materials. We've eaten several poke bowls in different countries, but they're always delicious. The others were much larger, and above all, the bread wasn't greasy and burnt like yours, but fragrant. The rice in the poke bowl was overcooked. The salad wasn't very fresh. I hope you can take inspiration from our review to improve.

The tagliata wasn't the best we've had, but it was good. A few more sides wouldn't hurt; there were only eggplant and potatoes. The price is in line with the products they serve. The cheesecake was also good, but served in a jar; it was difficult to get to the bottom of the cake on the first try to savor all the ingredients. Good value, but I'd opt for a charcoal grill next time. The meat seems to be cooked on a griddle.

The restaurant, which I've tried for both lunch and dinner, never disappoints. The staff and the owner are friendly, kind, and always available, ready to offer advice and make the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is very well laid out: the main section is located on a small balcony overlooking the splendid view of Mattinata, with the sea visible in the distance, making summer dinners unforgettable. There's also a small indoor dining room, perfect for those seeking a more intimate atmosphere, and the overall design is tastefully crafted, simple yet elegant, enhancing the experience without being invasive. In short, Gli Artigiani del Gusto is one of those places that stays in your heart: quality, authentic flavors, a unique view, and a family-like welcome that always makes you feel at home. 16/05/2026: I had lunch with my family and was unfortunately disappointed. The ingredients used, in my opinion, were not of the highest quality. Poor value for money. I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms.

27/12/2025: From Rome to spend Christmas with relatives, they took us to this restaurant for Christmas lunch. It was completely packed, but despite this, the service was impeccable, the courtesy was embarrassing, and there was never a single out-of-place look or expression from those guys. Not to mention the quality of the food, everything was exquisite, and with all those people, even the dessert with ricotta, jam, and mulled wine, made and fried on the spot, one by one, I'm speechless. Truly, compliments. The space is also suitable for children, with a separate room outside. Highly recommended. The only exception, if I really had to find a flaw, was the cold lighting in the restaurant with dark walls. It's a shame because warm lighting would make the place more welcoming. We'll be back, thank you.

11/07/2026: We were with my friends and in total we had to pay 81.50 instead of everyone paying for their pizza/drink we paid the Roman way and some instead of paying €11.50 paid €9 and others instead of €6 paid €9

08/06/2026: The place is nice, clean and friendly, but for five normal appetizers (4 fish ones, and one cold cut), four fish first courses and one tomato-based one, four bottles of water without wine and second courses, €50 per person for a total of €250 seems a bit too much to me…
