Siamo ritornati dopo essere già stati quest'estate durante la nostra vacanza in San Vito e abbiamo riscontrato che, non a caso, la denominazione della pizzeria corrisponde alla bravura del pizzaiolo, che - con vera maestria - ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative anche dopo aver richiesto il bis. Una vera bontà anche le polpette di carne e le patatine, che hanno stupito i nostri sensi già prima di mangiare le pizze, la cui scelta è stata veramente sofferta per la vastissima varietà a prezzi assolutamente contenuti. Gentilezza, disponibilità e pulizia fanno da contorno al servizio offerto . Ve lo consigliamo davvero!!!!

20/12/2024: Ci ritorno dopo un po' di tempo. Chissà, forse avevo sopravvalutato la bravura di Gianni e la cortesia di Cinzia. Mi impongo di non farmi condizionare dal ricordo della precedente esperienza. Impietoso, osservo le pizze, ne inspiro i profumi, mi spingo oltre. E oltre, molto oltre, va la bontà della meravigliosa piadina (tecnicamente base) che Gianni mi propone, preparata con una sapienza e maestria che da queste parti è davvero merce rara. Cosa dire? Immaginate che Gianni sua giunto a questi traguardi ormai prossimo alla pensione? Ehm... Signori, qui la Pizza ha la P maiuscola e se non si è in grado di distinguere una stesura a regola d'arte da un "pacco", prego astenersi. Ancora, chapeau!!!

01/01/2025: We had our wedding reception in this place, unfortunately we were very, very disappointed, many mistakes, we went to the pre-tasting where we chose the food and also the decoration, too bad that the decoration was then made completely differently, we chose a pistachio and hazelnut flavored wedding cake instead it was coffee, not to mention the wedding planner who then worked for the place and recommended and assured by the director, he only created problems for us. The disappointing thing is that we never even received an apology, I was asked anyway the initial price despite the various mistakes, it is not for the money in fact I paid everything without any problem, but I do not recommend this place, they did not understand the gravity of ruining a unique moment of a couple who have been waiting for this moment for years and who do everything to have it as they dreamed. I am only sorry for the head waiter who was magnificent and also for the food I cannot complain about this 2 stars otherwise one.

08/01/2025: Out of the way place but a stone's throw from the centre. The beer, the pinsa and the burgers we ordered were excellent. The company of their little dog was excellent ☺️. The only note is that perhaps the portions were a little more generous and you would get a full five stars.

27/01/2025: Tanto decantato e poi? Il Primo: Risotto con caviale di melanzane, scampi e stracciatella alquanto insulso. Se avessi preparato riso e formaggino....sarebbe stato piu' saporito.. Ovviamente il piatto e' rimasto li! Senza mangiarlo! Il secondo:Filetto di maialino in sfoglia con pancetta affumicata, spinaci e polvere di noci, con il filetto durissimo e non scaldato al punto giusto. Il filetto di maiale dovrebbe sbriciolarsi con un grissino. Invece? Neanche con coltello e forchetta. Conclusione? 3 mini calici di Amarone......3x10= 30 eur??? Ma ci rendiamo conto ? Il primo piatto non mangiato? PAGATO! Comunque mai piu'. Veramente deluso!

15/12/2024: I'm not happy about writing bad reviews, however in this case I reluctantly have to say that if the starter and first course were excellent, the meat-based main course was inedible. I don't drink but my friends had to exchange the first bottle of red wine for a second one. In the end the bill was rather "salty".

10/04/2025: Unbelievable!! One of our better meals in Puglia! The black Angus is an absolute must. Price - quality is unseen!!

23/03/2025: Rustic place but excellent quality meat, and really friendly staff.... excellent value for money, however the bathroom is dilapidated and doesn't even have a mirror. Of course, meat is worth it like everything else, but an acceptable bathroom wouldn't be bad

09/03/2025: Place discovered by chance and booked today (first seasonal opening), stunning location, spectacular sea view, super professional staff! Not to mention the paccheri and tagliolini with prawn tartare. Excellent frying. We will definitely be back.

17/03/2025: I can say that you enter this pizzeria and leave satisfied in every way!!! Discovered through advertising on Instagram and I was curious to try this experience. Upon entering you find a small room and then there is the large room with rustic style with exposed star vaults, beautiful... well heated room, you are immediately assisted by the waiters for ordering, on the menu you can choose the pizza with a high edge or a cartwheel and with various doughs. The great thing is that the pizzas arrive super quickly after just a few minutes. The pizzas were delicious. I recommend to everyone... I will be back immediately!!!

25/02/2025: Un menù piccolo all’apparenza ma ricco di sapori , fragranze e metodi di cottura interessanti e sicuramente da provare. Ottima la nostra ed, sia a livello culinario che con lo staff. Prodotti a km 0, olio buonissimo assaggiato su una pagnotta fragrante e caldissima. Dolci non banali e soprattutto eleganza sia nell’arredo che nell’impiattamento .
