04/09/2025: An absolutely unforgettable experience during the pasta creation workshop (4 different ones) with nonnas Mimita and Simone. A unique and authentic moment where we were guided with generosity and kindness. This was followed by the pasta tasting in the restaurant. Everything was perfect! An emblematic place in Ostuni that I cannot miss. Thank you very much! ✨💚🤍❤️

08/09/2025: I'm not a local, but I come to BR often. Before writing a review, I gave it several chances, and each time was disappointing. First of all, they're really, really slow, and the table service staff never smiles; in fact, they seem like they're doing you a favor. The last time I tried a Veneziana, it was dry and tasted like eggs. We've also had zeppole di San Giuseppe, and those were also dry and tasted like eggs. Considering the hype, I'd say it's not worth it at all.

06/10/2025: Very good location right on the waterfront, unfortunately the service is terrible, which spoils the whole positive impression, the order is not fully fulfilled, the cashiers get offended, the bartender throws cutlery - I do not recommend!

10/09/2025: We arrived at around 1:15 p.m. and left at 3 p.m. for only a few pieces of filled bread and tasteless pasta. Already, a 15-minute wait for the menus when there were only 2 tables available... The "bruchetta" are only 2 pieces of toasted bread, well filled however and quite good. But the main course, pasta with shrimp and "ceps", in addition to the wait time (40 minutes) and the ridiculous quantity on the plate, was simply not good. Flabby mushrooms, large hard and grainy pasta, and 4 poor shrimps fighting a duel. With that, a fish of barely 150-200g billed at 300g, with the vegetables of the day at 4€: soggy spinach shoots. All this for over €100 in total Not to mention the waitress who seemed delighted to be there... In short, if you want to be disappointed, go for it.

18/10/2025: So, you have to book a table to eat here. There are 2 sessions..one at 7.30 pm and one at 9.30 pm. We chose the earlier option. You are waiting outside with everyone else until they decide to open the door. You feel privileged to have booked a table because if you didn't you are turned away with eyes on your back!! So we sit down and eventually order. The menu choice isn't fantastic. To be honest, I had high hopes for this place. I had the fettuccine ragu which wasn't great, and husband had the rack of lamb which was the smallest I've ever seen, with 5 little squares of potato?? Seriously? Overpriced hyped up and really not worth the money and time. Go elsewhere. The vibe is yuk...

Unique also in preparing his dishes... Pinsa in all its variations, stuffed potatoes, cold cuts, Norcina sausage in all its variations, and finally Unique because you can drink the best types of Craft Beer around... "BELIEVE ME" on the word, I do not hide the fact that I frequent the place every weekend, it is my fixed destination and I would absolutely not replace it with others....."SIMPLY GREAT".

03/09/2025: Its strong point is that it only offers three different sandwiches, but they do so with extraordinary quality! Delicious and rich, they're addictive! There's no seating, so you have to squeeze in a spot against a wall or order takeout, but that's not a problem given the quality of the products. Highly recommended!!!

14/08/2025: AMAZING! Probably the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Quality ingredients, superb cooking, and superb flavor. I had two because I also wanted to try the smash burger, but my favorite was the pork loin sandwich. It was so good I didn't have time to take a photo (the one in the photo isn't mine). Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.
