17/01/2025: We are from Rome and have always had a beach house here and I used to come here as a child, now my parents live in Ostuni in retirement and I often get to know them when I'm there, coming from Rome. the pizza is the best in the area, also because Ostuni, although beautiful, does not boast a large choice of 'historic' restaurants. THE bruchetta in its "small" way (although they also have a large, spartan but comfortable internal room), has been a certainty since the 80s, has a vast choice of pizzas and doughs, but also first courses and side dishes characterized by the classic authenticity that wait in a village tavern. 10/02/2025: Siamo andati in 5 ha vedere la partita dell’Inter a Lecce e ci siamo fermati a messa e per una sosta pasto.Ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante ed è stata una grande scoperta, ottimi gli antipasti, stupendi i primi con la braciola, ottima la cassata, anzi sublime, da ritornare.

I ordered the seafood salad, which was truly delicious: very fresh and well-seasoned ingredients, with a perfect balance of flavours. The service was impeccable: the staff was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to satisfy every need. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for a quiet lunch. The only detail that I recommend improving is the care of the crockery: some plates were chipped, and this, in my opinion, takes away a bit of elegance from the overall experience. In any case, I will definitely return for the quality of the cuisine and the courtesy of the staff."

18/03/2025: Excellent quality/price ratio. Room that looked like a wedding favor. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. We will return to visit Brindisi at leisure.

24/03/2025: Carciofo presentato come cotto a bassa temperatura ma era chiaramente un carciofo sott’olio o sott’aceto perché si sentiva chiaramente dal sapore , i carciofi freschi e cucinati hanno un sapore e un colore decisamente diverso , paccheri da sapore blando cucinati senza troppa cura , per non parlare del fuori menù : un risotto al tartufo bianchetto che sembrava un riso in brodo , servito senza nemmeno essere mantecato e presentato malissimo , tortino di baccalà ‘passabile meno male almeno il dessert al cioccolato era buono. Si salva ovviamente il vino e i taralli …. solo due tavoli in sala ma il servizio era lentissimo in quanto chi cucina , la moglie del proprietario, si divide tra sala e fornelli e la situazione sfugge chiaramente di mano. Davvero un peccato perché il posto prometteva bene ed è molto bello ma abbiamo mangiato veramente male , la signora era talmente carina e simpatica che non me la sono sentita di lamentarmi. E’da tanto tempo che non mangiavamo così male …da non ritornarci più …non aggiungo altro.

15/03/2025: Este restaurante de propiedad y gestión familiar está en una antigua fábrica de aceite de oliva - cueva, iluminada por poca luz y tan encantador. La comida era increíble! Todo se sentía especial y único, pero justo al lado de una de las plazas principales. Nuestra mejor noche en Puglia!

02/12/2024: Il locale certamente non è bello né chic, è molto lontano da mode e tendenze, non ha nulla di esotico o ricercato. È una buona pizzeria di un piccolo paese del sud, dove si possono gustare poche cose fatte con buoni ingredienti e tanta passione, e dove si spendono cifre veramente commuoventi. Grazie.

15/03/2025: We took a mixed starter and I will tell you that it never ended... I counted maybe 10 courses... hot and cold... dairy products, fish, meatballs, octopus, focaccia, parmigiana, seafood salad, carpaccio, mussels and more

13/03/2025: Unfortunately I have to give a negative rating to this restaurant, even though the quality of the food is good. I came back specifically to eat a dish that I had already tried in the past and that I really liked: penne all'arrabbiata. When ordering, however, the waiter tells me that that dish is not available. Disappointed, I choose something else, but towards the end of lunch my wife notices that the same dish is being served at another table. At that point I call the waiter to ask for explanations and he, visibly embarrassed, cannot give me a sensible answer. I'm sorry to say this, but this is a lack of respect towards the customer. If there are dishes available only for some and not for others, at least have the transparency to say so clearly. After an episode like this, I will hardly return.

02/03/2025: In questo posto la tradizione sa di casa. Attività a condizione familiare nella quale si possono gustare i sapori tipici della tradizione pugliese in un ambiente sereno e curato. Il Sog. Giovanni è il comandante di una nave che sa dove andare, grazie all'aiuto della sua famiglia. Prezzi assolutamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Da provare.
