I was expecting a greater selection of "particular" beers but it was not absolutely necessary. Beautiful discovery. We'll be back.

03/04/2025: Sono stato a cena in questo trattoria durante un viaggio di lavoro e confermo quanto già detto al titolare de visu, ovvero che sia il servizio che la qualità dei piatti è stata eccellente. Il punto di forza è stato il "chilometrico" antipasto mari e monti fatto di oltre 20 portate. Abbiamo apprezzato piatti tipici locali e non, rivisitati in chiave moderna. Tutti davvero ottimi. Il servizio è stato veloce anche se la sala non era full. Abbiamo completato il tutto con un assaggio di buoni dolci e con del vino della casa. Rapporto qualità - prezzo ottimo!. Nel periodo estivo e nei fine settimana il titolare ci ha detto che la prenotazione è obbligatoria. Consigliatissimo!

20/03/2025: Cena in famiglia con moglie e figlio. Tutto molto buono con ottima qualità dei prodotti e giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci ha sorpreso favorevolmente il fatto che pur ordinando due antipasti della casa tutte le portate sono arrivate con tre prodotti nel piatto. Da ritornare assolutamente.

20/12/2024: Sono stata al Chirico con amici e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Siamo stati accolti prontamente dal personale di sala. Piatti cucinati alla perfezione, curati nei minimi dettagli. Nonostante nel locale ci fossero due tavolate, sono stati veloci nel servizio. Prezzi onestissimi. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente❤️

14/10/2024: Amazing long weekend in October here at Masseria le Carrube. Good was amazing, rooms were unique and clean, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Such a great experience and we can’t wait to come back next year :)

13/04/2025: In 3 weeks traveling from Toscana to Puglia, the best meal we've had. Unfortunately had to catch a bus to the train and we didn't get a chance for dessert and espresso. Service was excellent, and the two of us were the only table of non-locals.

We tasted excellent platters of cold cuts and cheeses (I would have preferred more variety of jams to pair with the latter). Followed by meatballs, rolls with sauce, phenomenal donkey meat that melted in your mouth, and mixed roast in which some delicious livers and bombette stood out, and finally a good sliced ​​steak, served thinner than other similar places to avoid the chewing-gum effect. The chips were also very good, prepared fresh. Too bad for the sausage that I found overcooked and dry. We were a bit crowded, but since it was Saturday it's okay. Overall it was a pleasant discovery

26/01/2025: A place where the food is delicious. They have a menu full of dishes, lots of pizzas, thin as I like them. I was in the company of friends, and I was attracted by the goodness of the dishes. Definitely better during the week, with fewer people.

19/01/2025: Ho perso ormai il conto di quante volte siamo venuti a mangiare qui ed è sempre una certezza: pizza buonissima,sottilissima,croccante e con tantissimo condimento di qualità,personale gentilissimo e prezzo ottimo!

30/03/2025: siamo andati in questo umile ristorante “IL BUCO” a prenderci un semplice gelato, siamo stati molto educati e pazienti con i personali del locale perché siamo delle persone garbate ed educate a differenza loro! ci siamo seduti ai tavoli come TUTTE le altre persone che stavano in quel locale, quando ad una cerca notiamo che le cameriere ci stavano letteralmente squadrando e parlando tra di loro con le seguenti parole “questi mo si devono alzare di qua! falli alzare” ecc e hanno aggiunto “non hanno pagato” NONOSTANTE AVEVAMO ORDINATO E PAGATO! ad una certa arriva una umile ragazza che in modo molto maleducato ci caccia dal locale come se fossimo dei bambolotti! tra altro abbiamo trovato dei capelli dentro al gelato veramente disgustoso!! VI SCONSIGLIO!
