16/05/2026: My daughter stayed with you on a school trip, and while we enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the hotel's location, the food was a bit disappointing. The packed lunch consisted of two sandwiches with just one slice of cold cut, practically empty. For dinner, pasta was unsalted and overcooked, and there was a fairly decent main course and a decent breakfast. I understand it's a school trip, but the publicity certainly wasn't very positive. I hope I've offered constructive criticism that will be useful for future visits.

16/05/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by my stay (accommodation + restaurant) at the INCANTO hotel in Ostuni, which is enchanting in both its name and its nature. I would especially like to thank Antonio, Graziano, Pia, Marika, and Anna, who were professional and courteous. See you next time, we hope!

04/06/2026: I didn't find the city of Brindisi all that great. Betty Cafe on the promenade down by the sea was perfectly fine. Friendly and helpful staff.

03/06/2026: Went both for lunch and dinner. Down to the staff There was a Sgt Major of a waitress who looked very stern. She was wonderful and made a simple lunch most enjoyable Dinner all male staff food as good as ever but without our asgt Major so not the same. Go for lunch it's relaxing good view and looking out on the harbour. Or just go for a drink. Recommend a visit and hopefully you get to meet the Sgt Major

26/06/2026: Our experience here was wonderful. In the first place, I loved the designed, with old objects, the place was classic and with personality, which made the whole experience even more special. We ordered the tasting menu with meat and it was a very good decision. The appetizers were my favourites, especially the beef tartare. For dessert, the menu said we would have tiramisu, but we were pleasantly surprised that more came. The service was impeccable, from the fact that at the beginning they served us with some local snacks, to the fact that the waiter was very careful with everything. It is an ideal place for those who appreciate peace, quality and places with personality, perfect for a romantic dinner.

23/06/2026: It was truly an experience having lunch at the Osteria!! The atmosphere is cozy and elegantly decorated. Each dish was a discovery, with original and surprising flavors. The service was increasingly cordial and friendly. Everything was perfect!!

28/05/2026: Pasquale was incredibly kind and recommended some truly delicious local dishes: gratinated mussels, unforgettable grouper paccheri, and seafood cavatelli! Not to mention the warm heart tart... the price was right for the quality!

17/07/2026: The takeaway bombettes are delicious...the staff is very kind and helpful. I tried three types: the classic breaded ones, the ones with capocollo, and the ones with speck/scamorza, all very good. If you're in Cisternino, I recommend trying them. :)

11/04/2026: Very authentic restaurant with a focus on sea food. It's actually not directly in the front of the sea, more at the harbour. The Caprese, Pasta and dessert were all excellent. Pricing for local circumstances rather on the high side.
