08/03/2026: It doesn't seem fair to me that I have to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes (timed) for a sandwich. I could only overlook it if it were a restaurant, but it's unacceptable for a pub when out of 8 people, only three of us ordered (we had a sandwich, everyone else had appetizers). Besides this incident that happened two weeks ago (among other things, we had bothered the poor waiters several times asking), they always take about 35 minutes. And I'm not just saying this, but I've been going there occasionally since I was 15 (celebrating my birthday there) and now I'm 20.

07/03/2026: The only historic pub in the city that still manages to excite all generations with its sandwiches and dishes. Great for watching sports. Highly recommended.

11/04/2026: Very authentic restaurant with a focus on sea food. It's actually not directly in the front of the sea, more at the harbour. The Caprese, Pasta and dessert were all excellent. Pricing for local circumstances rather on the high side.

22/01/2026: I can confirm that for years they have been the best mozzarellas, maintaining their flavor unaltered. The best dairy in existence. By the way, despite being lactose intolerant, the cheeses and mozzarellas I've tasted and eaten have never given me any discomfort or intestinal problems. 👍 Try it and believe it.

08/02/2026: My partner and I went there for lunch on Sunday. We sat down and noticed that the tablecloth was dirty and there were crumbs under the table. We pointed this out to the waitress who promptly changed it. As for the food, the first courses were good, but the pasticciata and the erba cotta were rather bland and flavorless. The bill, in our opinion, was a little above average. Honestly, we were a little disappointed.

08/04/2026: This is a must visit if you are in Ostuni. The atmosphere was instantly enchanting, the service was very friendly and the food was to die for. We got the gnocchi and the pesto rigatoni, and pork sausages with potatoes. We ended the meal with tiramisu and macchiatos. Great experience which we will remember fondly!

26/01/2026: We went to Il Finile restaurant on New Year's Eve. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, which is precisely what made the experience even more disappointing. We had a reservation for 9:00 PM and arrived about 15 minutes late. Once seated, however, our order was taken very slowly, and the appetizers arrived an hour later, despite the restaurant not having many tables and not being particularly busy. One of the appetizers, a very large octopus tentacle, was incredibly tough and completely inedible, impossible even to chew. We sent it back, but instead of receiving an apology, the waitress seemed annoyed, attributing the slow service to our 15-minute delay and insinuating that we were being too picky, when the dish was objectively inedible. The service then deteriorated further: we were told, "I'll bring you your dishes now and then I'll bring you the bill," in a tone that clearly implied we needed to leave quickly. Considering it was New Year's Eve and we wanted to go out to celebrate, the situation was particularly unpleasant: a few minutes before midnight, we were still at the appetizers. The fish-based first courses were a huge disappointment: tasteless, flavorless, with the distinct impression of not-so-fresh fish. The desserts didn't improve the experience: the crème brûlée was practically a soup, overly sweet, and tasted like it was made in advance or frozen. Even the Sicilian cassata had completely tasteless ricotta. In conclusion, a real shame: the place has great potential, but between the slow service, disappointing dishes, and the unprofessional attitude of the staff, the experience was overall negative. New Year's Eve ruined: we won't be returning.

06/03/2026: We went there based on the reviews. I absolutely cannot understand the high ratings. For an appetizer, we ordered sausage and cheese. The quality was poor, cheap stuff. Then we had spaghetti carbonara. It was awful. The pasta was al dente, but the bacon was cheap and coarse, and everything was swimming in egg yolk. After that, I was dreading the next course: pork chop Milanese. The meat was okay, but the fat was rancid. Oh, and someone kept shouting in the background, and since I didn't finish any of the courses, it became rather unpleasant. I really wouldn't recommend it, and I don't understand these reviews at all.

27/02/2026: An excellent culinary experience, the food is delicious and carefully prepared. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.

10/08/2025: Fully stocked with everything. I didn't know this bakery but I will definitely be back... smiles and kindness first and foremost... from focaccia... to taralli with various flours... panzerotti and much more. Entrance Fasano north area.
