We had a seafood appetizer and a vegetarian first course, both exquisite and elegantly presented. The staff deserves a special mention: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely courteous. The young man who served us was attentive to every detail, recommending the perfect wine and explaining the dishes with passion. Rarely do you find such thoughtful service, present without ever being intrusive. A refined restaurant, a relaxing atmosphere, and a price appropriate for the quality. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for those looking for a restaurant that never fails to impress.

15/02/2026: I booked for 10:00 PM, specifying that I was coming from Bari to show off the place to friends. I asked them to be punctual, as I had to return to Bari (69km). We arrived on time, it was raining, and there were a lot of people... They rudely told us they "didn't know what time we could be seated." We waited 10 minutes and then returned to Bari. His response (instead of simply apologizing) was "The restaurateur is not a slave at your service. The restaurant is not part of your home. Be polite and respectful, and you will be treated like a prince in your own castle!" I'm speechless: an appointment is a written contract, I traveled 69.7 km to be treated like this... chubby and presumptuous

14/01/2026: A small, welcoming restaurant with fast, attentive, and friendly service. The cuisine is typical of the Apulian hinterland, with top-quality ingredients and a wide variety of meats. The first courses are new daily specials: try the braised beef ravioli topped with pumpkin and walnut cream and smoked ricotta cheese: amazing. Recommended.

04/12/2025: Small restaurant on a street in the center of Minervino Murge. It doesn't have private parking, but there's street parking nearby. The only indoor dining area is small, with tables arranged fairly close together. The space is poorly heated; even though the two air conditioners were on, they weren't enough to adequately heat the room. The menu features traditional Apulian cuisine. There's a wide variety of meats, while the first courses are the daily specials, which are announced by the very friendly and efficient staff. The house antipasto is also delicious. Prices are very attractive, offering excellent value.

28/12/2025: What a fantastic restaurant. We were a group of 6 and the antipasto and pasta /rice dishes were incredible. All perfectly fresh and flavourful. Highlights included the cime di rape antipasto and cime di rape orecchiette. Owner is lovely too and clearly loves food.

01/12/2025: Very kind staff... Baked potatoes very very good... The pinsa was good if it had been cooked a little more, it would have been excellent, but nothing to complain about... The menu doesn't have many products, but what little there is is satisfying... I can say that I ate quite well... Rich trio of appetizers... I recommend it for those who want something quick.

The flavors are delicate and never overpowering...the pumpkin and swordfish main course was my favorite, and my husband's absolute favorite was the deconstructed tiramisu! I've never had a better dessert!! We'd been away from this experience for too long (he was our wedding chef)...not to mention the location, the private seating, the attentive and always kind staff, and the chef, always on top, leaves nothing for granted with excellent raw materials! ...We can't wait to go back! 😍😋
