30/05/2026: A very welcoming and quaint establishment; from the first moment, the owner put us all at ease, even taking a few minutes to chat and laugh with us. Even though I wasn't in the best place for me (a vegetarian in a grill restaurant!), I didn't feel judged and, in fact, I really appreciated the effort he put into finding a solution that suited me, which obviously turned out to be excellent. The dishes are excellent quality, and it was a pleasant surprise to see the attention to detail, even with the appetizers. Even the bread, often discounted and underrated, was fresh and crispy. In any case, if the dishes were 5/5 stars, the owner's friendliness and warmth would have deserved at least another 10, because on Friday evening we not only ate well, but also had a wonderful evening thanks to him. 14/01/2026: A small, welcoming restaurant with fast, attentive, and friendly service. The cuisine is typical of the Apulian hinterland, with top-quality ingredients and a wide variety of meats. The first courses are new daily specials: try the braised beef ravioli topped with pumpkin and walnut cream and smoked ricotta cheese: amazing. Recommended.

04/12/2025: Small restaurant on a street in the center of Minervino Murge. It doesn't have private parking, but there's street parking nearby. The only indoor dining area is small, with tables arranged fairly close together. The space is poorly heated; even though the two air conditioners were on, they weren't enough to adequately heat the room. The menu features traditional Apulian cuisine. There's a wide variety of meats, while the first courses are the daily specials, which are announced by the very friendly and efficient staff. The house antipasto is also delicious. Prices are very attractive, offering excellent value.

16/03/2026: Brought to us by a friend of ours from Andria, it was a delightful discovery. I hadn't eaten like this in ages. The authentic flavors, with their locally sourced products, and the owner's explanations, make everything taste like home. The parmigiana is spectacular, as is the octopus tart, the mushrooms, the white parmigiana, and what can I say about the orecchiette with turnip greens and the fantastic desserts they make. We'll definitely be back. I didn't take many photos because I was so enthralled by the flavors, but I assure you, the dishes are beautifully presented. 09/03/2026: The pizza was very good. They served us a chilled glass of red wine, but when we asked for it at room temperature, they didn't bat an eyelid and replaced it, which is a great compliment. The price is fair, and given the service, the ambiance, the friendliness, and the quality, I definitely recommend it. Full marks. P.S. There are little things that make this place great.

11/06/2026: I went out for pizza one evening. I'd been told it was good, but I wasn't at all satisfied. I'm gluten and lactose intolerant, so I ordered a gluten- and lactose-free pizza, but it was truly inedible. The pizza dough was rubbery. I couldn't eat it all, so I had to leave it alone, and it took me a long time to digest the little I did eat. Not recommended!
