10/06/2026: A while ago, wandering around the center of Bisceglie, I stopped at this pizzeria and was more than satisfied. Last Saturday, however, I couldn't remember its name or location—I'm from the province of Potenza—but I was determined to return, so I wandered around quite a bit before finding it again. I was with my family—three people—and this time, too, I was even more satisfied with Copa Pan than the first time. Excellent pizzas, good ingredients, and fast, professional service—in short, "super excellent." The reason for the super excellent rating? When it came time to pay, I mistakenly—not having glasses and having misread the bill—overcharged the bill, and the cashier, very kind and professional, pointed out the mistake to me. Well done!!! 02/06/2026: On both occasions we had a very warm welcome, very attentive service, after a brief chat about the wine we left it the manager to recommend a nice local rose, which was a very lovely wine and wasn't anywhere near the most expensive either. Susumaniello Rosato Salento @€22 a bottle. The food very well presented, tasted great and arrives hot and in good time, wait time wasn't long between courses, the pasta with braised cheek ragu and the Gold smoke burger were delicious, the Captain Bacon burger was a very good size portion and very tasty, we just need to go back and try some of the steaks from the amazing selection they have in their dry aging fridge, right on the harbour front, lovely location, I could honestly eat there lunch and dinner for a week and always find something great. Can't recommend this place highly enough. The sun dried tomato butter that comes out with the bread basket is also not to be missed

06/05/2026: What can I say... it was a wonderful discovery!! I bought some wedding favors and they were a huge success!! Francesca, the lady I always interacted with, was very kind and helpful. I live in northern Italy and the boxes, despite the courier, arrived flawlessly and on time as requested!! Even the inside of the favor boxes were well protected from impacts... and simply wonderful!! The packaging was impeccable, simple yet striking! We chose the decorated glass bottles and they are truly beautiful and sturdy, not to mention the oil inside, which is truly delicious!! I highly recommend this company!!!

06/06/2026: LOGISTICS: We booked for 10:30 PM. We sat down at 11:20 PM, it's now 12:23 AM and nothing has arrived yet: that says it all. Everything else is handmade: from the taralli (which I highly doubt since I've tried identical ones from supermarket bags and the bakery down the street) to the focaccia (not bad), to the grandmother's hand-embroidered tablecloths, to the very lager beer. Our request for two extra seats wasn't well received, and the service was rude. FOOD: The pizzas are excellent, with a fairly wide and original selection (even though the Margherita is THE pizza par excellence). The dough is homemade and easy to digest. BILL: Honest and quite fair. Finally, a place that charges a €2.50 cover charge but tries to make up for it in a friendly way. All things considered, the food was excellent, while organizationally and logisticalally, we finished dinner after 1:00 a.m. (with one guest still finishing their pizza). On a positive note, we were offered an excellent artisanal limoncello to round off the evening in the best possible way.

02/06/2026: I love this place! I went there with a friend and we had an amazing meal! The appetizers are excellent and varied (I recommend the cod croquettes), and they offer a variety of first courses and pizzas, from classic to more unique. The service is welcoming and warm. If you want to try carefully prepared and varied cuisine, this is the perfect place! Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: 0/5. Saturday evening, dinner lasted an hour. A table of three with reservations, so they knew we were coming. We ordered three pizzas (the Norcia tasted like ground beef). The waitress cleared our plates without waiting for the other two to finish. We ordered dessert. Two of the three people had finished, and while the third person was halfway through dessert, the waitress came over and ordered us to vacate the table quickly because it was Saturday and she was serving the table. Disgusting.

17/05/2026: We stumbled upon it this evening by chance, thanks to a recommendation from someone. We were passing through on our way back to Brindisi. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and smiling. Delicious food: meat, vegetables, artichoke flan, and pizza. Quick service despite the crowds; truly a discovery that will be a regular stop on every trip from central to southern Italy. Thank you for your hospitality.

03/04/2026: This splendid cake was greatly appreciated by both the birthday girl and her guests. It had a very delicate flavor, the cream was excellent, and I can assure you it didn't cause any digestive problems, even though it was eaten in the evening. Congratulations to this great pastry shop.

02/03/2026: I discovered Osteria del Seminario by chance, and it was truly a pleasant surprise. The setting is welcoming and refined, with a relaxing and never-overly-loud atmosphere, thanks in part to the clever decision to limit seating. This allows for a quieter dinner experience and ensures more attentive service. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The raw seafood was simply exquisite, as was the trio of cooked fish. The first courses were also excellent, prepared with balance and flavor. The quality is evident in every course, thanks in part to a varied menu without overwhelming the selection: a choice that clearly emphasizes freshness and meticulous attention to detail. The service was quite prompt, and the waiters were very friendly and professional. The value for money was also excellent: we spent €40 each for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, and a complimentary house liqueur. A restaurant I highly recommend and will gladly return to!

26/10/2025: I visited this pizzeria on Saturday, October 25th. There were eight of us, and we ordered the €16 menu: appetizers (bruschetta, crepes, prosciutto and mozzarella, potato pizza, turkey breast), a pizza platter, dessert, and a drink. Everything was excellent, except for the stale and inedible dessert.

05/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant, starting with the food, which wasn't anything special. Unfortunately, the experience turned absurd: a staff member literally "played a lottery" in front of us, as if we were participants in an impromptu show. It should have been a restaurant, not a gambling hall.

09/02/2026: Historic pub in Bisceglie. Widely varied menu. Pizzas, sandwiches, meats. Everything very good. Quick service, plenty of seating.

04/02/2026: Excellent value for money. Wide selection of dishes, from pizza to sandwiches to meat. Fast service. Friendly staff. Perhaps just a little too noisy due to the large crowd.

01/05/2026: I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend. The location is very spacious, with a limited number of seats, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The owner and staff were friendly right from the start, explaining the evening's menu in detail. The dishes were truly excellent: from the freshest raw seafood to the light and flavorful fried food. The portions are generous. A great experience, highly recommended.
