The atmosphere is just right for a lunch or dinner enjoyed in complete tranquility: no unnecessary noise, just the silent dialogue between thoughtful dishes and attentive palates. The journey begins with appetizers that are anything but conventional: the artichoke, the star of the show, captivates with its depth and delicacy; the cod surprises with its balance and precision; while the favetta with lentils is a small exercise in gastronomic memory, harking back to peasant cuisine and elevating it to a cultured gesture. The linguine with butter and white truffle from Murgia is a dish that doesn't seek special effects: it achieves them naturally. Excellent raw materials, impeccably cooked, aromas that precede the taste and accompany it discreetly. The suckling pig, served with an intense and well-balanced reduction, finds the ideal counterpoint in the giardiniera, giving the dish rhythm and character. The finale features three simply spectacular desserts, the kind that force you to forget all moderation: perfectly harmonized textures, sweetness, and aromas, mouth-watering without a trace of remorse. All accompanied by a Valpolicella from Cantine Massimago Marchesa, a choice that confirms a wine list thoughtfully designed with respect for the cuisine. 07/02/2026: Returning after many years, I thought I'd spend a relaxing day sampling locally sourced dishes. I found myself in a human bedlam with tables and children—lots of children, perhaps too many. I can only imagine our eagerness to eat and leave as quickly as possible. My table was located at the entrance, 4 cm from the other table of other guests. I asked to be moved inside the dining room for a bit more peace and quiet, but my request was denied. If you don't like pumpkin, you're screwed! (I do). Yet there are so many first courses to offer at this restaurant. Applause only for the grilled meat.

19/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and what can I say? "Everything was perfect." We thank Cosimo, Valentina, and the entire staff for their professionalism and courtesy. Thanks to chef Mimmo, who pampered us with his dishes. A special thanks to maître d', Angelo, who attentively attended to our needs with great professionalism, making us feel at ease. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and linens were changed daily. We hope to see you again soon for another stay.

15/02/2026: It's hard to find the words to describe the excellence of the experience we had at Il Tettuccio. The service and cuisine reach a truly rare level. Before even taking our order, the maître d' took us on a short journey through the history of several dishes, explaining their origins and suggesting how to best enjoy them. This attention to detail demonstrates passion, expertise, and great respect for the ingredients. We began with fried calamari in peanut oil, chosen as an appetizer. Simply impeccable: ultra-fresh calamari, crispy and dry breading, surprisingly light. One detail that isn't always obvious is the use of peanut oil, often avoided due to its cost but essential for ensuring clean and fragrant frying: a choice that demonstrates the uncompromising attention to quality. My partner, who frequently suffers from stomach problems, was able to enjoy it without any discomfort—a rare occurrence—and this speaks volumes about the care taken in preparation. For our first courses, we chose spaghetti with local clams and spaghetti with sea urchins. Both were extraordinary: perfectly cooked, with distinct, balanced, and authentic flavors. All accompanied by a wine excellently recommended by the wait staff, a perfect match for the dishes. To conclude, the special Valentine's Day dessert, available that evening, was a refined conclusion worthy of the entire experience. A dinner that wasn't just a meal, but a gastronomic journey, curated down to the smallest detail. We will definitely be back.

27/01/2026: The welcome was excellent. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and attentive to every need without being intrusive. Gennaro and Valentina were thoughtful, courteous, and affable. The raw materials were of the highest quality; the appetizers, first courses, and second courses were extremely fresh (light and crispy fried food). Each course was an explosion of flavors and elegantly presented. I would say it was a real treat, perfect for a special dinner. We'll be back. 19/10/2025: The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of San Felice del Benaco. All the staff are wonderful, very friendly, and cater to our every need. We felt very comfortable here.

17/10/2025: A very nice little hotel with friendly staff. Located in the city center, about a 10-minute walk from Lake Garda, with plenty of parking. The breakfast could be a bit better; nobody wants yesterday's rolls; you could live without them. The TV is only in Italian, so it should be possible to get 2-3 German channels, right? Otherwise, a nice courtyard for relaxing, playing cards, chatting, or having a drink. In short, the price is right here. You'll go home satisfied.

25/09/2025: Kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness made our three-day stay special. The property is well-maintained, with rooms overlooking a small garden and direct access to the beach, equipped with gazebos, mattresses, chairs, sofas, and loungers. The beachside dining options are convenient. Ideal for families with children, thanks to the many games available. Our dog was also very welcome. The restaurant was lovely, serving quality products. A short but truly relaxing vacation.

19/10/2025: If you want to find a good atmosphere at Ervin, you have to go. If you want to enjoy good food at Ervin, you have to stop by. If you want to meet a perfect restaurant manager and staff, come to Ervin and you won't regret it. And if you make a mistake when booking?
