04/08/2026: I'd been to this restaurant before with friends, and I returned, and despite the same formula, the service is impeccable, as are the dishes, served and seasoned at the table by the owner himself.
The home-style cuisine is much appreciated.
29/07/2026: I don't think I've ever eaten so well in my entire life. It's not just about the food, it's a true culinary journey through the flavors of Puglia. The owners are friendly, and the staff is attentive and friendly.

16/08/2026: Eight of us went for lunch on Sunday and chose the daily menu. We were truly satisfied: all the dishes were fresh, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. The staff was very kind, friendly, and always available. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

04/08/2026: This pizzeria is conveniently located within the Minervino municipal park. It offers a varied and high-quality menu. Classic and modern pizzas with a variety of easy-to-digest doughs are available. The prices are fair, and the service is fast and friendly.
29/07/2026: I ordered two sandwiches. I'd recommend changing the type of bread; I couldn't finish the second one. A medium Menabrea beer costs €8, which I think is excessive; you wouldn't even pay that in Milan's Navigli area.
I'm sorry to give this negative review, especially since the staff is very kind, and the lady at the cashier even offered me a coffee. However, you should moderate the prices for some items.

26/09/2025: An enviable location, even higher than the Minervino Murge "Lighthouse," the view is breathtaking, dominating the entire valley below, with Mount Vulture looming on the horizon. A landscape that evokes distant, even prehistoric, times. I was lucky enough to see it on a rainy afternoon, with the clouds thinning and the golden sunset shaping everything. The restaurant is welcoming but a bit dated, with lots of wood. Very spacious, like a huge shell clinging to the mountain. It offers a miracle of traditional and gourmet cuisine, masterfully crafting top-quality ingredients. The amberjack carpaccio is unforgettable.
I've been away for a while. I'll be back soon to update this review. The staff is quick, efficient, and polite.
I didn't wait because I had a reservation, as reservations were recommended.

Nos queda un buen recuerdo y por eso queremos compartirlo.
23/05/2025: Cantina Brandi es un restaurante fabuloso, una auténtica joya. Escondido en la parte baja de Minervino Murge, es un poco difícil de encontrar. Pero vale la pena el esfuerzo! Nos dieron ningún menú – que no importaba como estaba en italiano (que no hablamos muy bien). Al final el equipo del fabuloso hermano (uno de los cuales es el notable chef) nos sorprendió con tres aperitivos diferentes, cada uno mejor que el anterior. En nuestras tres semanas en Apulia, no habíamos comido estos platos en otro lugar. También disfrutamos de focaccia casera única y deliciosa y la mejor ricota. Además, nuestra pasta era excelente. Verdaderamente auténtico y artístico! El servicio fue excelente también.

25/04/2025: Sono stato con la famiglia in questo bel posto. Tutto molto curato, giardino ampio con parco giochi e animali nel recinto. Davvero molto curato. L’unica pecca, per la quale attribuisco 4 stelle, è stato il conto. Far pagare 2 sperlunghe di carne alla brace (6 salsicce di zampina, 6 involtini, 6 bombette, 6 costolette di agnello un po’ di patate al forno e cicoria cotta come contorni) sul conto alla voce secondo 96 euro. Credo sia esagerato. Per il resto siamo soddisfatti.
25/04/2025: Bocciato. Location molto bella, curata, personale molto disponibile e gentile. nulla da dire su questo. Abbiamo speso troppo a mio parere per la quantità e la qualità del pranzo. Antipasto passabile, grigliata di carne semplice, un primo ripetuto due volte per una incomprensione, alla fine ho mangiato un tagliolino al ragù semplicissimo peraltro porzione striminzita. buono il semifreddo al croccantino, caffè passabile. Vino rincarato di ben tre volte del prezzo medio alla vendita. Totale oltre 65 euro........
