20/06/2025: Tasty, airy pizza with friendly service and fair prices Pizzeria Centro offers a delightfully airy and crisp pizza, baked just right. While the appearance of the pizza was a bit pale and the toppings slightly spread out, the taste was convincing. At €7 for takeaway, the price is more than fair. A thoughtful touch: a protective sheet was placed over the cheese to prevent it from sticking to the box lid – much appreciated. The staff was friendly, in a good mood, and despite the restaurant being very busy, the wait time was surprisingly short.

28/04/2025: Original place, with creative furnishings, pleasant and welcoming as is the legendary PINO, who opens the door for you and always shakes your hand with a smile. Everyone is very welcoming and professional, you feel at home. Excellent food. The staff knows how to surprise you with their fresh local specialties, delicious every time! I would say the location is excellent, it's in the centre. So highly recommended! You can't leave San Ferdinando if you don't stop here.. you'll be addicted to it 😄🤩

01/05/2025: We went today for the first time, apart from the wait for the table, ok... okay... we were in disbelief for a moment at what was happening between the kitchen and the dining room, we thought it was a folkloristic way, also given the name of the place.... instead the cook was serious, even if she apologized, anyway we had lunch quickly in a hostile climate, I can't judge the food because the work was a victim of the tension of the moment, served roughly, reheated a dish taken from counter, obviously paid for just done....sorry, but next time I will avoid Piazza Teatro, in fact we perhaps recommend making today at least a format for this activity...thanks anyway for having us

06/05/2025: Restaurant to avoid, no smile throughout the evening, neither the waitress nor the boss know what a smile is. We were 4 people. The lamb chops were dry and overcooked presented without seeing any photo. The waitress opened the bottle of wine and left it on the table without serving. She hooked me with a chair that she moved without apologizing, she didn't smile once despite the repeated thanks we offered her each time she showed up with the dishes. We gave our meat to a dog who turned out to be the boss's dog who really liked the meat, cooked and dry. If you like bread and olive oil that's fine, they were the only things that were edible. I don't recommend this restaurant at all, there are much better and more welcoming ones than this one.

24/05/2025: We were disappointed by the welcome that started from the owner who announced more than 1 hour of waiting at the table (where you pay the cover charge), while then the take-away was very fast, (we understood that they give priority to take-away) apart from the prolonged wait not justified by too many people, the pizza for everyone arrived half burnt overcooked dry, in addition to the delay, the mozzarella could not be seen from how long it was cooked, we will definitely not return again.

26/04/2025: Definitely worth a try! I was a bit pressed for time when I came here, so I only ordered snacks that can be taken away. There was a long queue at the scene. After eating, I finally understood why, it was really delicious😋

08/06/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, perhaps a little too crowded, there should be a little more space between the tables, a little more light not dim, a more careful organization between the owner and the girls at the tables, rather slow service, between appetizer and Pizza a good hour almost an invitation to leave after the appetizer, prices in line, most likely around there are places at the same cost to say the least better than the aforementioned. An evening dampened by the wait for the orders, and by the corrections made to the girls who bring the wrong orders to the tables by inverting the tables of the customers, obviously this is the result of the disorganization that reigns supreme in that place.

22/06/2025: Unfortunately I have to say goodbye to the previous review; I can tolerate the time and the related tiredness, the fatigue of a Saturday night, but I absolutely cannot tolerate the lack of respect and the arrogance and rudeness from those who should guarantee the well-being of the PAYING guests!!! owners, when a customer, with courtesy, points out things it is always good (despite the time and tiredness) to show yourself available and empathetic, otherwise change jobs! Waiters exhausted, late service, tried pizza round (better to leave it, there is not that much convenience) tables all crowded together, if you have noisy neighbors you can barely converse. What can I say, first time all in all ok, second absolutely not, and I certainly will not return. Dinner on the eve of Ferragosto, fixed price menu. Food not bad, cavatelli Norcia and mushrooms very good, as well as the pizza dough. Friendly waiters. Entertainment to improve a bit 😅
