22/03/2024: Having ended up in Minervino di Murgia by chance, we chose this restaurant where the passion and refinement of the Chef intertwine with real and natural flavours. The environment is refined and elegant, but at the same time simple. The welcome is pleasant and is enriched by the professionalism of the staff. It was very pleasant to listen to their knowledge of local products.

26/03/2024: The food is executed with a lot of technique, but the flavors are all over the place. Many of the dishes tried to combine too many discordant flavors in one package, and the results were a little off and not actually pleasing. I wanted to like my dinner but had to admit to myself that the dishes weren’t actually enjoyable. And even the more simple dishes suffered from trying to give them a a slight flavor twist. Often the flavors weren’t well balanced. You could appreciate that was was some skill involved in the attempt but overall it failed.

26/03/2024: Welcomed and seated immediately with an excellent hot focaccia. very good, large and rich octopus salad, 200-250g. I let them recommend a pizza and it certainly wasn't a mistake at all: white base, turnip greens sauce, cardoncelli mushrooms, Norcia sausage, caciocavallo! Well-leavened dough and perfectly cooked pizza. Service time more than appropriate, quality/price in line with the offer. Terrific owner, happy staff. I will definitely return to try the pizza tongues.

04/03/2024: Terrible experience, despite the reservation we had to wait an hour in the cold witnessing favoritism, after which we had a table at the entrance and ate crushed by the crowd coming in and out.

02/04/2024: Cozy and comfortable location. Service a little slow, but the dishes served make the wait worth it. Delicious sushi pizza rolls, I would have tried every flavour! The pepitos are also delicious, the seasoning is not at all poor... on the contrary! All very good, I recommend it!

21/02/2024: Siamo stati domenica scorsa a pranzo ci siamo seduti all 13 e 20 circa ..abbiamo ricevuto dei miseri antipasti alle 14 e 30 circa ..in quell arco di tempo ci siamo bevuti almeno 9 birre e mangiato un po di pane x che nn arrivava nulla . X quanto riguarda il menu vi consiglio di rivederlo in quanto 1 litro di vino della casa nn costa nulla inserirlo.. ..menù..2 assaggini di primo e 3 gamberi sgusciati..le portate sono un po misere nn abbia momangiato nulla.tant'è che abbiamo chiesto 2 piatti di patatine..nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo ma sinceramente pagare 300 euro mi è sembrato un po esagerato...con quella cifra andavo in un ristorante

10/03/2024: What is striking, once you enter the restaurant, is the large cellar, in front of the open kitchen, through which you access the restaurant room. I went there for dinner with my parents and after listening to the options perfectly illustrated by the professional, kind and quick-witted dining room staff, we opted for the "freely" menu. We really liked the menu, both for the particular combinations and for the perfect cooking of the fish and we also appreciated the homemade bread and focaccias, accompanied by excellent oil. We will definitely be back.

17/03/2024: Beautiful environment, beautiful venue, attentive and welcoming service. We took a platter of cold cuts and cheeses that I will hardly forget. AMAZING, everything is of excellent quality and a selection that is not at all obvious. For those looking for a quiet and classy environment.
