09/08/2026: The restaurant is actually nice, we sit down, the waitress takes the reservations right away and so far so good, my dish arrives immediately, then a biblical wait, after several complaints about the timing, my wife's and 2 children's dishes finally arrive, then the first courses, another 30/40 minute wait, I was almost getting up, I call the waitress, another complaint (usually I leave after the first course, but we're on vacation and I didn't want to argue), after the 2 first courses I'm tired, after having eaten, my son is still waiting for the pizza, I asked for the bill, it arrives and while I get up to pay, the pizza arrives, my son was hungry, I let him eat it and then I went to pay, I told the owner, I think at the cashier, just classic excuses because it was Saturday and there were a lot of people... Last but not least, only the 2 decent appetizers, the octopus salad, for the rest, nothing special that wasn't worth it, I will definitely never go back there again... I strongly advise against it, also because it's a bit expensive!! Never again!!

02/08/2026: Excellent value for money, the owners and service are courteous and helpful. I've been there both during the week and on weekends and the service and quality have always been impeccable. I recommend it as a great memory of the cuisine and hospitality of the place.

04/05/2026: We went to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday, like every year. G2 is our favorite place. We had delicious seafood appetizers, including delicious and fresh seafood cavatelli for starters, and cavatelli alla carbonara, a very tender beef tagliata. The owners were also very kind and polite. I'm very satisfied, I recommend it.

I'll be trying the pastiera soon, and I'm sure it will be as good as the cartellate. I recommend everyone to try this pastry shop, it far exceeds my expectations. I have to say that it's not a Neapolitan pastiera 1 because it doesn't have 7 stripes, and the 5th stripes they made aren't prominent—that's because of the appearance. Unfortunately, you can't taste the ricotta AT ALL, there's no candied fruit, and it's poor. In my humble opinion, it's right for everyone to make their own typical dessert, regardless of their town or city. Unfortunately, it's nothing like the real Neapolitan pastiera. Don't buy it from them.

10/05/2026: The staff is polite, but a bit slow in my opinion. I don't recommend the recent menu, which is truly huge and misleading: on paper, it looks good, including an appetizer, a choice of pizza (any pizza), and dessert. As they say: the more Barlettans stuff themselves, the happier they are? Yes, but the problem here isn't the quantity, but the quality of the food. Not to mention the insatiable bresaola/speck. They should have included new dentures on the menu, given how rubbery they are. Sorry, two stars.

16/08/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant. When we arrived, the table wasn't ready. We had to wait for over 10 minutes at the door, and there were 12 of us, so it was very uncomfortable, even having to move back and forth to let other customers in and out. Afterwards, we sat on the veranda overlooking the beautiful Trani waterfront. The waiter was brusque and impatient while taking our order; unfortunately, with large groups, it's never easy to be efficient. On several occasions, he responded in a manner not entirely appropriate for a pizzeria that is preparing to become a top-notch establishment. We asked for drinks to be delivered with the pizzas, and were told no because when the order is placed, the drinks are delivered immediately. Otherwise, we could have reordered the drinks when the pizzas arrived, but we didn't think that was the case... Everyone has their own methods, but the customer must always be satisfied. The request wasn't impossible or unfeasible, but more flexibility is needed in certain areas. I honestly didn't like the pizza at all; the toppings were almost tasteless and the pizza was tiny. One last thing I feel I should add is the location of the bathroom... a nearly invisible sliding door, with no sign or markings, and located behind a table, too. I wouldn't want to be in the shoes of the people sitting at that table... So, in conclusion, I wouldn't recommend it because of the unprofessional attitude and the pizza, which I personally didn't like (I can't believe the two slices of red prawn).

12/08/2026: Truly excellent pizzeria! Delicious pizza and appetizers, with top-quality ingredients and carefully crafted flavors. The waterfront location makes the experience even more enjoyable, especially for an evening with friends. High quality and absolutely reasonable prices. A place I highly recommend and would gladly return to!

Impeccable service, the perfect table setting: Murano glasses add a pop of color to a white-clad table. High-quality products, the freshest fish, plating that delights the eye, and flavors that tickle the palate. The restaurant is located in the lovely pedestrian area of ​​Trani's harbor, but this offers the opportunity to take a nice stroll and enjoy the view of the basilica and the fortress. Excellent value, and if you book through The Fork you also get a 20% discount. I recommend booking. We'll be back!!!

16/08/2026: Found by chance, a pleasant discovery! The fries were excellent. The fried fish and grilled fish were spectacular. The pizza also looked like it was made in a wood-fired oven; I'd love to try it.

08/03/2026: A unique experience! The chef's dishes are a unique experience! The flavors are delicate and never overpowering...the pumpkin and swordfish main course was my favorite, and my husband's absolute favorite was the deconstructed tiramisu! I've never had a better dessert!! We'd been away from this experience for too long (he was our wedding chef)...not to mention the location, the private seating, the attentive and always kind staff, and the chef, always on top, leaves nothing for granted with excellent raw materials! ...We can't wait to go back! 😍😋
