13/10/2025: The views are beautiful, and the pinsa depends on whether the staff is willing to work, as one was warm and the other cold. Furthermore, the wait for service and ordering is very long. As for the pinsa flavors, I recommend the one with pickled zucchini, beetroot, and nuts. The prices are reasonable.

07/10/2025: Really good food & lovely service!!! Delicious mixed seafood starters, scallops, tuna tartare & red mullet carpaccio a highlight! We were recommend delicious bottle of wine and when asking for the house fish dish we’re given the option of the ‘fishy’ fish or milder fish, we like both so we’re given a piece of both, very very delicious! Finished with a cannoli, limoncello & pistachio shot 💖 Would go back in a heartbeat

26/10/2025: Near the seafront is this super place to enjoy many dishes such as octopus sandwiches or other delicacies all in a fairytale atmosphere facing the sea ... the service from all the staff is fast and friendly,,, I recommend it to everyone

16/10/2025: If you're a tourist who doesn't feel like fighting over a seat on Via Roma, this is the ideal "insider tip." It's a bit out of the way from the center, but the value for money is really great. The pizza was delicious. The background music is a bit loud. Many people also come here to pick up their pizza.

05/10/2025: My experience was not good. I haven’t completed my risotto because it smelled strange and It wasn’t very tasty, at least not to my taste. And I was not even asked why. Services was good, just a not property washed glass for a wine. Probably I was expecting something wow from the restaurant in Italy mentioned in Michlene guide.

04/10/2025: Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Jamanté. This is a true fine dining experience. The service is impeccably formal and attentive, yet warm and friendly. We felt very well taken care of. The food provided creative twists on traditional tastes. And the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous, while also soothing and comfortable. We especially loved the table! The only unfortunate thing is that despite being so near such a beautiful town and surroundings, the location doesn't allow for views. I guess the nice trade-off is that the place is a little quieter, more secluded, and less crowded than it would be if it was closer to the action of the center of town. It was actually kind of nice to step away from the livelier side of things!

07/10/2025: I don't know how to describe it... Anyway, we ate spaghetti cooked like glue, maybe three hours before, terrible service with a charge of €3.50 per person!!! Not specified on the menu! But written so small in a little corner on the left of the sheet so you wouldn't notice it and in the end I paid in cash without receiving any receipt! But a simple piece of paper with the bill I can attach a photo.

04/10/2025: The food here was excellent and the service good. They also stay open a little later for lunch, which was convenient. The only real let-down was the toilets, which were in very poor condition. For me, clean toilets usually reflect the standards of the kitchen, so this was disappointing.

18/09/2025: Booked in advance and arrived on time and seated at nice table. Waited 20 mins and nobody been near to offer drink etc- had to go and ask for some service. Everything was average basically due to too many customers and not enough staff - will not return.

18/07/2025: Destinato ormai ai turisti che vanno una volta e poi non tornano più, questa antica Braceria nel centro di Polignano ha deciso dopo tanti anni di montarsi la testa. Molto semplice nell’arredamento esclusivamente all’esterno con tavoli in posizioni improbabili, anche nei pressi di abitazioni. Qualità della carne nella media, selezione di antipasti molto basica, così come per i dessert . I prezzi sono elevati rispetto all’offerta, ma fa parte di un meccanismo per cui molti ristoratori della zona hanno deciso di alzare i prezzi senza motivo, ma solo perché la Puglia è ormai diventata un’attrazione che con questi prezzi si autodistruggerà.

27/06/2025: Il ristorante é sulla piazza dove si trova la statua di Domenico Modugno ed é per questo che uno lo nota nota perché c'é molta gente nell'area circostante. La carne é di una qualità alta e qualsiasi tipo di carne é tenero,un piatto molto gustoso che consiglio sono le bombette pugliesi. Lo staff é simpatico e cortese. Consiglio di andare a questo ristorante perché é davvero ottimo.

13/10/2025: A place with a breathtaking view. A perfect lunch in a fairytale setting. Appetizing appetizers with delicate flavors. A discovery of flavors, far removed from the usual condiments and pairings. More than a lunch, for us it was a sensory experience, one we will definitely repeat in the future. A special mention goes to the courtesy of the staff and the owner's immense availability, attentive to our every request. Our heartfelt compliments
