10/06/2026: Everything was excellent, from the pasticciotti to the ice cream parlor. Clean and welcoming place, very kind and helpful staff, I recommend it as a very sweet stop 🥰 for those visiting Polignano
09/06/2026: We tried two cakes: the famous lemon cake and another traditional cake soaked with alcohol. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy either of them at all. The Gelato Gallipoli also wasn't to our taste. The only thing we really liked was the cake, which was actually quite good. Another disappointing surprise was the extra charge for eating inside the shop. Charging significantly more just for sitting down feels unreasonable. Overall, the experience did not live up to the reputation.

11/06/2026: This is a great place to have lunch or dinner. Away from the main eating street and right on the cliff edge for the sunset. Excellent food and delightful service.

22/09/2025: Simply excellent! A very, very warm welcome. The manager comes up with you to show you your room and is very available to provide any information you may need throughout the evening!
The rooms are perfectly comfortable, the location is also perfect, and the view is breathtaking.
I recommend it 1000%.

From the man at the door who is extremely annoying when he calls you in and is extremely lustful, calling me amore and things like that, I went in more to get rid of him... to the extremely miserable staff who treat you like shit, they push you to take as much as possible and treat you miserable if you don't discard it properly. From the first they look at you with superiority like, "you don't have the money to come in here", just to force you to buy. The food is not bad but not good either, it's what you would expect from a corner terrace of a block of flats not from a restaurant with exorbitant prices, absolutely embarrassing, you pay like at a luxury restaurant for a small terrace meal

Additionally, the ‘Chiara’ cocktail is also highly recommended.
Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and delicious food!
09/06/2026: The place is located in a very beautiful area, especially in the afternoon when the sunset is taking place. Excellent drinks and a VERY FRIENDLY chef.

21/04/2026: We had dinner with just the main course, a Florentine steak for two, baked potatoes, homemade desserts, and a good local Primitivo wine.
The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked, and everything else was good.
The service was excellent; rarely do you find such knowledgeable and courteous young people.
The price was reasonable for the quality.

28/05/2026: Friendly service - Good food but very small portions - Perfect background music - Friendly and attentive waiters - Pleasant and quiet terrace (it was late May) - I should point out that a bottle of water was €2 and a cover charge was €3 per person 😳😱 In short, the food was good 🤗 but the portions were small
15/05/2026: The food is very tasty, however we waited more than 30 minutes for our dishes, which was quite annoying, and the service also left something to be desired. Every time we spoke to the waiter in Italian, he answered us in English (even though we are fluent). It's tasty but I wouldn't go back because of the trouble we had.

23/04/2026: Bar Peppino is a place with a true Italian soul. You can feel the atmosphere of bygone days—no rush, no unnecessary hustle and bustle, but with an authentic atmosphere. The wonderful owners create a unique atmosphere, and the local guests only add to the charm of this place.
In our opinion, this is a must-see.
