11/04/2025: We wanted to eat sea urchin, but there was none, but they ordered it within an hour. Everything is fresh, they do their best to get the guest with good feeling. In the small shop, you can choose from the counter, and they take it to the restaurant, where it is baked right there as you wish. I highly recommend it!

07/04/2025: Bellissimo locale nel centro storico di Polignano a Mare. Pagando un piccolo supplemento, è possibile sedersi al tavolino sul balcone, con una vista mozzafiato direttamente a picco sul mare. Abbiamo ordinato un aperitivo Serafini, davvero ottimo, modificato appositamente per noi con sole opzioni vegetariane. Servizio veloce, cordiale e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Consigliatissimo a chi desidera vivere un'esperienza unica con un aperitivo vista mare: non è qualcosa che si trova ovunque!

10/05/2025: We had a wonderful lunch — tagliolini ai frutti di mare, perfectly cooked pasta and seafood, followed by a shared frittura that was incredibly fresh, tender, and delicious. All paired with a crisp white wine and a view to die for. Consigliatissimo! While we were there, several tourists were politely turned away — and rightly so. A note for visitors: TOURISTS, PLEASE TAKE NOTE: 1. At any respectable restaurant in Puglia, dress appropriately. Smart casual, dress modestly, no swimwear or flip flops — if it’s too hot, stay at the beach. 2. It’s a restaurant, not a café. Don’t expect to sit down just for dessert, drinks or coffee — that’s what bars are for. 3. Use cutlery. Yes, even for seafood. This isn’t a picnic - respect the local etiquette. 4. Respect the kitchen and its schedule. Lunch is from 12:30 to 2:00pm, dinner from 8:00 to 9:30pm. If you’re allowed to sit outside of these hours, treat it as a massive courtesy — especially at dinner. 5. Ideally, book your table in advance to avoid disappointment. 04/05/2025: Ieri sera mi sono recata a cena con mio marito attirati dal posto la veduta che ha il ristorante. Esperienza orribile, vongole non sapevano di nulla Cozze idem Inoltre mio marito nell insalata di mare c era una cozza tutto strana Impresentabile lo abbiamo fatto notare e rassicurati che fossero buone e ci è stato detto Che non c erano problemi sulla qualità, tanto è che ci hanno portato un saute' per farsi perdonare Sapore zero Mio marito ha accusato dissenteria la notte e il giorno dopo L indomani cioè stamattina Ho telefonato il ristorante facendo presente la situazione, i dipendenti mi hanno detto appena arriva la responsabile la faccio Chiamare! Sto ancora aspettando !!!! Questa è la considerazione per i clienti. Sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!!

26/04/2025: Posto molto bello e personale preparato e cortese. Pesce crudo e cotto come antipasto fantastico e profumato. Tonno alla brace buonissimo, mentre i primi erano soltanto "buoni". Il pesce è davvero buono ma, come ogni cosa, la qualità costa.

26/04/2025: Questo locale è situato fuori dal centro di Polignano. Abbiamo pranzato insieme a degli amici sia a base di pesce crudo che cotto:tutto eccellente dalla qualità del cibo, al servizio,all'estetica del locale. Lo consiglio vivamente!

15/10/2024: Sabato è stata la seconda volta in questo locale. Io celiaca e mio marito allergico ai crostacei. Nonostante la mia insistenza nel ricordare le nostre allergie e la loro evidente “rottura”e scortesia non abbiamo ricevuto le attenzioni dovute, piuttosto ci è stato servito un piatto che conteneva crostacei senza nemmeno chiedere scusa e non calcolando le gravissime conseguenze che ci sarebbero state se fosse stato mangiato. Per non parlare della prima volta come invitati ad un matrimonio.. ci è stato servito nuovamente un piatto contenente crostacei giustificandosi del fatto che fossero sgusciati 🤦🏻‍♀️

05/05/2025: Very delicious food and abundant dishes, most restaurants offer small portions, here you will find a good dish with which you will be satisfied. I ordered orecchetis with seafood, a delight, it's not on the menu but they prepare it for you. The staff very attentive and helpful. Affordable prices. Super recommended!

02/05/2025: Beyond the usual realities, home cooking made with love still exists! Simple restaurant but complex in its genuine flavors of southern Italy. Top parmigiana, truly delicious spaghetti all'assassina with plenty of stracciatella! All GOOD! 🤤

03/05/2025: My friends and I stopped at Massari in Polignano a Mare by chance, attracted by the central location and the apparently interesting proposal of the bowler hat sandwiches. Unfortunately it was one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. We ordered the sandwiches with different meat variations, including the bowler. When they arrived at the table, they were completely raw inside. We then asked to make them again, convinced that they would cook them from scratch. But no: they took the same sandwiches, cooked the meat quickly and brought them back to us completely mixed up! I ended up with my friend's sandwich (who had ordered a hamburger), and my bowler hat ended up in hers. At that point I called the waitress, visibly annoyed, and politely asked us to leave because the situation was unacceptable. To end on a high note, as we were leaving, a group of kids told us that they had found an insect inside their sandwich. Poor service, total disorganization and questionable hygiene. Not recommended

04/05/2025: Qué hotel tan encantador - una vista perfecta desde nuestro pequeño balcón sobre la bahía - el propietario, Christina era excelente, el mini bar es gratuito, hay Netflix Inglés en la televisión, el bar en la azotea tiene que ser uno de los mejores de la zona y Horacio, el barman era fantástico! El desayuno era excelente, zumo de fruta fresca, fruta fresca y pasteles frescos y café ilimitado - perfecto!

29/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo, attratti dalla terrazza che affaccia sul mare. Per mangiare siamo stati invitati ad andare al piano di sopra mentre per i caffè ci è stato detto che venivano serviti solo nella terrazza di sotto. Saliti sulla terrazza di sopra, abbiamo ordinato tre pinse e acqua e alla richiesta di caffè ci è stato detto che non potevamo ordinarli, se non dopo aver ordinato il pranzo, cosa che avevamo appena fatto. Le pinse sono arrivate 25 minuti dopo l'ordinazione. La mia amica, scesa nel frattempo alla Toilette al piano zero (servizi fra l'altro molto sporchi), mentre risaliva le scale è stata fermata con tono aggressivo dalla cassiera che le ha chiesto dove andasse, salvo poi scusarsi per averla confusa forse per una turista che si intrufola nelle terrazze altrui (!). Al momento di pagare il conto (non proprio economico considerando 15 euro per una pinsa, la medesima cassiera è stata particolarmente sgradevole. Peccato. Luogo con bellissima vista, ma purtroppo molto pretenzioso e assolutamente non consigliato.

22/04/2025: Tafeltjes buiten (veelal toeristen) en binnen. Gastvrij, lekker eten en wijn en ze gunnen je de tijd. Een wachtrij buiten toen wij weggingen.

16/03/2025: Consigliatoci (e prenotato!) dal proprietario del bar Lime. La cena a base di pesce è stata spettacolare, tutto fresco ed estremamente delicato. Il personale è stato super gentile ed accogliente. Lo consiglieremo a chiunque. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

16/05/2025: Manos abajo, la mejor comida que he comido. Se fue con el mellazane (berenjena). Seguido de pasta de langosta. ¡Absolutamente magnífico! Saludos a su personal y chef! Bravo!
