21/06/2025: Just returned from an 8-day vacation, I would like to thank Alessandro for his great availability in meeting the needs of the guests, Ivan and Martino for the impeccable room service, the chef Mimmo and the very good ladies who take care of the cleaning of the rooms, a service carried out impeccably. I recommend this hotel not only for its splendid location right in front of a dream sea but also for the possibility of visiting the many tourist attractions in the area and for the possibility, moving by car for just a few minutes, of bathing in an ever-changing place, choosing between rocks and sand and satisfying the view with ever-changing panoramas. My children learned to swim here and are already asking me when we will return!

20/06/2025: We spent 14 days, from the cleaning staff and Giovanni at night everyone was kind. Excellent food, satisfied in everything, crystal clear sea.

16/03/2025: On the occasion of my daughter's first confession we decided to book an aperitif at Quintaessere. The owner Fabio was very helpful and friendly in advising us on what was best to offer the guests. Smiling waiters, kind and ready to satisfy our requests. Buffet complete with cocktails, rotisserie, cold cuts, cheeses, dairy products and excellent quality dessert. Price more than honest!

03/06/2025: Delicious food, only a few versions of focaccia left in the evening, you can see that the interest is very high. Service is nice and fast. Tables and techno music outside - only a small minus for that, the rest is great!!

02/06/2025: A day spent in Polignano admiring the wonderful landscape and the beautiful cliffs overlooking the sea, but at a certain point I started to feel hungry and what better occasion to taste the focaccia barese, or at least that was the intention, because when we entered "Fcazz e Birr" we were really spoiled for choice and as every time I find myself in that situation I always tell the gentleman who serves me to give me the thing he likes best and honestly they never make a mistake. I ate a delicious sandwich with parmigiana inside, the first thing that came to mind was; Spectacular! If I pass by Polignano again I will come to try the other sandwiches.

02/05/2025: Good restaurant in one of the main squares of Polignano. The service is a little discreet but remains friendly, and the dishes are very good.

01/05/2025: The meal was good but the atmosphere was zero, no consideration from the waiters, we were in a very bad place, however we had reserved they never came to serve and offered the desserts so after waiting a long time after the dish, we got up, paid the bill and left, really very disappointed with the rudeness of the boss and the waiters, I do not recommend especially since there are many restaurants in Polignane a mare

27/05/2025: The pizza at this restaurant is a dream, I highly recommend it! I ordered three pizzas, and they were ready within 15 minutes. I ordered takeout, and the pizza was delivered to me in a sturdy box that kept the pizza warm very well. The price/performance ratio is also very good. The staff is very friendly to tourists, but if you don't speak Italian, you should make sure you have an interpreter app with you.

07/04/2025: Tappa a Casto, sul Cammino del Salento. Bar semplice ma carino, in centro, con possibilità di mangiare pizze e primi, insalate, oltre alle solite puccie. Prezzi onestissimi. Consigliato!

22/05/2025: We had dinner and lunch several times, a large menu of sea and land, everything very very good, clean and welcoming location. The first courses were a real delight as was everything else. The pizzas were also very good, well-leavened dough and excellent ingredients.

28/06/2025: We have been coming here to eat for years and it never disappoints. Mr. Antonio in the kitchen knows his stuff and Mr. Tommaso in the dining room is truly adorable. The cuisine is land-based and the raw materials are all self-produced. The prices are truly popular.

19/06/2025: Totally agree with the previous reviews. Lovely quiet, very clean and close to Lecce and Otranto. Beautiful park-like landscape where you can walk your dog. And lots of shade.

11/06/2025: You have to make a conscious effort to go to the restaurant, as it's not easy to find. The visit and the food are worth it. Authentic, handcrafted cuisine, an exciting menu, and a family that knows their craft. We'd happily return.

18/04/2025: Very positive experience. Attracted by the new menu recently published at €25 which includes appetizers, a first or second course of your choice, cover charge and water. Really great food. Super welcoming and very kind staff! I really recommend this place!!!

22/06/2025: Had a bad start at this place. We changed tables right at the start (even before getting menus) and the waiter told us that it would take him 5 min to come to us. Well... It took him 15 min to acknowledge us. Other couples that arrived much later got served before... Likely because they were sitting near foot traffic where crowds get to see your dishes. I was seconds from walking away when the waiter finally showed up, still in a bad mood. But my Tagliata compensated for the rough service. It was spot on. Perfectly cooked. Generous portion of parmegiano cheese and arugula.
