05/01/2025: In un centro commerciale decadente, sporco e periferico, in uno spazio ricavato alla men peggio, un bar a conduzione familiare offre del buon cibo casalingo a prezzi davvero economici. Buoni i primi (una lasagna ed una parmigiana), ottimi i carciofi fritti, passabile la trippa. Delizioso sia il caffè che i dolci di loro produzione. Il tutto a poco più di 10 euro a persona. Se come me siete sprezzanti del pericolo e fan di chef Rubio provatelo!

17/05/2025: Pizze ordinate alle 20:30 e prontamente pagate, siamo ancora in attesa che vengano sfornate. Stimata era 1 ora di attesa,siamo già arrivati alle 22. Esperienza da non ripetere mai più. Se so che oltre un certo numero non riesco a sfornarne,non prendo in giro il cliente . Facciamo tesoro di questa esperienza, magari altri leggendola eviteranno lo stesso errore. Poi sulla qualità nulla da dire, ma attese simili fanno cadere tutto

03/06/2025: We were at this restaurant yesterday at noon and we were thrilled! The atmosphere is welcoming and cared for in every detail, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The staff was extremely kind, attentive and always smiling. The menu offers an interesting selection of dishes, all made with fresh and quality ingredients. We will definitely be back!

07/08/2024: Found by chance for a simple aperitif and a platter of local cheeses and sausages, we discovered a small and welcoming terrace overlooking the ancient roofs of Monte Sant'Angelo! The wine shop is a real "gem" with refined wines carefully selected by the owner who demonstrates passion and great competence! His wife Antonella welcomes customers with great elegance and simplicity in a well-furnished and elegant room! Highly recommended not to be missed! Marco inessa and Michele

28/05/2025: I remembered that this was a pizzeria that went at 1000, the managers have changed, and in fact everything has changed, not exactly for the better. We went in and the waiters were quite helpful, the owner's son paid a lot of attention but he shouldn't exaggerate otherwise the customer could smell and rub your finger with his whole arm. The wait let's say that we are within the limits since there weren't many people, I had asked for details about the pizza but in terms of the quality of the material there was something wrong. I noticed the name of the flour that honestly in all these years I have never heard of. Aesthetically the pizza looked good with the maturation almost well, in fact I didn't drink water that night and the next day I didn't wake up with lead on my stomach. But there are some small details to improve. The detail that makes the most noise is the edge, if we want to talk about Neapolitan pizza the edge should be higher and more honeycomb in the case of my pizza it had a low slightly soft edge and a ruler (mass that did not rise) which would be due to the temperature of the oven perhaps not too high. As far as I know the oven should be very high to cook a Neapolitan pizza. So this detail needs to be reviewed. The ingredients are distributed quite well, the cooking needs to be given a little more since when my pizza was presented to the table it had already lost its crispiness even if Neapolitan pizza should not be crispy but this one was too soft. The service is fine it just needs to be speeded up, the menu is great, the price is in line except for a few details such as the cover charge which could have been added €0.50 and a double amaro even paid €8.00 where I would put the difference of two euros and buy a bottle. They are just small details but in the end they lead you to the completion of a job done to perfection. I will return, hoping that the small details are done. I don't know if I would recommend it as a pizzeria that makes Neapolitan pizza.

29/03/2025: Terrible service. Biblical expectations entered at 9.30pm, pizza received at 11.30pm. An abnormal amount of chips. I understand Saturday evenings but a much better organization would be needed compared to the previous management. Pizzas burnt all on the edges. I haven't been there since this summer but the problems are still there 🆘😪. I don't know, we'll see the bill soon 🤐🤐🤐

05/01/2025: We happened upon it by chance and also at the last moment but, we were welcomed and pampered until our departure, by Angelo (the owner) who showed us the beauties, the flavors and the history of his land. Splendid structure, convenient parking just outside the city but, we like it that way, excellent food in the restaurant/pizzeria with wood oven inside the structure, more comfortable than this 😋🤗
