26/08/2024: A truly wonderful place, we really had a good time, we stayed for a week, Filippo and Alessandra were really very kind, for anything, gold they were ready for everything, Giovanni was also very kind and nice, the guys who work everyone there was good and helpful, Mariella, really very sweet, and super good at her job, the rooms were spotless, in the morning for breakfast, everything was delicious, last night we had dinner, and it was all very good, the waiters, very kind, I will definitely be back soon, I already miss this place, because I had a really good time❤️❤️❤️a big hug to all of you, and thanks again for everything. 23/08/2024: We had a dinner at this Ciriè farm during the week to celebrate a family event. the service was impeccable, the waiters and the manager Filippo were very kind and helpful. We ate very well, excellent and very special appetizers, delicious first course, second course of meat and dessert with a good house wine and drinks available for every need. The elegant and well-kept room, excellent welcome and kindness from all the staff. For lovers of agritourism it is a place not to be missed. Thank you.

02/07/2024: Excellent quality raw materials processed in a decent manner. The meat and vegetables from their garden are excellent. Very fast service even though there was a trip. A decent tavern.

07/08/2024: Excellent place to hang out with your friends, pleasant and relaxing environment. The staff was fast and competent, the only flaw is the continuous and nagging intervention of the waiters who try to take away the glasses and plates even when they are not completely empty. They give a sense of anguish and prevent you from being able to fully enjoy the location. If it's a question of takings or clearing tables, in my opinion you're taking the wrong approach. We had to deny the tray collection 3 times. The spriz is really light and full of ice. But this is my opinion.

05/08/2024: A total disappointment at 9.00pm they didn't even have a finished cutting board, all the order was made they only brought 3 things inedible croquettes I admit that I booked in the morning saying it was for a wedding opponent an evening to forget

28/08/2024: Efficient, helpful and super friendly service. Modern and familiar environment. Pizza? SHOW. Among the many new places in Galatina, this is certainly one that must be tried if you intend to eat an excellent pizza. Super recommended, I will definitely return!!

27/08/2024: The pizza is really good, very tasty, the rest of the options aren't bad either. Inside, the environment is characterized by beautiful star vaults, set up in a modern style, there are internal stairs that lead to other rooms, there is the possibility of dining outside and admiring the alleys of the city.

13/08/2024: Nonostante il caos e il locale strapieno i ragazzi sono stati fantastici e ci hanno fatto accomodare appena possibile cosa molto rara nel Salento che tutti i ristoranti non vogliono persone ad attendere il tavolo. Vanessa in sala è stata fantastica e le portate molto molto buone e il prezzo giusto per la qualità e il Servizio offerto!

16/08/2024: Excellent food for both first and second courses, as are the pizzas. Applause also goes to the seafood appetizers that are always very fresh and have generous portions. The service is excellent with the waiters and the owner Ettore first and foremost, always ready and attentive to satisfy requests. The price is honest considering the relationship with the high quality of the products. Highly recommended.

15/08/2024: I went with my family (4 people) to the Desires Corner for lunch on August 15th 2024. Overall the table was 13 people, and all participants opted for the fixed seafood menu proposed by the house (attached) , for the fixed sum of 60 Euros/person including drinks. A brief comment on the dishes: - Mixed seafood: served per person, adequate quantity, not excellent quality, but acceptable - Rice, potatoes and mussels: served central, 4 portions for 13 people, floating in oil, mussels practically absent - Potato and salmon pie: served central, 3 portions for 13 people, totally undefined shape to be a pie, mushy and inconsistent - Anchovies in tempura: served central, 4 portions for 13 people, served cold, probably even good if they had been hot, but inevitably rubbery - Calamarata with scampi: well seasoned, well flavoured, good. - Mixed roast fish: served centrally, 3 portions (maximum 3 people) for 13 people. Excluding the prawns, everything else was in insufficient quantity compared to the diners. In any case good quality and well seasoned - Mixed fried fish: the same as the roast, good but absolutely insufficient in terms of quantity - Dessert: shameful, presented with babà cut into pieces, and chopped cannoli, they were probably insufficient after having served the other tables. Incredibly low quality - Drinks: in a fixed menu with a fairly high price, one expects to have at least drinks without having to "pull" them by force from the management. It is also difficult to obtain bottles of water, especially at almost room temperature. -Service: not enough staff to manage a room with around 70 seats, replacement of plates and cutlery to be specifically requested. (When eating fish and shellfish, it is good practice to do so) A side comment: I have been living with my family in the summer in Ginosa Marina for 20 years now and I am sorry to see how the level of catering is really low, and this place was truly confirmation of this. The "fixed" menus, especially if we are talking about 60 euros per person, cannot be an excuse for trimming products of medium-low quality, moreover by skimping on quantities by playing on the concept of the "central" dish, on the contrary, they should be a opportunity for restaurants to carefully prepare only a few dishes taken from their menus, but apparently, the objective is always and only to earn every last euro from the consumer. In this way you are provincial and you remain provincial. The food is probably better a la carte, but this lunch gets a solid 4.

31/07/2024: Panzerotti molto buoni, fritti bene e con ampia scelta! Quello classico pomodoro e mozzarella viene 2,50 uno dei più economici di Monopoli mentre gli altri si aggirano intorno ai 5/6 euro. L'unica pecca avrei gradito ci fosse più condimento dentro!

07/07/2024: Finger food! Grab and take away! But just take a minute's walk and you will find yourself at the castle where you can sit. Excellent raw panzerotti and dried tomatoes, turnip greens, provola and ham...not greasy, light and well stuffed! Prices more than fair!!!

24/03/2024: Locale situato nel centro storico di Gallipoli, piccolo, riservato, adatto per stare in tranquillità anche in coppia. Servizio attento e impeccabile senza essere troppo invasivo. Cibo eccellente, la specialità è il pesce che ritroviamo nelle varie portate. Prezzi nella media di posti turistici e comunque ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

08/03/2024: Pesce sempre fresco, ben lavorato, e personale cordiale. Per non parlare della posizione, nel pieno centro storico della città. Cosa chiedere di più?

05/07/2024: The restaurant was a pleasant discovery in the center of Manfredonia, 300 meters from the castle and a stone's throw from the seafront. 10 of us had lunch to celebrate an anniversary and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the dishes chosen. The service was precise. The owner is kind and helpful. The right account, increasingly a rarity nowadays.

10/06/2024: I'm not satisfied. And I'm very sorry because they spoke well to me about it. We won't be returning.
