09/09/2025: Last night we had dinner at this restaurant, we ordered a first course, a calamarata with black olives, aubergine and tuna... really good, followed by a fried dish which wasn't bad at all, shame about some of the frozen ingredients, the unpleasant thing was when they brought us the tuna steak with arugula and parmesan... what can I say, it had a very strong, unpleasant smell, definitely inedible, as if it had gone bad!!! We had it brought back but no one to talk to for an explanation... everyone disappeared, except for one boy in the dining room who, poor thing, put his face on the line by bringing the dish back. We asked for the bill, hoping that the same waiter who welcomed us would return, but nothing... everyone disappeared... who knows, maybe we knew we had been served a dish with bad tuna, let's put it that way....... I don't think we'll go back

06/09/2025: This restaurant deserves much better than the reviews it has received. The food is excellent (far better than restaurants on the same street) and the staff is very friendly.

15/06/2025: I chose this place based on my instinct and I did well. Hospitable staff that welcomes you immediately with a mouth-watering display of the counter. Excellent quality raw materials, from appetizers to various cuts of meat. Too bad it's so far from Rome.

08/06/2025: We spent a weekend in Alberobello and went to the Miccolis butcher's shop for dinner on Sunday 1st June. Luckily we found a table for 2 because, by calling at the last minute, everything was clearly already booked. And, later, we understood why. We were immediately greeted by the owner who was extremely kind and patient in explaining all the cuts of meat, then advising us on the best choice. We were then accompanied to the room where we would have dinner. What can I say... Wonderful! I won't go into details so as not to ruin the surprise. The photos published by other customers don't do it justice. While waiting for the meat we had some meatballs to nibble on. Delicious! All obviously accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine. When the main courses arrived it was simply a feast for the palate. The quality of the meat, the cooking and the service were excellent. The final bill was more than adequate, in fact, we would have expected more! I highly recommend it! Marco Pezzotta

07/09/2025: Truly an excellent hotel! The location is perfect, just steps from both the sea and the historic center. The staff is incredibly kind and always available; they made us feel at ease right away. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. We stayed with our daughter and had a wonderful time.

17/08/2025: Some dishes on the menu were missing (from appetizers to desserts) and were only communicated at the time of ordering or after placing the order. Disproportionate quality/price ratio. While we diners were discussing these shortcomings among ourselves, a restaurant manager interrupted us from another table and only approached us at our invitation, justifying the shortcomings by saying "it was the August bank holiday weekend" (a non-exhaustive explanation considering the waiter had to check the availability of almost every dish).

26/07/2025: Wonderful pizza. My pizza was this pizzeria's own creation and tasted absolutely fantastic. The staff were super friendly, and we had a breathtaking view of the Laterza Gorge from our table. The restaurant was also beautifully decorated.

30/08/2025: We spent a lovely evening with friends at Ristorante Pizzeria Il Pozzo. The pizza was thin, well-cooked, and topped with quality ingredients: you really tasted the difference! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff friendly, and the service quick. The bill was fair, in line with the price. Definitely a place we'll return to!

22/08/2025: A family restaurant with an endless list of excellent pizzas. The pasta is also highly recommended. A large terrace for dining in the cool summer evening.

27/08/2025: The food was delicious. We ordered a giant charcuterie and cheese board. The burger was super tasty and huge. The meat was excellent, and the beers were good. Recommended if you're in Cutrofiano or the surrounding area and fancy some meat or grilled meat. We'd definitely go back.

22/08/2025: As far as I'm concerned, it was a positive experience. The burgers were delicious, the horse meat was good, and the eggplant meatballs were equally good.

31/07/2025: NON CI VENITE, eravamo in 2, Erano le 21 eravamo appena arrivati, abbiamo aspettato per sederci, una volta seduti abbiamo aspettato più di 30 minuti prima di ordinare perché erano solo due a servire ed era pieno di persone , poi sono arrivati e avevamo visto dal tavolo affianco un piatto grande di frittura, abbiamo ordinato quella gran misto di 20 euro pensando che era quella, e ci arriva un piattino misero con un tre tipi di paranza, un pezzo a specie, e un po’ di calamari e gamberi, poi abbiamo preso due calici di vino che sembravano mischiati con l’acqua e una pepata di cozze di 8 euro e per dire che ci siamo mangiati 5/6 cozze piccoline tra cui una vuota a testa ed eravamo in due in più era super salata, dal paninaro una porzione base che era una vaschetta grande dove il pesce usciva di fuori, veniva 9 euro, siete vergognosi non verremo mai più e diremo a gli altri di non venire

20/07/2025: Last night, an aperitif in keeping with the place. We tried excellent, simple dishes. Fried mixed seafood and rice, potatoes, and mussels. A family-run, seasonal restaurant. Everyone gives their best, following tradition.

19/08/2025: The pizza is truly excellent, the selection is local and extensive, the prices are fantastic (up to €10 per pizza), and the service is super friendly and pleasant. A small, local roadside restaurant with a small, green space, made with love.

28/06/2025: We booked at 10:30 pm, we arrived at 36, but he made us wait more than half an hour for the delay. Luckily the pizza arrived in decent time, but it was mediocre, tasteless and you could feel a strange flavor in the mass. Then allowing smoking in the outside area with tables all close together is shameful.

The context is that of the historic center, vital and pulsating where you find yourself "by chance" or by habit and you always find an acquaintance, a friend or the same managers with whom you can spend a pleasant moment of precious sociality.
