21/07/2025: A very welcoming and well-kept place. We had exceptional roast octopus and delicious pizzas with light crusts. Fair prices and very high quality products! We'll definitely be back. 😍

02/06/2025: A total disaster. On Saturday night I ordered three pizzas via Just Eat, two of which were red vegetarian, and here was the first mistake: they were made white. I decided to ignore it, but what I saw afterwards was simply unacceptable. More than vegetarian pizzas: they were oil bombs with fried aubergines and courgettes on top, completely wrong and inedible. A nauseating, heavy, disgusting mix. Zero attention to the request, zero care in the ingredients. It almost seems like a joke: who thought that fried and greasy vegetables could represent a vegetarian pizza? A horrible experience from every point of view. Never again...to be avoided, they treat Just Eat customers like second-class customers as if our money is different...errare humanum est perseverare autem diabolicum. 20/05/2025: It is a good pizzeria with a truly excellent pizza in the variant made with whole wheat flour dough. Light dough, crumbly, crispy crust with the scent of bread, perfect cooking, top quality seasoning ingredients starting from the fruity and low-acidity extra virgin olive oil.

09/08/2025: We went to this place for dinner with friends (nine of us). We were served by a young man who was a novice and did a great job despite his obvious awkwardness. The menu is definitely TOO long; none of us really read it, but we chose based on our instincts. I'm sure that if it were slimmed down a bit, it would be better for the manager, waiters, and chef, as well as the customers. Everything was good, but the most absurd thing is the rock-bottom prices. I can't understand how they can keep them so low. We spent €12 each and couldn't finish everything, despite how generous the portions were! The atmosphere is certainly not that of a romantic dinner, but for an evening with friends without too many expectations, it's perfect!

17/07/2025: Posto incantevole, accoglienza magnifica. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e ospitale. Si mangia divinamente, cibi freschi e di ottima qualità. Le ragazze che servono ai tavoli sono molto attente alle esigenze dei clienti e molto gentili. Da andarci assolutamente. Quando tornerò ad Alberobello non potrò non passare per degustare i piatti tipici pugliesi.

19/07/2025: There are many restaurants in Lecce, this is one of our favorites. The cuisine is highly refined, the waiters are very polite, the owner is always present and very attentive, and the ingredients they use are always fresh. Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: There is a difference in the service if you are not Italian the menu is different the food is less than that of the Italians! I do not recommend it they do not look kindly on foreigners

03/09/2025: At Core in Taranto, I tasted simply exquisite gratinated mussels, among the best I've ever had. The seafood first course was superb, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. Making the experience even more enjoyable was Michele's kindness and professionalism, always attentive and friendly. A restaurant truly worth trying again and again!

19/08/2025: Good food...but I encountered some problems!!! Working in the kitchen, I noticed some problems that arose when we went to dinner (there were three of us). I believe there are problems in the kitchen, and I'll explain why (N.B. My criticism is intended as constructive, NOT defeatist). We ordered appetizers twice...the first ones served were OBVIOUSLY reheated, but the second ones were excellent because they were definitely made on the spot. Two plates of orecchiette, basically good, but the pasta was overcooked. My wife ordered (with us, NOT AFTERWARDS) a meat dish, which was served precisely an hour later. I also noticed other tables having the same "wait" problem. I hope it was a temporary issue, because it's a shame for a very nice place, and the quality/price ratio is also acceptable. COME ON...GOOD LUCK

17/08/2025: This the best restaurant i have ever been. We can’t speak ltalian , but the owner still treat us very well. She show patience and passion of food to us . The pizza crust, the ingredients on top and the overall taste are all amazing .Their pizzas are the most delicious pizzas i have ever ate(È molto delizioso!)(The owner taught me how to pronounce this word) The waiters and waitress are all nice and professional.The whole restaurant is clean and bright.This restaurant already is the reason that i will visit grottaglie again! 18/08/2025: A culinary experience that surprises and captivates. I returned to this restaurant for lunch on August 15th after a while and was pleasantly surprised: the menu has been completely revamped, and the change definitely lives up to expectations. The chef has done an extraordinary job in developing the new dishes, placing the raw ingredients—selected with great care—at the center and showcasing them with original yet perfectly balanced combinations. The flavors are authentic, never predictable, and the quality is evident from the first bite. The presentation is meticulously crafted. Congratulations to the chef and all the staff!

10/09/2025: A regular customer for two years, always ordered the same thing and always paid the same. Was here yesterday and today - same order, suddenly a €2 service charge per person (we only had drinks). When I asked when and why this had been the case, I was rudely told that it had always been this way. I told the owner that I've been here for two years and have never had to pay (not even the day before), another rude response. We'll probably find another bar to spend our money at...👎🏼 Also, the service was generally very poor; the wait for a theoretical second round of drinks was so long that we left without one (we waited over 40 minutes for someone to come)...👎🏼

07/09/2025: My partner and I were in wonderful Lecce one evening, and we had dinner at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the dishes were delicious and local, and the tiramisu was very enjoyable! Kudos to all the staff, you deserve it!
