THE BEST PIZZA WE'VE EVER TASTED This pizzeria was recommended to us at the B&B where we were staying. It was described as good pizza, but we never thought we'd taste anything like it. Neapolitan dough, incredibly light, like a cloud. Expertly topped without being overdone. Out of this world! I highly recommend the fried pizzas...bites of heaven. The two master pizza chefs, sons of the owner who gave the place its origins and name, deserve all the praise. The place is welcoming, and Carmen's service will welcome you with kindness, attentiveness, and sweetness. If you're ever in the area, you MUST stop here. Bravo!

Welcoming and simple. Appropriate to the location... Bovino, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The pizza dough is excellent and very digestible.
