A historic venue in the town of Carovigno and famous throughout the province. Typical star-shaped vaults and plenty of seating. Fast and friendly staff. Varied menu, including pizzas, meat, fish, and appetizers. ✔️ Interesting menu ✔️ Responsive staff ✔️ ​​Rustic setting ✔️ Price per person for the evening: €32 ✖️ Chairs not very comfortable

Superb hospitality, very kind and helpful staff and owners, they make you feel at home. Very good appetizers and first courses, superb desserts, very unique and charming location. Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

17/07/2026: The takeaway bombettes are delicious...the staff is very kind and helpful. I tried three types: the classic breaded ones, the ones with capocollo, and the ones with speck/scamorza, all very good. If you're in Cisternino, I recommend trying them. :)
06/07/2026: The best in Cisternino. The person in charge of the meat (I don't know if he's also the owner) is incredibly kind. They deserve all their success.
