28/08/2024: Il luogo incantevole,illuminato al chiaro di luna un ristoro per gli occhi. Personale cordiale e competente. Le portate superbe, attese tutte le aspettative. Piatti gustosi, serviti in maniera elegante. Il vino INCIPIT gustoso,aromatico e di ottimo accompagnamento alle portate.

28/08/2024: Chosen almost by chance, in reality this farm turned out to be an excellent choice, first of all for its location, a few km from Alberobello and other places that I wanted to see such as Ostuni, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Tranquility and relaxation away from the chaos. The Masseria is large as is the room I took. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You eat really well both at breakfast and dinner with zero km products mainly of their own production (wine, oil, cheeses, vegetables and fruit). The swimming pool is nice for cooling off after excursions. Structure definitely worth considering for exploring the Itria Valley.

02/08/2024: For more than three years in a row now, I have been spending my summer holidays at the Hotel Universo, located in the beautiful area of ​​the Alimini Lakes, rich in pine forests and Mediterranean scrub. In this place I found the ideal combination of the beauty of the sea, excellent cuisine and comfortable living. The sea: it is really just a few steps from the rooms (30 meters or 50 meters depending on the accommodation) and is extraordinarily clear. Furthermore, with a short walk along the shoreline (about 500 metres) you can easily reach Baia dei Turchi, one of the most beautiful beaches in Salento. The cuisine: the skill of the chefs is combined with the quality of the raw materials, allowing us to savor truly good dishes, simple but (perhaps for this very reason) full of flavour. Worth trying are the spaghetti from the Adriatic, the Universo risotto, the spaghetti with crab and the second courses where fish reigns supreme. The hotel restaurant is also open to external customers; for those (like me) who benefit from half board, the choice between three first courses and three second courses is available, but variations are also offered every day. With a very small difference in price you can still order any other dishes on the menu. The living room: the rooms are simple but well looked after and clean, equipped with everything you need. The best (as the name suggests) are the Comfort ones but the others also allow for an excellent stay. Internal parking for the car is available; the beautiful Otranto is just a few minutes away, as is Torre dell'Orso. To top it all off, there is the kindness and availability of Luca, the owner, and all the staff. Ultimately a place to recommend to those who love simple but quality things.

06/07/2024: My daughter got married and the place was very nice, the room was cleaned 2 times a day. Incredibly good breakfast and very nice staff. Negative is the price. Very expensive room which was very small, everything extra was also very expensive. Kind of like being in New York.
