06/09/2025: A charming spot on the outskirts of Galatina, ideal for a late summer evening. We chose to dine al fresco, nestled in a charming citrus grove that offers a unique atmosphere, made even more pleasant by the smiling, attentive, and surprisingly thoughtful staff: our every need was met on the fly, with ease and professionalism. The pizzas we enjoyed were simply delicious: light dough, fresh and abundant ingredients, rich and generous toppings that captivate from the first bite. The dishes at the neighboring tables were no less inviting: first courses released irresistible aromas and were presented so beautifully that they immediately made you want to try them. The prices are in line with the quality offered, and the general and unjustified price increases are not cheap. Ultimately, a place worth discovering and savoring to the fullest. Personally, I would return without hesitation... and I'm eager to try the rest of the menu.

This evening we were served by Maria, a very kind woman who gave us excellent advice!

05/09/2025: We were thrilled with this restaurant in every way. From the start, the staff welcomed us with rare kindness, managing to adapt eight gluten-free appetizers with great willingness, never making us feel limited but rather pampered in every detail. The quality of the ingredients is simply extraordinary: carefully prepared, refined, and flavorfully balanced dishes. The capellacci with shrimp and scallops was an experience, delicate yet intense, perfectly balanced. The tagliata, tender and flavorful, was a fitting conclusion to a memorable dinner. The location contributes to making the experience even more evocative, with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax and fully enjoy the moment. A restaurant that manages to combine professionalism, human warmth, and top-notch cuisine: simply excellent, to be recommended without hesitation and returned to as soon as possible.

07/09/2025: I've been there for dinner three times, everything was good, but after the experience the other night, I don't think I'll ever go back. As soon as we arrived, we ordered the meat from the butcher's counter, including six cuts, five well done and one medium, with classic sauce, parmesan shavings, arugula, and cherry tomatoes. We shared this with the lady at the butcher's counter, who is the one who takes all these notes. At the table, the exact opposite arrived: all the cuts were completely rare. Of course, I reiterated that the cooking wasn't right, and I was told that I must have given the wrong cooking instructions, as I had clearly seen that the lady at the butcher's counter had taken the note correctly. Finally, they said there were no problems and they would bring us well-done cuts right away. The final result? The same cuts were put back on the grill and brought to the table dry and without the requested seasoning, as they also added the seasoning to the grill, melting the Parmesan cheese and, of course, the inedible cherry tomatoes. Oh, and of course, the bill was incredibly high, making me look bad in front of people I'd brought there for the first time! NEVER AGAIN!

02/09/2025: During our stay in Parabita, we tried several pastry shops and various products, and I'd say this is the best. The staff is friendly (which is not a given), the products are quality, and the prices are fair. I especially recommend the dolce pietra, a creation with fantastic balance and local flavors.

31/07/2025: Wonderful pizza in a simple place, with attentive staff! I recommend everyone to come here, because in addition to having quality products, the prices are super fair (€35 for three pizzas, an appetizer, a drink each, and dessert). Thanks for the lovely evening!

12/05/2025: We found a. Cozy place, fantastic pizzas of the past, and then the impeccable service. The very kind girl who took the orders, even though we were a table of 8... and there was a mess in the room, they were very quick. Finally, the prices of a Margherita of 3 euros once upon a time hadn't been seen in a lifetime. We will definitely be back with a few more friends ☺️

07/09/2025: A lovely restaurant, where we had cream-filled mozzarella and octopus with potatoes as an appetizer. Followed by spaghetti all'a&a&a&ina. We found everything very tasty and reasonably priced. The desserts were also good. They have a very extensive menu, truly something for all tastes.

28/07/2025: A stunning location in the hills of Vieste, the agriturismo is stunning and rich in history. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is truly welcoming. Excellent food, especially the appetizers and first courses, and the orecchiette are truly special! Absolutely reasonable prices.
