15/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th and I must say it was an excellent experience, from appetizer to dessert: excellent, carefully prepared, and truly delicious dishes. The staff and owners were courteous, helpful, and friendly, making us feel immediately at ease. The place is meticulously cared for, welcoming, and pleasant. The bathrooms are spotless and equipped with a changing table, wipes, and soap—a precious touch for those with children who may have forgotten something. A great place, where you can feel the care and passion. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: We had lunch in passing at this osteria which I would say was high quality, service, food, cleanliness, pasta with clams and porcini mushrooms was remarkable, everything delicious, we will gladly return.

06/08/2025: Abbiamo cenato alla Salandra poche sere fa ed è stata una esperienza culinaria eccellente. Piatti tipici salentini, tutto prodotto in casa compresi i pomodori, i fichi della crostata. Gli antipasti buonissimi. Io ho provato la pasta con cime di rapa e vongole, spettacolare. Poi polpo fritto, frittura di paranza freschissima. E per finire i dolci come la torta al pistacchio e la crostata di fichi. Il locale è accogliente e il servizio familiare ed attento. Prezzi super giusti per la qualità del cibo: in 4 abbiamo speso €120. Amari offerti dalla casa. Consigliatissimo.

14/08/2025: Incredible pizza, the best Neapolitan pizza I've ever had. The dough is remarkable: light, crispy, and easy to digest. You can choose from a variety of doughs: grains, burnt wheat, whole wheat, and mixed, and you can choose a higher or lower crust. The options range from classic to vegan (a round of applause), to gourmet options for special toppings, all while respecting the local ingredients. Everything was perfect, and the prices were fair. The dough is truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

The service is impeccable, and the kindness and professionalism of the pizza chef and all the staff are the order of the day. Highly recommended!

Proposta gastronomica con vasto assortimento di antipasti, pizze, primi, secondi ed eccellente carta di carni e carpacci. Buona carta vini. Ottima la qualità, servizio pronto e cortese. 02/07/2025: Locale carino, personale di sala e proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con degli ottimi arrosticini di falda, mentre gli arrosticini di picanha sono risultati più duretti. Buone le pizze con varie farciture, ed ottimo il ciccio. Il ristorante offre la possibilità di assaggiare vari tipi di carni, buone. Ottimo anche il carpaccio misto di carni. Questo locale è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole mangiare pizza o carne. Complimenti ai proprietari ed alla signorina Martina che ci ha veramente trattato come dei familiari. Prezzi ottimi, materie prime anche.

15/06/2025: We arrived prompted by previous reviews and the proximity to the property. It was late, and we were greeted with great kindness. We found a menu entirely in Italian, yet easy to understand. We made the right choice with every one: Bresaola carpaccio, gnocchi alla bava, and gnocchi with gorgonzola and Nduja.

06/06/2025: A Fantastic Dining Experience I had a really great experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing — the stuffed mussels were full of flavor, and the linguine pasta was just wow. I honestly do not think I have ever had better pasta. I also ordered crabs, which were fresh and delicious. The wine selection was impressive and paired perfectly with the meal. Service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and made the whole evening even better. I spent 30 euros, but the portions were generous enough that I had leftovers for the next day. Easily enough food for two people, making it excellent value for the quality. Highly recommended. I will definitely be coming back!

03/07/2025: A pleasant surprise The choice of the place was random, we were attracted by the particularity of the place that intrigued us. Very good and high quality food, kind and attentive staff who made us feel at home; very beautiful and well-kept place. Interesting solutions also for celiacs. Bill in line with the quality of the products. They also gave us some cantucci of their production and we said goodbye with a smile and an invitation from them to come back and visit them. Thanks for the culinary experience
