I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Puglia

01/08/2025: Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante con la mia famiglia dato che non sapevamo dove andare. Il servizio di prenotazione, di ordinazione e di recensione è veramente ottimo. Si paga circa €15 a testa, prezzo abbastanza onesta per quello che il ristorante ti offre. Cibo nella media, per cui non ritornerei ma discretamente buono, e alcune pietanze sono portate fredde (per esempio le chips). Una pizza che non eccelle ma neanche male. Personale abbastanza cordiale e pronto ad aiutare il cliente con ogni necessità. La pulizia lascia un po’ desiderare ma comunque nel complesso lo consiglio se una persona non sa dove andare. PS: ATTENTI, I PRIMI ANCHE SE ONLINE NON LO SCRIVONO, SONO DISPONIBILI SOLO A PRANZO!!!!

01/08/2025: Siamo andati per mangiare una pizza con un gruppo di amici ma ci siamo trovati malissimo: il servizio era scadente, avevano dimenticato di portarci una pizza e si è dovuto attendere un bel po’ mentre gli altri commensali avevano quasi finito di mangiare, sorvolo sui modi dei camerieri ma la cosa peggiore è che una volta che si sono accertati che non avremmo più ordinato nulla, più di una volta ci hanno portato fretta per farci andare via perché c’era “il doppio turno” ma di ciò non si fa cenno quando si prenota, inoltre c’erano numerosi tavoli liberi, praticamente ci hanno mandati via con maleducazione. Sul conto inoltre hanno caricato pietanze che non avevamo ordinato e di ciò, purtroppo, me ne sono accorta il giorno dopo. Le pizze cambiano nome ma di fatto sono tutte simili e niente degno di nota. Non ci tornerò mai più.

17/07/2025: Sono stato in questa struttura per un evento aziendale. Che dire tutto perfetto. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e poi il servizio mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Consigliatissimo

07/07/2025: Un luogo magico dove degustare piatti tipici pugliesi e della tradizione culinaria italiana, buono l'antipasto, buoni i primi ed ottimo anche il menu adattato ai bambini. Il ristorante rappresenta una vera e propria perla all'interno di una masseria che racchiude storia, archeologia ed aspetti architettonici dal rupestre all' 800. Il tutto fa da cornice ad un esperienza unica che esalta in un insolito equilibrio sapori antichi e cultura. L'unico neo: troppo spazio agli avventori fumatori che rovinano la degustazione a tutti gli altri che loro malgrado devono mangiare fumando passivamente... peccato!

26/07/2025: A welcoming place where quality and harmony reign supreme. Delicious food, always original dishes, and the staff are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend every dish, including takeout, which is different every day.

22/07/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a real discovery. The gelato was delicious and quite large, with your choice of melted chocolate on the bottom. The friendliness of the staff was a real plus compared to many other gelato shops, especially the ability to try several flavors before choosing. I'll definitely be back!

05/08/2025: Das Restaurant ist ein touristisches Restaurant. Das muss man wissen. Die Hilfskräfte kommen von sonst wo her (Pakistan?) und haben keine Ahnung. Chef und Serviceleiter sind aber beide auf Zack, witzig und italienisch-freundlich. Italienische Bekannte und Freunde haben Vorrang. Essen ist ok. Mehr nicht. Etwas uninspiriert und etwas langweilig. Gut war das schnelle Krisenmanagement bei Gewitter. Daher 3 Sterne. Sonst weniger.

18/07/2025: There's always a risk of exaggerating when making certain statements. And yet, I'm absolutely certain of what I say. I believe it's the best restaurant I've ever been to. The beauty of the place, with its retro atmosphere, the elegance and grace of the furnishings, and the elegance and grace perfectly reflected in the staff; from what I assume is the owner's son, who welcomed us and impeccably seated us, to the owner, to all the service staff. And then the food, starting with the trolley full of the day's catch, from which we chose sea bream and red mullet to roast, to the antipasto filled with exceptional delicacies. Absolutely delicious, flavors often only imagined in other places, come true in this magical place. The wine was excellent, of which we ordered a glass that was kindly topped up after we finished without having to pay for a second glass, and the grilled fish, both exceptional. It's difficult to convey the flavor of what we ate in these words, but believe me, it was delicious. For dessert, they served us their freshly made fiordilatte: it was hard to match everything else we ate, but this fiordilatte, paired with San Marzano tomatoes of your choice, was up to par. The best gelato you've ever tasted at a bar is half as good as this fiordilatte. Try everything. Prices are based on seafood appetizers for two, generous; two red mullet and a roasted sea bream from the catch of the day, plus two desserts, for an average cost of €40 per person. I encourage anyone who thinks this is too much to try it; you'll be amazed.

14/06/2025: We were waiting 30 min and it never opened. 19:30 still closed. The guy came to the entrance and showed me the plate that they are closed. We went away very hungry and disappointed, so I guess we will never know how good they are.

16/07/2025: I had dinner at Saverio's last night, welcomed like family. A rustic atmosphere with an old-world feel. Good wine, authentic and sincere food. Like the stories Saverio tells, which with skill and storytelling caress the soul. While the palate is satisfied. Deservedly full and happy, I bid you farewell. Thank you, Saverio.

03/08/2025: Siamo stati due volte a cena. La seconda perché volevamo assaggiare altri piatti del menù. Tutto perfetto! I piatti, abbondanti, ottimi e non banali. L'attenzione per il cliente. Anche l'ambiente, a scelta al chiuso o in veranda. Il tutto a prezzi accessibili! Bravi

27/07/2025: Excellent pizza restaurant, the service is excellent, and the meat and fish dishes are cooked to perfection. We stopped for lunch, so we didn't get to try the pizzas, but we'll be back in the future.
