18/10/2025: Despite making a reservation in advance, we were given a very uncomfortable seat by the entrance. Pasta dishes were slightly smaller in portions than usual. No appetizer combinations possible, the red wine was ice-cold, and the bread was definitely not fresh, with some of the tiramisu still frozen. It's a shame, because we used to be happier!

18/10/2025: We were here just for dinner - we liked it. It's not the season anymore, so there are very few tourists, and there was no need to book a table in advance - we did it in person the day before without any problems. The staff speaks English. The service is excellent, unobtrusive and appropriate. We didn't take the complimentary wine, but the offered glass of white was very pleasant and went well with dinner. We had a table by the window, but, unfortunately, it was raining heavily all evening, so neither the stars nor the moon above the sea were visible, and in principle nothing was visible out the window)))), but this did not prevent us from enjoying the taste and conversation. In addition to delicious food, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful bright design. If we are in these places, we will definitely come back to try the next menu. Thank you for the wonderful experience and mood! Citrus notes in the dishes were wonderful!:)

15/10/2025: I found a warm welcome, hospitality, and excellent, simple vegetarian cuisine, as well as the wine pairings. The dining room and sea view are breathtaking, and even the room I chose with its terrace allowed me to enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Thank you, AnnaLisa and staff.

25/09/2025: As a Korean, this is the most delicious food I've ever had here. If you're ever in Polignano amaretto, you absolutely must try it. Especially the baked potatoes, the orchid tomato sauce... The octopus and the meat were all excellent. By the way, this isn't just a random dish.

09/09/2025: I got married on September 8, 2025, at a masseria in Fasano, and Angelo took care of all the wedding catering. The food was spectacular: the tuna tartare and seared octopus were excellent. Fresh pasta stuffed with scampi was even better. The slow-cooked suckling pig was the perfect ending to the meal, and we finished with the Pasticciotto cake, which was sublime. The staff and Angelo, the chef, deserve a round of applause. Highly recommended!!!!!

21/10/2025: I can describe dinner at La Tipografia as a true "taste immersion" that I would recommend to everyone. On another occasion, I also tried the cocktails prepared by the bartender, who was always attentive to the guests' tastes.

05/10/2025: Found it by chance at a party in Terlizzi. Friendly, smiling staff. Very good, easy-to-digest pizza. Clean rooms. Recommended, considering we only ordered pizza. We'd definitely try the other options on the menu.

19/10/2025: This pizzeria isn't very big, but the food is good. I enjoyed the pizza, and the panzerotti weren't bad either. The all-you-can-eat concept is a good one; the prices aren't that high either. I think there are only two negatives. The service was poor, as the staff couldn't manage the tables and parking, but otherwise I give it a solid pass.

12/10/2025: After booking for Sunday lunch, we were told we'd have to wait because the table was occupied. The restaurant's reputation is evident in its appearance.

07/10/2025: Spectacular cuisine. You could absolutely see the love in every course. Generous dishes in a spectacular location near the Taranto bridge. It's best to book a table in advance.

25/07/2025: My partner and I were looking for a place to escape, even just for a weekend, to unplug from the daily grind, and we couldn't have made a better choice. A property with a sea view, surrounded by greenery, peace, and the sound of cicadas! There are probably other properties with these characteristics in the area, but the real difference is the people. The owners are the added value. You feel like you're staying with a big family, not a hotel. Thank you, Daniele, for your authentic cuisine! Catch of the day and good wine! 16/10/2025: Excellent and refined dishes, a charming atmosphere, and polite and friendly owners. The main dining room is all white stone, tastefully and simply furnished. The tagliolini with truffle were truly delicious, as was the presentation, with the dusting of shaved truffle. They offered us two starters with truly excellent selections. I highly recommend it.

22/10/2025: It's very difficult to find a place in Italy where you can eat badly. Well, we found it... And we came on the recommendation of a local. For a starter, we ordered a kind of mashed potato with mozzarella and Norcia sausage. The mashed potato was from a packet, a typical powder mixed with milk. Nothing special, neither good nor bad. They also had a chicken salad. Now, the pasta, in the two different dishes they brought, was horrible. Without a doubt the worst carbonara we've ever tried... And we came from Spain, where they make it with cream. It had a very watery density, didn't smell good, and the taste was disgusting, like a wet cloth. The "mare e monti" was somewhat better; it was edible, but the pink sauce was very cloying. In short, the three of us left thinking the same thing... and it wasn't good at all.

22/10/2025: Excellent food, simple decor. Generous portions, fair prices (you can split a first course between two people). Parking is a bit tricky, service is quick, but the food is good. Perfect if you're looking for something substantial.
