03/04/2025: I had the pleasure, as I have for many years, of dining in this grill! The service is excellent and Nuccio and Antonella are truly friendly and helpful people. The quality of the meat is truly exceptional, the environment is very welcoming. I highly recommend!

23/02/2025: I was there last night with a friend, we went around 9.40pm and it's a butcher's shop that also doubles as a grill.. what can I say.. despite it being a Saturday evening we arrived late, I must say that we didn't wait very long.. let's say about 25 minutes more or less, the place wasn't very full, and in my opinion I can say that the wait was good, we got some good meat bombettes and some meat skewers.. really excellent, I liked it a lot... let's say that for 2 people we paid more or less €30 each.. then it depends on what you take.. but for me the value for money is good... for having taken several bowler hats, 2 beers (1 each) and 1 liter of water... top for me.. congratulations gentlemen 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

07/12/2024: I don't live a few kilometers from Uccera but I love going there! The place is really welcoming, it feels good! The best both for a dinner with friends and as a couple! The burgers are galactic! They're not the usual ones...plus they have a wide choice of beers that aren't found everywhere, and when they try to direct you towards the right beer, they describe it to you in all its nuances!. The staff is very kind, always welcomes you with a smile! Keep it up. THANK YOU!.

07/12/2024: Non vivo a pochissimi km dalla Uccera però amo andarci! Il locale è davvero accogliente, si sta bene! Il top sia per una cenetta tra amici, sia in coppia! Gli hamburger sono galattici! Non sono i soliti...in più hanno una vasta scelta di birre che non si trovano ovunque, e quando cercano di indirizzarti verso la birra giusta, te la descrivono in tutte le sue sfumature!. II personale è gentilissimo, ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso! Continuate così. GRAZIE!.

27/03/2025: Ancient restaurant on the sea. Attentive and professional service. Fresh fish, average carpaccio, excellent raw seafood and shellfish Ate real sea snapper and turbot expertly cooked. High prices but you know quality comes at a price.

07/03/2025: As a master chef with five decades of experience in fine dining, I can say with conviction that this restaurant sets standards in Puglia. The first impression was already promising: an attentive, friendly and professional service that acted with natural courtesy. Particularly positive is the small but nice gesture of offering a Prosecco with the amuse-bouche - a sign of hospitality and a sense of detail. The dishes served were consistently of excellent quality. The tuna tartare with green apple impressed with its perfect balance of freshness, acidity and umami, while the pasta dishes were prepared to perfection - with technical precision and taste finesse. The absolute highlight, however, was the confited pork knuckle: wonderfully crispy on the outside, tender as butter on the inside and full of flavor – a true masterpiece of culinary art. The portions are generous, so that even passionate connoisseurs hardly have any space left for the dessert creations. Anyone who dares will be rewarded with a masterful patisserie. The wine list is excellently curated and offers an exquisite selection that harmonizes perfectly with the dishes. In summary, this restaurant is one of the best I had the pleasure of experiencing in Puglia. It combines perfect craftsmanship with authentic cuisine and service that puts the guest at the center. 01/01/2025: Large and well furnished room. Very characteristic. Courteous and professional staff. Very good and well presented food. Average prices. A little more abundance in the first courses wouldn't have gone amiss (they were really good).

Ho gustato in particolare la burratina e il capocollo di Martina Franca. Molti e abbondanti gli altri antipasti. Per primo ho preso i tortelli ripieni di gamberi e gallinelle con tanti altri ingredienti al nero di seppia su vellutata di spinaci con cozze. La panna cotta è sommersa di frutti divino Fedriga

24/03/2025: Piacevole ingresso ed accoglienza gentile, pesce fresco e credo anche di qualità...peccato che la quantità di insalata sia stata di gran lunga superiore a quella dei prodotti ittici gustati. Il colmo sono state le patatine fritte: vendute da menù come "artigianali tagliate a mano" sono arrivate molo molto simili a quelle delle buste a petalo con buccia e per di più in quantità ridicola: la cavità del piatto era colma di insalata, ricoperta da una misera quantità di patatine. Se volete far tornare i clienti...non credo sia questa la strategia giusta. Apprezzo impegno e gentilezza (forse condita da qualche corso di comunicazione o marketing) ma la furbizia non paga mai.

06/01/2025: You can feel the freshness of the raw materials with respect for seasonality. Excellent preparation and presentation of the dishes. Characteristic environment and friendly staff, present but not intrusive. The bread made by them and served hot. I count five stars.

Gentilezza e cordialità del personale che ti fa davvero sentire a casa... Ci siamo stati 2 volte, ma credo sarà tappa fissa perché andiamo spesso nella splendida Trani. 05/04/2025: Ambiente davvero gradevole e molto accogliente nel cuore del centro storico di Galatina, con la possibilità durante la bella stagione di avere un tavolo all'aperto in corte; servizio impeccabile con personale molto affabile, cortese e preparato; menu variato, con eccellenti proposte che uniscono tradizione gastronomica salentina e innovazione; carta dei vini ampia e ricca di proposte; e per finire, prezzi nella norma. Conclusione: promosso con il massimo dei voti e consigliato!
