30/04/2025: Cena con il mio compagno, abbiamo da subito apprezzato la gentilezza del personale. Locale caratteristico con atmosfera decisamente molto accogliente, sembra quasi di essere a casa. Menu con vaste scelta tra panini, baguettes, piadine, pane arabo, insalatone … Noi Abbiamo ordinato due varianti del pane arabo, entrambe a nostro gusto molto buone. Torneremo sicuramente e con l’occasione proveremo altre specialità proposte.

24/04/2025: Uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti della zona. È una tappa fissa ogni volta che veniamo a Matino e non restiamo mai delusi. Anzi, tra i nostri piatti preferiti i tacos con Guacamole e tartare di palamita. Così come le linguine con crema alle cime di rapa. Piatto delizioso e non banale. La cornice stupenda con oggetti di design grande charme e un servizio impeccabile ma caloroso. A chi non c’è mai stato lo consiglio vivamente!

18/05/2025: Clean and well-equipped place for large events, very good appetizer with very fresh products, perhaps a little too "pulled" on the quantity, it would be necessary to be a little generous because many dishes were 1 piece per person even if someone often couldn't taste anything. The first course of seafood pasta didn't impress me, a little too sour/acid. All in all I recommend 👍

16/06/2025: Very nice place, ideal for an evening of relaxation and fun. Super nice bar, welcoming and tidy. The infinity pools are FANTASTIC and you couldn't wish for anything better. I recommend also going to the 19 summer swites which is the associated hotel, with entry to the pool included in the total price.

04/05/2025: Menù incompleto, poche informazioni sugli ingredienti e nessuna sul congelato, quindi ordiniamo e incrociamo le dita... mangiabile ma niente da ricordare. Anche il sevizio da migliorare, poco professionali, arrivano i primi ma manca ancora il vino, e non solo a noi anche al tavolo accanto (a loro anche i piatti sbagliati, poverini). Insomma il posto ha una posizione ottima, si mangia ma si potrebbe migliorare un pò.

22/04/2025: Nous errions à la recherche d’un restaurant en ce lendemain de lundi de Pâques, et nous tombons par hasard sur ce restaurant. Une réelle réussite ! Le flan aux épinards et à la sauce au fromage est divin, le poulpe au pesto et aux pommes de terre, encore meilleur, les pâtes caccio e pépé succulentes, et la cuisinière a bien voulu faire des frites pour un enfant. Et la ganache en dessert est à tomber par terre… Service adorable. Une adresse d’exception.

19/05/2025: Trimalchione is a historic place in Fasano and it never ceases to be a pleasant surprise. Everything, from appetizers to desserts, is worth trying. Angelica is a strict and precise sheriff, as a very popular place surely requires, but she hides a tender heart, which she shows only to those who know how to ask. The staff, especially Giuseppe, also make the place welcoming and familiar. Thank you, it is always a pleasure to come back and visit you!

09/04/2025: We went to Pizzeria Trimalchione without a reservation and, despite this, we immediately found a table – definitely a plus. The service was excellent: the waiter was extremely kind and helpful, recommended several dishes from the menu and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. The food arrived very quickly, even though the place was quite full. Most of the dishes were very delicious and well prepared. The desserts in particular were simply divine! The only comment I can make concerns the pizza - personally I found it a bit bland, but obviously it's a question of taste. Overall though, the place is definitely worth a visit – nice atmosphere, great service and quality cuisine. I would happily stay here again!

16/05/2025: Beautiful place, so much good taste and so much research even in the small details. I ate a pizza with friends really good and cooked in a wood oven. The girl who served us was very kind and present as well as kind was the welcome from the owner. In the nice season you can dine outside. Really fair prices. I will return. Bravi

28/06/2025: I ordered a 4-cheese pizza and a gnocchi with gorgonzola. Both were excellent. The pizza was the best I've had in Italy... crispy dough, tomato sauce and a variety of cheeses. It's a restaurant where Italians go, it's less touristy and the prices are very affordable. It's worth it!
