03/09/2025: It's a place and it's already a lot. The service is fast, but you can't ask for a cutlet and they give you a frozen one. It was only good because I eat it when I have nothing to eat, but the food in this restaurant should be quality, as in all restaurants in general. Not recommended if you're starving.

20/08/2025: The appetizer is so rich and so good it doubles as dinner. The pizza is also very good. The hostess and her entire family are extremely friendly and welcoming. Not to be missed if you're in Crispiano.

The pizza was simply delicious: light dough, fresh ingredients, and a wide selection for all tastes. The staff was attentive and always smiling, ready to accommodate every request. A special thank you for the attention given to the birthday boy and for helping to make the evening truly special. We will definitely be back... and we will recommend it to everyone! 30/11/2025: I don't usually post negative reviews, but this time I have to. After my wife and I had a spa break, we moved to the masseria because the gift package included an aperitif. The experience got off to a bad start: without asking us what we were eating, they brought us a platter of cured meats and cheeses, which I personally don't like. I had asked for a fish alternative, but we were served three cold bowls: sweet and sour peppers, zucchini in oil, and mushrooms. I'll skip this because perhaps it's part of their policy, although it would be appropriate to specify this in advance. We decided to stop for lunch anyway, given the time. They brought us the menu, and reading it, I immediately realized something was wrong: I found "fresh spaghetti alla matriciana" (written exactly like that). I asked for clarification, naively hoping it was something other than the classic Roman amatriciana, but they told me it was the "usual matriciana with pancetta." A Roman would have jumped out of his seat, and I was close to doing so: everyone knows that dish is made with guanciale. I skipped ordering it and instead ordered trofie with octopus, while my wife chose a scottona steak roll. It was, honestly, one of the worst dishes I've ever eaten: poor presentation, nonexistent octopus flavor, and extremely low-quality trofie. Basically, pasta with sauce and a few tentacles thrown in. I'm not usually one to leave food, but this time I did. My wife's dish was even worse: the roll tasted like it had been microwaved, accompanied by cold mushrooms. The decision not to return was inevitable, but what made me feel most cheated was the bill: €42. You can't charge €19 per dish for such low quality, and then add the €4 cover charge already included in the other aperitivo receipt. I should point out that I'm used to spending more for a good meal, but only at restaurants that can justify such prices, not at a farmhouse that offers dishes that, at a village festival, would be better at significantly lower prices. I usually don't discuss prices because I'd read them beforehand, but in this case I felt truly cheated. And above all, I never expected such poor quality from a facility connected to the Avaya Golf Club. Unfortunately, it's a place that doesn't live up to its name.

31/10/2025: An enchanting location, a historic Salento farmhouse immersed in the lush Mediterranean countryside and surrounded by the splendor of the golf courses. The lunch menu is simple, but features exquisitely prepared traditional dishes, made with quality ingredients, and, above all, generously portioned. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with special praise for the delightful Alessia. Stopping here for lunch after a delightful visit to the hotel spa was a rewarding experience, one we'll definitely repeat.

16/10/2025: Unbeatable location, in Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, right next to the Marchesale Arch, the gateway to the historic center and the viewpoints overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The service was unbeatable, fast and helpful. We had a spritz, an Aperol, and a cheese board with prosciutto and salami, accompanied by arugula leaves and dressed with honey.

15/10/2025: We were at this place yesterday for the all-you-can-eat meat deal. An experience to forget. We sat down at 9:30 and ordered, keeping in mind that the waiter told us that the dishes all come out at once and that you can place more than one order, so we held off. After an hour, after asking the waiter if it would take much longer for the fries and the fried food, the first croquettes came out (we hadn't ordered some portions, but we were hungry and started eating). Another half hour passed, so it was 11:00. We asked if it would take much longer for the fries and the dog (I remember that you pay 23 euros for an all-you-can-eat meat dish) (which is not an all-you-can-eat meat dish, there's only hamburger, shank, and pulled pork, but let's move on). He told us that everything was coming out. We waited again, it was 11:30, which the waiter told us if we wanted to order anything else, that the kitchen was about to close. I pointed out to him that we hadn't received anything yet, only potato croquettes and 5 pulled pork meatballs. (Which, by the way, we had ordered more). We were told that given the Unexpectedly, we had a little more time to order more. Another 10 minutes passed, so we decided to add the last ones so that at least everything would arrive at once. We called the waiter (11:45) and asked for two more burgers. We were told the kitchen was closed, and shortly after, our order arrived, not even fully filled, as the arrosticini were also missing. Result We spent 23 euros on an all-you-can-eat meat order, which isn't an all-you-can-eat meat order, but on fried foods and sandwiches like hamburgers. We ate at 11:45, and besides, what they were saying was that some items arrived without being ordered, and others that were ordered never arrived. Perhaps more than an all-you-can-eat order, it's about making the customer wait, making them spend money on drinks, and trying to bring as little as possible, and above all, only one course. Terrible experience. We work in the restaurant business and are familiar with the preparation times. For some fried foods and a few burgers, those aren't the waiting times at all. It's more of a way to get people to eat less and spend a lot. I don't recommend it (the two stars are only for the quality of the pulled meatballs, which are good).

05/10/2025: The best place in Foggia for meat sandwiches and alternative fried foods. The quality is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, the meat tastes great, and they always cook it to perfection. The staff is super clean and the service is top notch!
