06/10/2025: According to the website, it's open on Mondays. But we were laughed at as stupid foreigners because they're always closed on Mondays. We'll definitely NEVER be coming back.

30/09/2025: I ate there with my family a week ago, everything was impeccable, I will definitely be back, the fishmonger is always well stocked and the raw seafood is excellent, the staff is very kind.

19/09/2025: Dear Owner, Thank you for your reply, but my intent was certainly not to offend customers, but rather to express the discomfort I felt on that specific occasion. I understand that the day included a special event, but perhaps it would have been helpful to communicate this more clearly, so that we could have made an informed decision whether or not to participate. Regarding the service, unfortunately, our experience was different from what you described: we encountered a certain disorganization and a lack of attention to requests, which was a negative impact. The food was good, and I acknowledged that, but the overall quality of the experience unfortunately did not live up to expectations. In any case, I wish you and your staff the best of luck. 23/08/2025: We happened to be at this stretch of beach on a less than ideal swimming day and were hungry. The service was very friendly and helpful – they immediately addressed the children kindly and offered a highchair without hesitation. The food was excellent (fish, meat, pasta, salad). Due to the fresh ingredients, it was a bit pricey. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this restaurant!

31/01/2026: Manager's arrogance. This morning I went to book my son's birthday party. I asked the girl at the coffee shop if she could explain, and she very kindly told me that the girl in charge of birthdays was coming at 12, but she would check availability. She couldn't find the calendar and asked the manager—I didn't see his name, but he's the bald one—where the calendar was to see the date, but he was making himself a coffee and told her to forget about it and get the coffee ready. He drank his coffee and left. The mortified girl suggested I go later... I pointed out her boss's ZERO professionalism... I'll convince my son to go to BURGER KING.

18/01/2026: I've been contacting this pizzeria for years. Matteo (the owner) is a truly delightful guy, kind, and helpful, as well as being a great pizza chef. The pizza is delicious. I recommend it.

23/09/2025: It calls itself fast food, but it's far from fast food, and I'm not even talking about the quality, because unfortunately, I couldn't dine there due to the excruciating wait. As is customary, the "very friendly" lady with the clipboard and the "professional" owner were the ones to serve, with an estimated wait time of 20-30 minutes. Leaving aside the excruciating 1.5 hour wait, they prepared our table after repeatedly questioning the "warm" reception staff about the wait time, which was well beyond the estimated time. After we got our table, there was another 20-30 minute line to order, at which point the cashier, probably annoyed by the influx of people, informed us that we would have to wait approximately 1.5 hours to eat. Since the place isn't exactly known for estimating or adhering to timetables, I decided to leave, perhaps even rudely, due to the long wait and the lack of clarity from the staff. Just as I was telling the cashier to cancel my order, the owner (always the professional receptionist) arrived and started attacking me, accusing me of not understanding anything, especially about restaurants. He explained that since they're a FAST FOOD restaurant, they couldn't give me precise times and that given the high number of customers, there would be a long wait. At that point, I had to explain to the expert restaurateur the definition of fast food, which I thought everyone knew, especially restaurateurs, but I was wrong, having heard the highly knowledgeable owner's futile intervention. As I was leaving, I wanted to publicly review the experience I and the other eight members of the group had with those waiting, and there the capable owner of the fast food restaurant, in a threatening tone, ordered me to leave the public area in front of the restaurant, which I gladly did, not out of fear of him or one of his followers, but because it was 11:30 PM and I and the other members of the group had already been hungry for a while. That said, if you're craving a seafood FAST FOOD, I invite you to try established, well-run establishments, undoubtedly knowledgeable about the restaurant industry and the meaning of words, like "LA BAIA" in Torre Canne - Fasano (BR). They're definitely more professional and knowledgeable in the industry.

19/09/2025: Before reviewing, I decided to go for dinner twice... excellent sandwiches, filled with fresh ingredients and, above all, filling. Good fried food. Varied selection. Welcoming place. They welcome four-legged friends. Definitely coming back next summer.

05/10/2025: My cousin's communion was today, and I had a truly wonderful time! The staff was helpful and welcoming, the food was delicious and truly extraordinary—my compliments to the chef! The location was beautiful and very bright. The only negative was the DJ: I asked him several times if I could sing a song, and he always said yes, but in the end, he gave priority to other people who asked on the spot, while I had made the request over an hour earlier. My mother also reminded him several times, but to no avail: he kept saying yes without giving me the chance to sing. I was really disappointed, and honestly, I hope a different DJ is chosen in the future, because this one didn't do his job properly.

09/08/2025: Yesterday I spent the whole afternoon at the Himalaya pool. The staff were helpful, the location was really quiet, everything was clean, even the bathrooms. My experience has been consistently positive for years. I love this place both as a restaurant and as a whole, but what I love most is the clean pool with grass around the edges. What can I say? I feel at home. I recommend it to anyone who needs to relax. My compliments to the entire Himalaya staff. P.S. See you in a few days.

17/10/2025: Everything was very tasty. A whole lunch menu is 22€ which is very good price for what you get. The staff is kind and friendly.

14/03/2026: Coffee and pastries are good, however food is uncleanly. Found a hair in my sandwich today. Additionally, seems like the sandwiches are just thrown together- there was sauce from another sandwich on my plate and on the outside of my sandwich. It was clear they used a dirty knife to cut my sandwich because you could see sauce from another sandwich where mine had been cut. Lastly, a chunk of tomato fell out of my sandwich and tomato was not an ingredient in the sandwich I ordered. Didn’t make me feel good about the cleanliness with which the food is prepared here.

23/02/2026: UlaCafe offers a variety of healthy food for everyone. Many vegetarian and vegan sandwiches. Great sweet potato sandwich, offers a variety of loose teas, favorite is blood orange hibiscus!! They grind your coffee for you,and also offer many choices. Staff us always super friendly!!!great place to chill, relax on your laptop, and meet friends.

20/02/2026: Terrible experience. We've been to this place where kindness and friendliness are nonexistent. The dishes arrived after 45 minutes (with only five tables in our room), and people were left without dinner because their order was wrong. The waiter's response, complete with a smile, was: "It can happen, don't be upset!" Of course, as you say, it can happen—expecting normal service in normal times—but it shouldn't happen if you want to be a restaurateur. Absolutely avoid!
