Last night I had dinner with my girlfriend at this restaurant in the historic center of Nardò, a typical local spot. We ordered the chef's truffle delicacies; I must say, the tuna carpaccio was heavenly, and my girlfriend had wild salmon. What can I say? The risotto Riserva with scampi and tartare of wild mushrooms was excellent. Truly excellent, more than a surprise; the chef was very refined and friendly. We'll be back.

Last night I went with my girlfriend to Bistro dei Dotti, a very welcoming and characteristic place in the historic center of Nardo. We ordered the chef's delicacies, a special fried truffle dish, and lemon linguine with porcini mushrooms, white truffle cream, and aged Castellammo fondue. We thought we were in heaven. Well done, chef, keep it up. We'll be back for Easter lunch. 💯

I celebrated my birthday with friends at this beautiful restaurant located on Piazza San Domenico Guzman, opposite the beautiful church. The chef delighted us with truffle appetizers, risotto with Cinta Senese ragù, and pork fillet with truffle demi-glace, followed by a creamy fried wild berries soup. What can I say? Chef Gilberto Merian, 10 out of 10. I'll be back soon. Highly recommended.

Fabulous dish: tagliolini with scampi and fresh shrimp tartare, a perfect balance of flavors and freshness. Excellent ingredients, meticulous presentation, and truly refined taste.
Compliments to Chef Gilberto Sciolti, a dish that wins you over from the first bite and lingers. I'll definitely be back.

I celebrated a name day at the Bistrot. I ate so many delicious dishes, carefully and expertly prepared by chef Gilberto Sciolti, who was excellent.
The owners were very kind, delicious. ☺️

A wonderful experience at this place. We went in for a beer and ended up having dinner thanks to the quality of the place. We had a variety of brushetas, a spectacular fusion of flavors, all homemade. Afterwards, we enjoyed a first-class charcuterie and cheese board and finished with a delicious octopus at a very good price. A must-try if you're in Nardó.
